Couldn’t rate lower. Completely a scam, DO NOT USE IT !!! Completely useless customer service, doesn’t want to help at all. Very hard to contact after sale. Keep my full refund and saying only £30 tax can be refunded after the airline has confirmed a full refund of my ticket. Still have on going issue with this agency will continue to find solution and sake for lawyer to help.

I booked a flight with them because they advertised it as some sort of promotion. Knowing it was significantly cheaper, I quickly made the booking. Within minutes, they confirmed my booking—a roundtrip ticket for two adults and one toddler, encompassing four flights in total. As I am quite particular about seat reservations, especially with a toddler in tow, I made sure to pay for reserved seats as soon as the booking was confirmed to ensure we all sat together throughout the trip. Being meticulous, I constantly checked and re-checked our flights on the airline's official website to ensure everything was in order. To my surprise, the seats for the first and last flights remained unpaid. I wanted to sort this out before the flight date. So, I called Flightcatchers. To start, their customer service representatives were incredibly lethargic to talk to, displaying no sense of training and seeming miserable on the phone. I did not feel they were there to help me; instead, it seemed they were itching to go home and clock out. I received a callback from their "seat reservations specialist," and this is how the call went: I explained that according to the website I was viewing, the seat reservations for the first and last flights remained unpaid, costing £14.60 per seat. With three of us, it would be £43.80 per flight. Since a second flight also needed payment, the total would be £87.60 for both flights. Mind you, these prices were right in front of me while I was on the phone with them. To my dismay and surprise, the representative quoted a different price instead! Her total was £194.67! I protested, saying that it was not the amount I was seeing, and we did the math together. I absolutely cannot fathom where she got that amount! I am pretty sure they were trying to scam me. Mind you, that conversation was supposedly recorded on their end. I did not want to proceed with that amount. So, I asked for other options, and she could only offer to waive a £5 service fee—absolutely ridiculous! I even asked her to put herself in my shoes, and she agreed it was too much, yet she only answered my questions with dead-end responses and offered no solutions. I might as well mention that I was a customer service representative before, and I can tell you, this is not how I worked. It is absolutely appalling to be on the receiving end of such horrible customer service! These people would even fish for good customer reviews after each call! The audacity of such behavior! Absolutely unethical business practices, encouraging customers to leave a review! I hung up as we were getting nowhere, and instead, I called the airline's customer service, and lo and behold, they solved my problem in 5 minutes! I gave them the details, and they just confirmed that all the seats were already paid for; there was just a system lag. Now, all he needed to do was refresh the system. The current seats now reflect that they were indeed already paid for. Now, the question remains: why did they quote me £194.67?! Where did that quote come from? The answer is they are trying to scam people. Sorry, but I am not going to book through this company again. Just a warning to all reading the good reviews, most of the reviews are phished from customers. Goodbye, Flightcatchers.

Here's a revised version of your feedback with a more assertive tone: This is the worst company I've ever encountered. They will do everything they can to rip you off. The team is rude and only interested in making money, all while pretending to help you. They charge exorbitant fees for any amendments, far exceeding the actual costs charged by the airline.

Flightcatchers radically changed my flight itinerary three days before I was due to travel. The company offered me a refund, which I accepted. This was over three months ago, and I am still owed over £700. Furthermore, the company operatives routinely lie, and tell me that they do not have my contact details on file every time I try to elicit a response from them. Their customer service is significantly worse than mediocre.

Be Aware!! I was let down by this flight agency when I needed help amending my transit hours during an emergency situation with my two small children. The lack of support left me stressed and stranded. Customer service needs improvement to provide better assistance in times of need. Proceed with caution when seeking help from this agency.

I booked a ticket through Flight Catchers and received a booking confirmation. However, shortly after, an agent called me demanding more money. After a long and frustrating conversation, they canceled my ticket without my consent and have yet to refund my money. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I believe Flight Catchers is engaging in deceptive practices. Do not use Flight Catchers; they are cheaters and will take your money without providing the service you paid for.

Very horrible experience booking flights through flight catchers. They didn’t know the correct luggage allowance, despite me checking with the airline and getting conflicting info. I very nearly paid for overweight luggage because they told me my allowance was 1 30kg checked in luggage but Turkish airline do not accept bags over 23kg without paying overweight charges. All of this less than 10hrs before my flight. They haven’t responded to my numerous complaints. Terrible customer service. Ignorance beyond belief. Unacceptable and shameful. Never. Again

Recently i had the worst experience. I booked my international travel tickets in etihad airlines through FLIGHT CATCHERS,(Worst travel agency) even though i received the tickets due to unfortunate situation, i was not able to travel on the selected date but i was okay to travel back on my return date. I contacted ETIHAD airlines to change the travel date to next date with the penalty, but instead they argued with me to contact my travel agent, who is flight catchers, they asked me to pay 950£ to change the date (BTW New ticket online was just 350£) When i asked the reason, they told me… If i dont pay them, they will cancel my return tickets too. Again i contacted the airlines and they agreed with the agency that the return ticket will be cancelled if i don’t travel from the origin and i wont even get a pound of refund. The airlines told me that the agency is not giving access to your tickets, when asked about this to the agency, they replied as “Who are we to stop airlines from accessing the ticket details. Flight catchers customer support has a lot of attitude too. As if they gave me the tickets for free. I made arount 50 calls to the airlines and the agency to sort things out and everytime the agency tells me to contact the airlines and the airlines ask me to contact the agency. Finally guess what… it’s a great scam and i lost both my tickets worth 800£. Please don’t book your tickets through FLIGHT CATCHERS agency and avoid etihad airlines.

