“Absolutely terrible service. Ordered two weeks ago for Valentine’s Day as a surprise for my partner. The order did not arrive at all. The communication from customer service was not helpful and they could not resolve the issue. Avoid!!!”
“Most disappointing experience ever. My partner ordered flowers almost two weeks before Valentine's Day to surprise me. Paid extra for an early day delivery, and not only they missed the time schedule required, but also delivered a DAY later. Considering flower arrangements are the most searched item on this date, it is pretty disappointing that this store failed to do the one job they are required for. Left us with no answer, and no communication until the morning after. Never ordering from here again. Don't trust their service!”
“I have ordered 4 times from flowers.ie and three of them including this last one (which will literally be my last order from them) have had issues.
Either the flowers were old and browned or there were items missing or delivery late.
Customer service always responds promptly, but their resolutions are basic and simply don’t make up for the poor initial service.
I shall stick with local providers in future.”
“I received a the hat box of flowers on 29th July with a balloon, wine and chocolates. The flowers were brown around the edges the box of chocolates was scuffed and the balloon was half deflated. This was an expensive gift bought by my company and it really wasn't acceptable. I rang and explained what had happened and was assured this would be sorted out and a new arrangement would be sent to me the following Tuesday when new flowers came in. This never happened. The flowers had to go in the bin the following day as they were completely dead. very poor experience.”
“My son ordered flowers for my birthday but I was away. Finally got them four days later but they were in very poor condition by then. It was impossible to remove them from the box as the oasis wasn't taped together and the arrangement was very deep in the box.I thought that would be a given as I have some experience of flower arranging. Felt you could have done better like giving a call to say a delivery was due. I could then have arranged a friend to collect rather than having them in a van for four days. Sorry to have to say that but it might help you with future orders”

“Don’t trust what you see in the picture. For photoshoot they probably hiring best florists in the Ireland but regular order is arranged by somebody with no understanding and competence. The box they prepared is in totally different quality and look. The only one similar thing was kept-pink roses. All the rest parts are replaced with cheap alternatives, however for those alternatives you pay price like for those nice flowers in the picture. Nobody informed me that it will be different, just email with super short and speedy video was sent. I hope they are going to take responsibility.”
“Ordered same day delivery gift on Wednesday morning and it is now the following week Monday afternoon and they have still not delivered anything. Customer service continue to make false statements to appease me however I have now had to get the recipient of the surprise gift to organise her own delivery. This particular Blackrock Dublin florist is possibly an online scam, beware.”
