I have many dresses and fun tops which I purchased a few years back. I recently bought a dress that didn't fit me well and filled out the request for a return label that should have automatically generated the label. The label never came. After a few days and checking spam folders I tried to request another and could not. I emailed them. I was reassured they would look into it and told how they hoped that resolved it for me. It did not. I gave them four more days. Sent another email. Apparently my request for a return label has been advanced to an investigatory committee. Unbelievable. I tried chatting with someone. No resolution other than a pat phrase of we're working on it. How hard can it be to email me the return label? I'll never shop here again. Hope I don't take a financial hit on the dress.

Used to love Fat Face my go to store. Unfortunately since Next have taken over seems they have lost their style and quality. So sad they once had brilliant designs and styles

I ordered a scarf online they said it was going to be delivered on a certain day and it wasn't. I phoned and they said it will be delivered tomorrow and it wasn't. Then I had an email saying that will be back in stock in five days time. I phoned customer service and asked for a refund she said she will process it as we speak and she sent me an email. As I paid with PayPal I didn't receive and notifications saying that the refund has been processed so I rang them again the following day and they said it definitely has been refunded, again no notification from PayPal. I rang the following day and they said sorry we haven't process your refund yet we will do it now. Well, I won't be holding my breath as I still have not had a notification PayPal about to refund. Tomorrow I will take it up with PayPal and make it complaint. I certainly do not recommend shopping from this Mickey mouse company they are absolutely dreadful.

I made a purchase for £90.20 in the Cardiff Fatface store this morning and they said that they would email me my receipt. This receipt has never arrived in my inbox (or junk folder), so I have no proof for purchase for the items. I emailed customer services this afternoon to ask how long it would take for the emailed receipt to arrive to be told that they only provide customer service for online orders only. It was suggested that I go back to the store and raise the issue with them. I asked customer services if they could phone the store and ask them to resend my receipt. Apparently they can't resend copies of receipts, so I still have no receipt and my details have been sent to someone else - a GDPR issue now. I asked if the customer services team would pay for my travel and parking back into Cardiff but they said no! I asked for a head office contact to take this complaint further but the lady on the phone wouldn't give me any details and just said that customer services was for online orders only - look out any instore customers with issues!

They keep advertising items on sale that once you have purchased they then inform you that it is no longer available. Aside from this being a waste of everyones time they then take 5 days to refund you the money. This has happened 3 times in the last few months and it is everytime I have ordered something. I complained to Customer service who just told me the item is not available which I did guess! It really is a waste of time ordering items from this company.

Items not delivered ! A 105 pound coat saying delivered by royal mail at 8.30am on a saturday....iv not even gotten up x no knocks on the door x item photographed as just a label with deliverers hand in photo ! Item not delivered to me ! This company does not deliver ! They steal your things and say delivered ! ...NOT RECCOMENDED....NEVER ORDER HERE....NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE....BEWARE !!!!

Shipping takes way too long. I order from other companies in the UK and Europe and shipping to the US does not take so long. Might be able to justify if shipping was free, but it is not. Will not be ordering from this company again. More than 2 weeks and I still have not received it. In the US but going from one place to another. Too frustrating to deal with when there are so many other choices

You keep marketing products that are NOT for sale. Not just once, but many times. When enquiring to availablity, you dont know, and continue to add more items, with the lets say 'skirt' being worn, but not available for order. 6 weeks of marketing and not available. This is frustrating and poor business delivery.

Tried to return a dress bought in a recent sale on 26.7 and well within 30 days most shops returns policies. On presenting my receipt I was told because it was a sales item it couldn’t be refunded. I had checked my receipt beforehand and there was no information about returns on it at all. The assistant pointed to a notice on the counter stating their sales returns policy is within 15 days! She seemed very well versed in this scenario especially as it appeared that 90% of the stock floor was sale items. When I bought the dress this had not been brought to my attention at all. I wonder how many more customers have been caught out on this trick? This is very deceitful and will be contacting Trading Standards for their views. Last time I ever buy from FF again.

The Manager at your Cabot Circus branch needs training quickly on the art of how to interview young people that apply for jobs and when they are unsuccessful (Which is a fact of life and everyone moves on) the fact that she doesn't even have the common courtesy of not only adhering to her promise of calling someone back but then doesn't call at all. How do you have Managers like this leading a team, it is beyond me. I will be taking this much further.

Having been a faithful customer of Fatface for many years I was made to feel humiliated in the store at St David's yesterday. I have a blue light card and due to the poor Wi-Fi signal in the area, the card did not download fully, however name, card number and expiration date were all clearly visible . The lady serving insisted that I kept going outside the store to see if it would download. After 3 attempts I decided that I would give up. On returning to the store and saying that I would leave it, she then said she would give the discount as 'good Will'. I was made to feel like I was lying about my card and very humiliated in front of other customers. I certainly will not be returning to the store.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and four knit tops. I received the correct items but the sizes I ordered were all different. I think this says a lot about a company. Where is the store integrity if instead of notifying costumers you just ship the sizes you have in stock. Not great for long term success. You’ll have customers who order once and no returning customers. Learn this in business 101.

Ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas. It was just a little too small so I e-mailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for a larger size. They replied that was not an option I needed to return it and reorder it. I decided to wait to see how the return went before I reordered. Since an actual store is on the coasts of the US taking it there to return was not an option. I sent the jacket off to an address in NY. 10 days after they received it I still had not received a credit or any notification from them so I reached out and e-mailed them again. They said I need to wait another 10-14 days for the jacket to be sent back to the UK before my refund would occur. I waited 3 more weeks and reached out again. 2 days after I e-mailed I received a response that they were so sorry they were issuing me a credit that day. 9 days later I a still waiting for the credit. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! This is ridiculous!

Email states 15% off order, only 3% given and told can't cancel order placed minutes only before. Told it's "clearly" in their terms and conditions. This is deceptive marketing and I feel scammed by Fatface - you've lost a long term customer.

trying to place a 500 dollar from US order set up account website allows entry f data but when order placed says cannot process tried to order through phone computer tablet 6 different credit cards 3 different accounts same resluts.....Nothing!! Called customer service they are clueless will look elsewhere

I liked the look of the items. However FatFace is not an inclusive brand. Its absolutely crazy that their XS size is equal to L in all the other cloth shops. Wake up FateFace, people shorter that 160 exist! So, I only have one word for FatFace - disappointment.

Purchased jacket and paid express delivery on line - all confirmed via email, received email today to say order has been cancelled despite the fact the jacket is still available on website. Customer service is appalling - tried to contact via email, telephone and customer assistance on line - all useless. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered on 26th Dec. Parcel is at Evri delivery depot since 1st Jan. Emailed fat face 7 days, ago, promised a reply within 3-4 days. No reply yet. Spent 28 minutes on hold on the phone today and still didn't get through. Spent 1 hour waiting for chat, in 1 hour the queue only went down by 6 people! Seems like Fatface, are happy to take your money but don't want to spend any money on emiying customer service people. I have no idea how I will get my money back as there is literally no way to contact them if I don't have hours to spend!

I bought a lovely messenger bag only to realise the embroidery Union Flag was incorrect - super embarrassing for FF! The store refunded me but HO were disinterested and the products are still for sale. Shame on them.
