I received an email today claiming my package was delivered to my address yesterday, it wasn't! They either delivered to the wrong address or they didn't deliver it all.

When I pay for home delivery I expect home delivery I ordered something from Powercity in Naas for delivery to Newbridge I got email from Powercity saying item would be delivered 3 days later which I thought was quite a long time as it’s only about 20 kms After 3 weeks item had still not been delivered although tracking said it was delivered and signed for so I contacted Powercity who told me package was left at Eurostar shop about 500 meters away no idea why they would do this and expect me to know it was left there This has to be the very worst courier company in the country and I can’t understand why a reputable company like Powercity use them when there are much better courier companies out there

Should be closed down cowboys. Use a proper company like DPD . Parcels damaged and thrown at your gate and not to your door. Prime time should investigate this company for bad service . Dangerous drivers and poor management. Avoid

I had a Sports Direct delivery due last week and I was anticipating it arriving last Friday after I received notification that the parcel was loaded onto the Courier's van at 6am on Friday.... No sign of them.... Then the next day the status had changed to 'parcel delivered at 8:34 am'... This is 100% false. No one delivered anything as I would've seen the vehicle due to where my house is situated and plus I was working from home, beside the front window at that time. Reached out to Fastway and received a generic response email and then nothing since after multiple emails... They should be shut down for this and be investigated.

Just absolutely horrendous! Only giving 1 star because you can't give less! This is the 2nd time they've screwed up. They seemingly cannot find my house even though they have delivered before. They keep sending my package for no reason between Cork and Southwest Depots? As of yesterday, FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT DELIVERY, ME SIGNING FOR ITEM AND ATTEMPTING TO RING ME!!! DID NOT HAPPEN, HOME ALL DAY!!! NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO? €200 WORTH OF CLOTHES THAT I WANTED!!! They need to be shut down badly, absolutely disgraceful! So angry!!

AVOID AVOID sent parcel, and was returned to me with no excuses had wrote on it returned due to covid, contacted fast way they said the reciver was not accepting parcels, to later find out no delivery attempt was made, as receiver has all in place for accepting parcels, and records kept for all contact to delivery Address.

Aparantly refuse to deliver to my house. Gave no excuse this is the 3rd delivery that I have aparantly refused even tho the parcel didn’t go out for delivery

Absolutely disgracefull service my parcel has been sitting in their depot 8 days now I'm still waiting to recieve it ....I've emailed lots times to no avail they have never replyed to one query AVOID AVOID AVOID ever useing fastway no way to contact them for information should be closed down for being totally useless delivery company !!! If you order online and they use fastway to deliver run like the wind and order elsewhere!!

Absolutely horrific customer service. Do not order off any company that uses Fastway. They have botched 2 orders off of me in the space of 4 weeks. Drivers did not text or call or ring doorbell (I live in an apt complex) & I was home on both occasions. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and I have sent countless e-mails during this time to no effect. Fastway admit no responsibility but keep sending back messages saying they ' delivered' with very little information in messages. They have no interest in establishing what happened to my almost €250 worth of goods and I did not sign for the items. I have received deliveries from DHL & DPD during this time frame with absolutely zero issues. If there was an option to give minus 10 here I would. The '1' is misleading.

I know every single review is the exact same. But I’m going to give mine anyway. Doesn’t even deserve a star. I ordered my items on Saturday and payed €10 for it to be delivered in 3 days time. So naturally I assumed it’d be here by Wednesday. I got a notification to say my parcel was in the Bay on Monday morning and would arrive the day after. It’s now Thursday and my parcel is still sitting in the bay. I didn’t spend €10 for it to be delivered considerably late

They are scammers The worst service I've ever seen. It's impossible to contact them and the tracking system is completely useless. After 1 week still waiting to receive 2 parcels from Dublin to Dublin...unbelievable! They are scammers don't use them at all!

Avoid – Booked in a parcel to be collected from my home but after waiting around all day for the collection they never turned up. Tried to call the Cork depot for an explanation but got no answer… just a looped message telling to press 1 for customer service or 2 for accounts. As per the website my only option was to re-book the collection… after already wasting a whole day waiting for collection why would I sign up for another??? Still haven’t heard a word from them as to why they never turned up. Absolutely appalling service

My items were thrown over my back fence without any notes left to say where to find them. 4 days later I found them completely soaked through from snow and rain fall. Not happy at all. Would it really to much to ask for a note to be put in the letter box? Instead of an expensive game of hide and seek with my parcels.

Awful customer service. Drivers refuse to do their job and deliver to the named address and instead leaves all parcels for those not living in town centres at the nearest collection point at which they would be stopping anyway. When told about the inconvenience of this for the PAYING CUSTOMER, the driver's then proceed to refuse to pick up any further parcels from the depot and leave them sitting there for days, stating they have incomplete addresses as they simply don't want to deliver it. It is a disgrace!

I ordered some products on 7th January. After I contacted that company once, and Fastway 3 times ( 2 by email and 1 in person ), I finally got my parcel just a few minutes ago. It's 18th January today and it was supposed to be delivered between 11th-13th January. This is unacceptable ! In 2020, I have to wait 11 days for a box to make it from London,UK to Dublin,IE . And that's the Fastway ! P.S. The products are ok, no issues with them.

As slow as a snail coming up the M1 with my sports direct order!!! In there Northern Ireland East hub since 28/8 sitting there the past 3 days doubt they'll but here today (Saturday), in time fr back to school on Monday!!!! So. Will have go tomorro shopping for trainers and have the hassle or returning the items into the bargain.... Delightful

Fastway couriers have NO contact phone number. They have gone to a lot of trouble to remove their numbers from google completely. Their only contact is email. And it isn't fast. Further, their drivers are poorly treated franchisees who in my experience are quite happy to forge a signature and lob the parcel in bush. I'm told that they are better once they get to know you personally, but I've never met one to get to know since he's always off lobbing my parcel in my neighbour's bush. Obviously, I'm biased. So, I'd suggest that you check out the reviews for this company on Irish websites before you buy from a company that uses them.

The delivery was perfectly on time. The item was collected on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Very happy about that. However, more care should be taken when carrying fragile items such as my computer. The box was a little damaged but eventually pc was fine. That is the reason I am not giving the 5 stars.
