“Let me start by saying that it’s taken me about 6 years to gather up the courage to buy an EUC. After so many YouTube videos and researching numerous EUC’s I finally chose one that is right up my alley. Although against popular consensus, I chose the veteran Patton. I like my equipment tough and very rugged, mind you there were more things that were involved in buy the VP. Well I spent the dough and waited for it since it was on back order and here is where things went from holy crap why did I just spend this money on the machine to Eric from ewheels coming out of nowhere and telling to pull it together, it gonna be alright. Eric not only went out of his way to ease my anxiety over this purchase, manage to be prompt with his responses which made me set up my feet grab a piña colada and wait for the VP to come in. And it did, it came today 9/21/23 at lunch time and of course you hear so many bad things about these EUC’s so I was cautious when plugging the VP in. I did so and all was cool until I saw something that for some that have own the EUC would say “ehhh..” and go on with life. Of course I’m flipping out I don’t know what to do. I have all first responders on standby. Then it clicked in, let me send an email to Eric and see what the Wizard has to say. Mind you had it been another company I’d probably grow grays and see my grandchildren grow, but with ewheels and Eric at the wheel. With a couple of minutes of sending the email here comes Eric on his horse (like in the old movies when the hero comes in on a horse) and of course explains what’s going on. Well I kinda kick myself on the butt and and bowed down like Wayne in Wayne’s world when they met Alice cooper! I wasn’t worthy! lol. Listen all joking aside I made a great decision to buy from eWheels, the attention to the customer is bar none. And rest assure that I will be buying my sons EUC here again and as well you should to if you want that peace of mind. Thanks to Eric and to eWheels for hiring such a great asset!”

“I just received my Veteran Patton from eWheels. It is the 4th EUC i have bought from them. The reason i keep comming back, is customer support. When i broke a rim after 6000 miles on my Sherman, they flew a repair person into Phoenix that fixed the problem in a day or two. A few hiccups with my S22, and they upgraded it to a S22pro at no charge to me. At 65 i am no longer able to do heavy repair. With Ewheels i simply do not have to worry about anything.”

“The folks at eWheels are knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the right product. The MTen4 is my first wheel from them, but won't be my last. The machine itself is a blast: the short wide tire immediately unlocked the ability to go backwards for me. While it isn't something I particularly want to take above 15mph or so, it is fantastic as a short errand getter, tool to improve your riding, or a 'beatup' wheel to teach your friends on. It wouldn't be my only wheel, but I am glad I have it ;)”

“Communication was excellent. I had many questions about my purchase, all of which were promptly answered. They even took the time to call me to address my concerns over the phone. Once the order was placed, the wheel was shipped the same day. This is the 3rd wheel I've bought from eWheels, and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.”

“Just received and tested my eWheels 58.8v/5A Rapid-charger Lightning, Vsett 9. For anyone looking for a rapid charger, I highly recommend this very high-quality product. Right after my order Jason emailed and asked for the name of my scooter to verify it would work as it should. He then reminded me the Cruiser has unique wiring, where the negative wire is split across pins 2-3 in the charger plug and that the charger wouldn't work as is. I asked if he could modify this for me and he did and fast shipped my charger. It feels solid and works great, I can select whether I want to go to 80, 90 or 100% and at what speed I want to charge from 1 to 5 amps plus it shows all the information on its screen. I don't think I have ever received better service as I very rarely bother posting a review but in this case, I felt like I owed it to Jason.”

“Just completed the replacement of the 50T packs on my MSP. Jason and the team guided me through the entire process. I am not a fan of working on/with batteries so I was really surprised how easy the process was following the eWheel instructions. I am very thankful that I do not have to worry about 50Ts anymore. Thank you to eWheels for putting this recall program together.”

“Everything was excellent. Thanks to EWheels & Xtreme scooters I was able to get to get the Veteran Patton shipped to Puerto Rico on time and with no issues whatsoever. “I purchased a few wheels and some accessories. Always fast shipping. Any problems and customer service is amazing. Got my wheel working, replaced a bad charger, very satisfied. My brother had an issue that they helped him with... And checked back with him later to be sure he was "good to go". I realy wish MORE companies worked like this!”
