“Over all the quality of service is exceptional and when I need help it’s usually somewhat easy to get in contact with ewheels team/Jason and the issue is resolved. My only gripe is seeing a pic on website that shows street tire portrayed on wheel. Double checking just to make sure the one I’m buying has a street tire by asking then it arrives with off-road tire… but there helping me get resolved so after I’m able to change it out then no complaints from me.”

“One of the best companies I've ever interacted with. They were quick to provide me with lots of info before buying my KingSong S22 Pro. Unfortunately, my EUC had a few issues, but eWheels has been taking care of me every step of the way toward getting it resolved. Their customer service has been very timely and kind. “For you folks that are new to electric vehicles for play or transportation This Is The place To Buy. I'm Joe average up in the North Cascade mountains of Northwest Washington always looking for something new and fun. These folks "Ewheels"will take care of you. Especially if you're like me and concerned about making a big purchase like this online and or doing it for a product that you've never seen before and worried that it might not even get to your house.. rest assured my friends that are looking for fun these guys will take care of you the whole way through rare customer service and it's because I've seen their work in long hours and they're working hard. Ewheels does take the time out for You. I Heard reviews like this and now I'm writing one. “I had a GREAT experience with eWheels from start to finish! I never had to wait long for a response to my emails, and they answered all of my questions. I am new to EUC's, so you can imagine I had quite a few questions. I couldn't be happier with the wheel, or the customer service! As long as you are polite, and patient (you don't really need patience because these guys are ON IT!) they will treat you right! They earned any of my future business and I highly recommend them!”

“I bought my first EUC from eWheels and was so satisfied that I bought my second there as well. The customer service was not just what I expected it was MORE than I expected and that is very rare. Quick response all the time, very dedicated staff. Don't ask me what they could do better, I just don't have an answer!”

“Team eWheels: Thanks so much for the support, advice and excellent service on my recent purchase of a Kingsong K16S. This was my first EUC purchase and I had a number of questions regarding suitability for my mission and usage. The support team responded very quickly to my questions, offered advice and recommendations based on my expected riding patterns and needs. Additionally, I had a few questions regarding accessories to enhance usage and storage. Ordered the K16S, it arrived quickly, safely and in perfect condition. In the past four days I've ridden 100KM and the EUC has been awesome. Highly recommend eWheels for their prompt, courteous, "helpful" assistance and domestic support team.”

“I purchased my first wheel, KS 18XL, from ewheels based upon reports of their excellent customer service. I opted for a Roll.nz cover with the wheel and was contacted by Jason a day or two after purchase to inform me that the color I selected wasn't currently in stock however, he suggested an alternative color and provided me with an agreeable scenario for the inconvenience. After receiving the wheel I noticed that it was missing the mud guard so I reached out to support and Eric and Jason both responded within the same day and I received a mud guard within a few days. I'm very pleased with their service so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend conducting business with ewheels.”
