As a newer e-scooter user, I had a lot of questions on the Vsett 10+ as I currently have a Ninebot Max. I soon realized after a few weeks (more like 5 rides) of using the Segway that I did crave a little more speed and torque from either a mid-range or advanced scooter. I did a ton of research by watching hundreds of YouTube videos on every scooter imaginable and narrowed it down to the Phantom V2 & Vsett 10+ for the price range I was looking at (2-2.5k). I didnt want this to turn into a spec vs spec war but more so for the aesthetic, build quality and customer support in the event something went mechanically wrong. I decided upon the Vsett 10+ however I had questions on few of the technical details and I reached out to both Alien and E-Wheels for inquires. While Alien did get back, nothing came close to the timely and thoroughness William did when he responded. I was shocked that he spent so much time explaining this PEV and all of the technical details that would help make my decision that much more validated. He was 100% correct and he also helped guide me through the setup and recommended P-settings for a user like me who is moving up to the next level. I realize that there are a few very popular retailers/distributors for these PEVs however my experience with William and eWheels was nothing short of amazing. I worked in the retail industry for many years so I have a decent idea of what customer service should be like and for that reason, I would recommend eWheels to anyone. Feel free to reach out to them and I would confidently say, you won't be disappointed in their communication, pricing and support. This Vsett 10+ is so fun however the power & torque are something I am still getting used to. Coming from a single motor (ninebot max) to a dual motor was a lot more than I expected however I'll eventually get used to it. One thing that I really do like is the way it looks and although it seems superficial, just walking by it in the garage with the yellow accents and sleek appearance puts a smile to my face. I am very happy with this purchase and again, can't thank William enough for the support and service he assisted with.

I love this wheel... Now! I had major issues unlocking tha factory setting to enable configuration. It took me 2 hours and many youtube videos, there were 0 instructions with the wheel!!! You really have to grip the trigger under the handle and push the button 5 times fast! If the gyro doesn't kick in after that IT IS STILL LOCKED!!!! wish someone would have trouble shooted that little detail because I kep trying to configure the wheel forever and was super frustrated. Once it was running it was great!!!! The Begode app didn't work for me (maybe because it was still locked) I ended up using EUC world but don't understand all the configuration options availble. Time to play with it to fine tune it to my riding style. Petals: Mine came with super nobby petals not sure if that is standard now or not I have those on my MUNI, it's probably a good thing but your foot won't budge once it's in place (good or bad)I tried to adjust the petals myself to stay up when using the troley but they just flop down every time (still). No one was available to sign on Friday (Missed the driver by 15 minutes) and had to wait until Monday afternoon!!!

Got a V8S in November 2021 - first-ever wheel. A few weeks later, I managed to bang it up pretty good. I was fine - helmet, wrist guards, shin guards and motorcycle jacket - but the wheel had two shattered shell halves and a bent wheel rim. Ewheels promptly provided me with the replacement parts I needed from a return unit for quite a reasonable price, and was very helpful with information about bolt torques, etc. for reassembly. The only delay was waiting on the return unit. (They'd just been the victms of a warehouse fire, so no spares on-hand at the moment I trash my wheel, natch.) Very satisfied; loving the V8S, too.

I am a 54 year old eccentic Grandma. I've always had a secret desire to ride a unicycle & learn to juggle. Thanks to eWheels, I am halfway there. The eWheels team is fast with responses and even called me to explain the smart phone applications. I was leery about having an app but they explained how the app is only required to unlock the wheel after shipping. In my third week of Unicycle practice riding my axil jammed. They did the troubleshooting & solved my problem at no extra charge. I am pleased with eWheel & the friendly, helpful, prompt, service. I love my KS14D. It is just the right size for me. I have taken two significant tumbles in my one month of ownership. Grandma says, "Gear Up!" Because you never know which direction you might go when you inevitably lose your balance. But it is so fun! It's like floating on a cloud. EWheel reps can get you going. What are you waiting for? See you at the park.

I picked eWheels (and Jason) as my retailer of choice after hearing stories from the forums and facebook groups about their customer service. Only a month after receiving my InMotion V12, I had an issue with the wheel completely reseting itself and wiping the serial number internally. Jason was quick to respond and get me in touch with a representative from the manufacturer so I could get that addressed. Shortly after, another buddy of mine who purchased his V12 at the same time as me, had his MOSFETs burn out after hitting some stairs at low speed. Jason once again was prompt in his reply and in sending a return shipping label for the broken controller. Buying these expensive electronic toys from China, I'm convinced you need someone on your side here in the US to handle customer service and support. eWheels should be near the top of your list in considering shops.
