“Being complete novices we were daunted by the prospect of purchasing our home. After a conversation with Javid from finance advice centre everything was explained and nothing seemed too much trouble, even taking my calls at evenings & weekends. Our mortgage was found and agreed very quickly and at the best available deal. Javid also explained the entire purchase process and even found us a great conveyancer (JS-Law). We are so pleased we used the Finance Advice Centre as the stress and worry was taken away from us! We would recommend Finance Advice Centre highly and would definitely use their services in future. 10/10 service!”

“Being on 100% benifits due to a long term illness getting a mortgage seemed impossible. Tried every lender I could think of they were not even prepared to try to help me. Then Lynn seemed to come like an ???? in disguise and made the impossible possible. Profesional and friendly she explained everything step by step. Always there when I needed any questions answered even if she was busy her assistant was always more than happy to help. Would highly recommend to anyone finding it difficult to get a mortgage. At the beginning I thought the money was a bit much but now I believe every penny was well spent.”

“As a first time buyer I was so confused by the whole buying a house process. Jeanette from the Finance Advice Centre was outstanding at explaining the process, helping me through it and dealing with all the paperwork on my behalf which was slightly more difficult for her due to Scottish laws being slightly different from elsewhere in the U.K. I cannot recommend the company enough to help you through the moving home process - they take all the stress away and keep tabs on its progress for you on a weekly basis. I will definitely be using them when I need to re-mortgage or move home in the future. An outstanding service!”

“We had a great experience using Finance Advice Centre thanks to Sam's honest and pragmatic advice throughout the whole mortgage application process. We were always kept updated and Sam was always available to help us through the inevitable twist and turns of a property purchase. In our case the fee paid to Finance Advice Centre represented exceptional value for money as we secured a highly competitive fixed rate that we would have been unable to secure without an intermediary and to be honest without Sam's understanding of the market. I would recommend Sam and Finance Advice Centre to anyone requiring an intermediary.”

“We were let down badly by another broker, kept waiting for two months with the same line being turned out each day 'It's with the underwriters'. We finally snapped and stopped all services with them around May bank holiday. I called Finance Advice Centre and Zoe Edwards picked up (it was after hours so thanks for her staying late that day!) Zoe dealt with our situation superbly, my wife and I (and subsequently our two small children) were all very stressed that our house purchase wouldn't happen! Zoe realised the importance of speed in this particular case and got everything done within two weeks! Original broker agreed to refund the valuation fee and this refund has taken longer than Zoe has taken to get the mortgage completed end to end! I and my family would like to say the biggest thank you to Zoe and her team. Our dream would have died if it wasn't for her so we will be eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Finance Advice Centre for helping us out so speedily and professionally. Thanks a million, we will never forget it.”

“I have to admit I was a little reluctant to pay someone to find a mortgage especially these days when everything seems to be online and so easy. However this is the best thing I could have done. Everything and more is done for you, staff respond to emails within the hour. There are no words to describe how happy I am to have used this service, should I ever need a mortgage again I will know who to contact!! Thank you so much from me and my little princess.”

“We are incredibly impressed with every aspect of the service provided by financial advice centre ltd. We dealt with mortgage broker Sam. I contacted them after we saw them being recommended on a well known money saving website following being turned down by a high street bank, who had no interest in dealing with us as my wife had a history of defaults against her. Sam totally understood our situation and was completely non judgmental, he always responded quickly to any questions we had and managed to secure us a mortgage. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.”

“Initially contacted Finance Advise Center for a mortgage enquiry as to whether I can obtain a mortgage with my credit history (a 2 year old default for a £250 credit card - which was settled) Having great difficultly obtaining a mortgage FAC were able to turn the key and approved a mortgage on a short space of time. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would urge anybody who is finding obtaining a mortgage difficult to contact the FAC immediately as their service and products are just what are needed!”

“I cannot fault the amazing service that was provided by my advisor Sam. I came to Finance advice centre with the belief that I would never get another mortgage, but Sam helped me go through the process step by step, being positive all the way, the outcome being that I have secured a mortgage which was no problem at all and the process went without a hitch. It has allowed me and my husband to buy the house of our dreams. Sam was very helpful and although half way through the process we changed our minds to a different house, nothing was a problem. He was professional, courteous and always there to help and answer all my questions. I recommend anyone who is looking for a mortgage to give them a call, the service is fabulous, I can't thank them enough.”

“Dealing with the Finance Advice Centre was excellent from the very first contact. Jeanette and Kayleigh have been a god send, and as first time buyers there reassurance and assistance have proved invaluable. Their customer service is incredible and nothing is too much trouble. “Being new to the Mortgage system I really appreciated the supportive and caring service I received from many of the staff at the Mortgage Advice Centre. In particular Kayleigh and Jeannette were really brilliant. They got me the amount I wanted. After which they worked tirelessly to ensure I got through the mortgage process as quickly as possible. Kayleigh's hard work ensured I got through the process despite a few challenges. I would certainly recommend The Finance Advice Centre to any of my friends or family stating the process. “Finance advice group offer an excellent financial service with friendly and very knowledgeable staff, who will bend over backwards to help and assist you every step of the way. Finance advice group have just helped me obtain a mortgage even though I have a very bad credit history and a bankruptcy. Their team are first rate questions answered on the spot an queries sorted on the same day. Excellent value for money brilliant service will definitely use them again.”

“Very happy with the quality and speed of services provided by Finance Advice Centre. They helped us to get through mortgage selection very quickly, explaining everything in an easy to understand way and the product recommended has saved us good few thousands of pounds compared to what our bank would offer as their "best". The application process was swift and we did not have to keep bringing more and more documents as we were progressing through various stages - the checklist we got at the very beginning was spot on and confirms FAC undertsanding of the financial market is on very high level.”
