Recently had a similar experience to others on here, parcel never arrived Express Chemist tried to put full blameon my shoulders which was not the case They refused to refund my money, so I emailed them again However, a week later still not responded Solution was I complained to PayPal which I always use, within ten minutes the money was refunded to my card Everyone on here that used PayPal or credit card to pay Express Chemist should contact the aforementioned requesting a refund Don't waste your time and energy on three days of constantly responding to their emails you won't achieve anything

I used Express Chemist as I needed next day delivery for an urgent medical issue. I tried a couple of others but at checkout they didn't have certain items in stock for next day delivery. The Express Chemist website took the online order and asked what delivery I would like. I chose next day delivery and paid the substantial extra to get that delivery. The company took my payment and I awaited next day delivery. I waited in all day, and it didn't come. I eventually contacted the company to be told that they didn't have some of them meds in stock and therefore did not send out the order. They did not inform me of this. They have also refused to send me reimbursement for the extra I paid for next day delivery. This is terrible customer service, and I urge you not to use this company.

ORDERED GOODS they kept hassling me to buy after i made inquiry . 3 weeks later thegoods have not arrived and they claim they did not get the money but it has gone from my account. this is just theft

BEWARE ORDERING FROM THEM! If your package gets lost or is undeliverable for any reason, through no fault of your own, you will not receive a full refund back. There are many reviews of this same issue. I highly recommend you bringing your money elsewhere for peace of mind and security.

I ordered £64 worth of goods from France but my parcel got held at the French customs. As I was unable to provide the documentation that customs required, I asked for my parcel to be sent back to the UK. I notified Express Chemist who assured me I would be getting my money back once they had received the items. I was told weeks later that Express Chemist had received the parcel but that I would not be getting my money back as “unfortunately the temperature in France during this time exceeded the manufacturers recommended storage temperature of 25°C” and, because of this, they are unable to sell on the items I had requested (Cuprofen, paracetamol and decongestant nasal spray). Additionally I was then told they are unable to accept the return of the Paracetamol Capsules & Cuprofen Tablets as these are a P (pharmacy only) medication. I was not aware of any of this before placing my order.

I put in money in an investment company with high hopes of making more Ps for myself but to my disappointment, when it was time to make a withdrawal it became an issue they started asking for tax fee, withdrawal fee and lots more. I was recommended to  E f f i c i e n t N e t H a c k on Gmal. where I filed a complaint and I was able to get my money after meeting certain requirements. Thumbs Up guys

I placed an order on the 14th April and paid for a 48 hour delivery (2-3 days as stated on their website). I ordered these as I required them as a stop gap for my mother who has advanced oesophageal cancer and can only have fluids. These were to keep her going until her GP delivery arrived. It got to the 25th of April and I finally had notification that we would finally receive the order - but within 1 -2 days! On placing my order, it did not state that any of the items were out of stock, nor have I received any notification of a delay In the meantime, the liquid food arrived at my mothers from her GP, so I then asked Express Chemist to cancel the order and issue a refund. So, its now the 25th of April and, as previously mentioned above, I finally had notification from Express Chemist that we would finally receive the order - but within 1 -2 days! However, in between me cancelling the order with them on that same day (the 25th) the product arrived! I then received notifcation from Express to refuse the delivery and they would refund. The courier just left the package on the doorstep so we had no opportunity to refuse delivery. I then emailed Express to say in that case please refund my delivery charge. This was the reply: Apologies but there was a delay with the Mocha Sabor Capuchino that was unavailable and only arrived yesterday. We are sorry that we did not contact you regarding the delay. Regards Amanda Express Chemist So again, I requested a refund on the delivery charge This was her reply: Hi Thank you for your email Please note all delivery times are from despatch not upon order placement. You are welcome to return the order to us but we only refund for the products. Apologies for any inconvenience. Regards Amanda Express Chemist This was my response: If you are out of stock at the point of sale then you should inform your customer as it is unreasonable to expect them to wait 11 days from order to delivery - unless you inform them giving them the option to cancel Please reimburse my delivery charge I have nothing from them since, despite emailing them every day for the courtesy of a response and the refund. Makes a mockery out of their claim to be an Express Chemist - 11 days and then they have the audacity not to refund the delivery charge. What a company

They would not issue my prescription even after being given requested information. I am unable to eat or keep anything down and I have been prescribed this before by my gp. It was quicker to buy myself than to wait for an appointment, I am also agoraphobic. On the day it was due to arrive they cancelled the order. Now I'm more ill because of stress and not eating.