Also trading as Polani Travel, London Originally posted on Trustpilot (13.05.24): After booking our flights with them I was approached on approximately 25.07.23 by a rep from Flightcatchers to see if I wanted to book seats that were together on our Air India flight to Goa via Mumbai, returning to Heathrow via Delhi; I (foolishly) said yes. They quoted me one price (around about £140) and then asked me for more money when I booked them because "the prices had gone up". This turned out to be a complete lie. They eventually charged me around £155 (for seats that were free) and took about 5 minutes to arrange. When I checked the seating positions they had actually put us in (free) seats next to the toilet on a night flight!! I made them change this. I ended up paying a further £12 for seats at the front of the plane for our flight in to Dabolim (something i did myself). To add insult to injury if I had looked in to it a bit more I could have done this directly with Air India myself with the reservation code for free and the £155 they conned me out of could have been spent on buying actual seats in much better positions. Their communication was good throughout but cancelled out by their con tricks. Please use these people with caution and also wait and see how many 'positive' reviews follow this one. Every negative review is followed by half a dozen positive ones; probably not a coincidence. I didn't make too much fuss at the time because (after reading other reviews) I didn't want to give them the opportunity to stitch me up on my booking They then replied to me UPDATE 15.05.24: After their comment yesterday i.e.'make things right for you', they phoned me and offered me......... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Do not let yourself be taken in by these people or the exteremely dodgy positive reviews. It's all just hot air from these awful people to try and make themselves look good on this review. If you don't mind being ripped off then knock yourselves out otherwise stay well clear

On 3 April 2024, I bought a ticket from Flightcatchers for a Turkish Airlines flight. The ticket they sent me clearly states that the baggage allowance is 30kg. Immediately after purchasing the ticket, Flightcatchers called me, urging me to buy an additional baggage allowance, which I declined. Relying on the ticket confirmation from Flightcatchers, I packed my baggage to weigh 29kg, assuming I was within the allowance for one suitcase. However, when I checked in at the airport on 15 April 2024, Turkish Airlines staff informed me that the actual baggage allowance for my ticket was for two suitcases, each weighing up to 23kg. It became apparent that Flightcatchers had attempted to sell me a service I was already entitled to. Due to having all my kg in one suitcase and lacking a second suitcase to redistribute the extra weight, I incurred a £64 charge for overweight baggage. This situation arose from a deliberate misrepresentation by Flightcatchers to extract additional money from me for something I was already entitled to. Despite emailing my complaint to Flightcatchers on the same day and demanding an immediate reimbursement, I only received an automatic response stating I should receive a response within 24 hours. It has been 42 hours, and I have not heard back from them. I have informed them that if I don't get confirmation of my reimbursement today, I will escalate my complaint to the regulatory authority. Companies with such fraudulent behaviour should not be permitted to operate. Flightcatchers' reply to my complaint was to use gaslighting tactics rather than taking responsibility for their fraudulent misrepresentation of my baggage allowance as "30kg per adult" under the guise of a "promotional" brand. They dared to claim that Turkish Airlines had changed their baggage policy and even suggested that the 30kg mentioned in the ticket they sent me was meant for two pieces rather than one and that I should have clarified that with them! Utterly preposterous. Their attempt to imply that my allowance was merely 15kg per suitcase is nothing short of nonsense. It's important to highlight that Flightcatchers is Polani Travel Ltd., a company with the lowest Trustpilot rating I have ever encountered.

I blame myself for not checking the online reviews of Flight Catchers. I made a mistake on booking, and booked the wrong date by a day. I accept my mistake and would accept a modest change fee. On asking to change that mistake, I was quoted £357 and told this was totally the airline's charges. This was four hours after making the booking. I contacted the airline who quoted their fee and difference in price was £96 unfortunately the airline is unable to change a booking made via an agent. I called Flight Catachers back, who doubled down on the £357 and told me the price will likely only go up!!! so lock it in now!!. There is a big difference between these prices. You can only judge a company when you ask them to assist and their true colour appears. Reading other reviews it appears Flight Catchers do like to rock up fees or try to charge for baggage that's already included. Lesson, always check the reviews before booking. If everyone did before booking with Flight Checkers we could all save ourselves a ton of hassle and money. Better trusted travel company to choose from, I am avoiding this company from now on. And yes it was Flight Catachers and please do not reply with your copy and paste platitude nonsense.
