“I have now worked with eWheels and Jason on my 3rd EUC and love the customer support they have provided while navigating the PEV and EUC markets. I now have a Kingsong 16x, Kingsong S22, and now Inmotion V11 and the new V11 is one of my favorite wheels as it is light, nimble, and has very plush suspension! I highly recommend eWheels as the best U.S.-based PEV, or EUC company to purchase your new wheel from.”

“This is THE place to get your EUC and/or other related supplies. I got my first two EUCs here in less than two months. Both times contact from eWheels was outstanding. Jason, on the ordering side, is very responsive, informative, and easy to work with. He arranged either a discount or a freebie both times and is very relatable. I had several questions during the process - that was no problem for him. He sent pictures when that was the best answer. If you're new to all this, he helps you through it like he was born to help. Eric, on the service side, has also been truly helpful and went far out of his way to be responsive, sending a return email at an unbelievable hour. Please don't hold him to that! Everyone needs downtime. He helped me get my first EUC, a KS16 up and going, however long that took, because the KS app was so dysfunctional. He was also quite responsive and easy to work with. I'm so glad I went here. I bought their brand of battery for each wheel also. Please consider that when you buy because their batteries are so easy to work with to get both a fast charge and you can set the capacity as needed (like 100% isn't always the best idea - usually not, in fact). Some items you may have to search for. On my first wheel, I didn't know I could get the protective cover here. It's not in any dropdown. I figured it out on round 2. You can tell these guys are a team and that it matters to them that they have an outstanding company. Once you engage them, you'll see. Oh, the shipping is just as it shows on the site - fast. I'm impressed with these guys. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.”

“I decided to preorder the patton as the second EUC I have owned (first with suspension). The preorder was scheduled to be filled mid/late July so I was expecting to receive early August. Got a notification on the 9th saying my wheel was ready to ship and upon final payment was out the door same day. Being all the way across the US I got it on the 13th. Was very happy to get it early. I could tell after unboxing the wheel it had been quality checked and came fully charged! Have had it for just a few days and have put over 70 miles on it. No issues, noises or problems whatsoever. Very happy with my experience purchasing from ewheels and will be buying my next wheel from then without a doubt.”

“Jason and the team @eWheels are legendary. I placed my order on a Friday after hours and Monday morning first thing I had a FedEx label printed and my Sherman - S was on my doorstep by Wednesday. The Veteran / Leaperkim Sherman - S is a fantastic wheel. . I received the updated pads and new pedals and hologram stickers as part of my Ver 3.0 order. I have to say I'm actually really impressed with the pads as they are foam and not just 3D printed TPU. For everyday riding and cruising I would actually use those pads and the pedals are improved castings over the originals. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received. Battery arrived fully charged, and even the tire had 28 pounds of pressure. EUC was double boxed and well foamed and arrived undamaged. Would do business with again.”

“I just recently received the new Sherman S from Ewheels and as expected i am really appreciating my first suspension wheel. Coming from the EXN, and being an older rider (+60) the additional weight takes some getting used to, but it is an extremely smooth and comfortable ride. i always appreciate the great support and wheel selection from the eWheels team. They are my go-to for all things EUC related!”