Please avoid this company at all costs, it is a company that has double standards that suits them when need to, in my case I order from this company to ship to Spain in August, but it was returned to them from Spain they had no concerns shipping to Spain taking 2/3 days in hot weather no concern of high temperatures just wanted the sale. When returned to them from Spain They offered to post to a Uk address they then backed tracked saying cannot ship because product now not safe due to product stored in high-temperature total joke no refund no replacement no response shame on you 😡😡😡 I wonder where my unsafe order ends up. 🤔

I had the misfortune of ordering from Express Pharmacy. I had 2 issues. The first issue what that what I ordered was not what I received. The image on the website clearly shows a specific brand. What I actually received was a totally different brand and there was no communication from Express Pharmacy that I was going to be issued a different brand. As it happens, the brand I was issued does not work for me, but having spoken with the unhelpful and rude Munz at Express Pharmacy (who is a trained and qualified pharmacist supposedly), he advised that the brand does not matter. The manufacturing and ingredients of the brands is the same. When I asked him to put this in writing for me, he refused. I could not believe the detail and argument I had to have with this supposedly trained pharmacist who could not comprehend that different brands of medication can affect people differently; something confirmed by my GP. I felt as if I was thoroughly told off by Munz with no respect whatsoever for me (putting aside that I am actually suffering with an illness; there was no compassion whatsoever). The lack of service can be further evidenced when he kept getting my name completely wrong and kept saying that I am a long-standing customer; totally false since this was my first and only order (and last!). As you can see, quality and attention to detail is very poor which further justifies the lies of the second issue below. The second issue was the medication arrived damaged. Now when I mean damaged, I mean one side of the boxes were crushed. Condition of tablets unknown but nevertheless, I felt unsafe about taking these and wanted to return for refund due to the exceptionally poor service and lack of communication regarding the first point. When speaking to Munz, he said that the medication left them in perfect condition and that I have to contact Royal Mail and discuss it with them. When I pointed out that my contract is with Express Pharmacy and not with Royal Mail, he said that this does not matter; I have to deal directly with Royal Mail even though my order including shipping was with Express Pharmacy. Nevertheless, Munz advised that Express Pharmacy have a strict no returns policy and that under no circumstances can medication be returned once dispensed, even if damaged. I find this strange given the terms and conditions mentioned on their website says damaged orders can be returned for a refund. But as you can see, Munz likes to lie and this seems to be a common theme with Express Pharmacy. When I asked Munz that I would like to speak to a manager, he rudely said that there is no one available and I was told to email Harman at Express Pharmacy. So, I emailed Harman, twice. On both occasions, not a single reply, not even an acknowledgement. This issue is now with my representatives for them resolve to get my money back. But my advice to others; avoid this company like the plague. They are a very unethical company who lie as shown above, are dishonest, rude and staff make up with own terms and conditions as they go along.

Ordered some cbd products, waited 3 weeks even though I paid next day delivery. The products smell different to the same brand from my usual big chain pharmacy supplier, the quality of the packaging is also different so I suspect they are fake products. Whether express chemist is aware of this or not I still advise not to order from here, especially cbd products. I wasted a lot of money and cant afford to buy the products again until next month. I wish I had read reviews previous to my purchases

I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago and have still not received my item. Have asked for a refund but they won't pay till royal mail responds to their enquiries. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

Don't buy from this company. Ordered items and paid extra for next day delivery. They never arrived. I've reported then to trading standards and will be taking them to court. Anyone want to join in a joint legal claim, let me know.

Placed an order over a week go the status hasn't changed from Acknowledged. Three emails sent and no reply and now I've tried ringing and you just get a message saying ring back later yet there website state no call centres, manned phones and you can leave a message none of which are true!! Absolutely shocking customer service. Obviously my money has been taken from. My bank account. Are they even genuine???
