They delivered the flower after the office had closed, missing my anniversary. I ordered a dozen purple tulips, the delivered four white roses. When I contacted customer service, they said this was a substation because tulips were out of season. Buyer beware!

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers online. Do not send your money to this company for any occasion and expect for them to deliver. I placed a same day order on Monday. They called me on Tuesday and said they placed the order on hold because there was no signature on the letter. I spoke with them again on Wednesday and they still had the order on hold because the florist that they were having deliver was out sick. Spoke with them on Thursday and the order still had not gone out. Our is Friday and I just got an email saying that they found a florist which was outside of their network area to be able to deliver the items but they wanted an additional $28 on top of what I already spent on the same day delivery. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday. I paid for an upgrade to premium and to add balloons. Not only did they not give me balloons, or an upgrade, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a beautiful glass butterfly vase, they replaced it with a smaller tin. Not realizing this is in US currency (my fault) in total this came to $170 Canadian. Severely disappointed is understatement. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% back- that doesn’t even cover the extra balloons I ordered. Biggest scam ever. Here is what it should have looked like before the premium upgrade and here’s what I got after the “upgrade” and with the extras I paid for and didn’t receive.

I ordered flowers and first I got word that the arrangement I chose wasn’t available but could offer a “designer’s choice” arrangement that would be comparable. I agreed as by then I couldn’t order from elsewhere and get it there in time. Then I got a message saying it couldn’t be delivered as promised but they would give a $10 rebate to make up for it. At that point of course there aren’t any options so I said fine. I got a photo of what was delivered and it is not at all comparable to the arrangement we paid $71 for and had expected. What we got was significantly smaller with fewer flowers than the image of what we ordered, and had it been on the photo gallery with that price tag, I would never have ordered it. One pic is what I ordered and the other is what I got

I paid for premium arrangement. I am so disappointed in the arrangement sent, it looked nothing like I ordered, much smaller and the vase sent was a cheap red glass, and what was in the pic to be delivered was so much nicer. I am embarrassed by the flowers that were sent. very unhappy customer!! The photos say everything!

They have an extremely liberal substitution policy. I ordered a premium pink rose and hydrangea basket and they substituted with red Gerber daisies and some mums in a glass vase. See photos attached. When I complained they offered me a 10% discount despite substituting a 100% of the arrangement. Order at your own risk.

I ordered my flowers on Friday, and instead of calling me and letting me know that they were unable to deliver Saturday they sent an email to my work email. I received it on Monday, and immediately called. They called back and let me know that my flowers would be going out that day, and sent an email to confirm it. Not 10 minutes later I had a customer service lady calling and she said that the only way I would be able to get my flowers out today, would be if I paid 23.00 more. I was understandable upset. The whole time I am talking to her, there is a person whispering n her ear what to say, so I told her to just let me talk to the person that is doing the whispering. That lady came to the line, and told me they would offer me a $10 discount if I just paid the remainder. I said no, and told them to cancel, and refund my money. She then proceeded to tell me bthat the charge had not yet cleared my bank (it had) and then when I argued she told me it would take a few days to process the refund. Will never use them again.

The flower arrangement I ordered was loved by the receipient. The sunflowers were what I wanted because they're her favorite. But.... I ordered the arrangement with a stuffed Bee that said "Be Well". The arrangement had a teddy bear that said get well. I chose the "Bee Well" Bee because she is recovering from hip surgery, she is not ill. I was extremely disappointed. The teddy bear was ordinary, could have bought anywhere.

This company should be closed down. Their photos on their website are misrepresentation. I ordered the ‘Cotton Candy’ arrangement and it was substituted with 5 roses 2 lilies and one carnation. The roses and lilies had brown edges. It cost me $115.00 Canadian dollars to send to a sick friend in the USA. Disgusting and they don’t care at all only that they got your money. What a sad world that this company cares more about making a buck then about a precious human life. Trying to cheer up a special friend when they are gravely ill and instead an embarrassing arrangement arrives looking worth $20. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these crooks. Im not sure how they can live with their conscience cheating people daily. Guess they don’t have one. One day they will be answering to a Higher Power, He makes all things right in the end :)

The item that was delivered was not what I ordered. The most disappointing part of the experience is how their customer service chose to handle it. I was sent an item of "equal value", which justified the error in their eyes. With so many other flower delivery options out there and the evolving retail focus on customer service, it's hard to imagine how Flowershopping.com can compete. In the end, they sent another arrangement a day after the event and it was still not correct!

This service is horrible. I placed an order several days in advance of Mother's Day and requested delivery on the Thursday before Mothers' Day knowing there would be delivery issues. I accepted their delivery date and nothing showed up. No call or email or anything indicating the delivery was going to be late or not delivered at all. The charge posted against my credit card so I was convinced it was going to be delivered. I checked a few days after the delivery was supposed to happen and the charge was gone. When writing to the company using their Contact Us link, they noted not to place more than one inquiry or it would delay their response. Obviously they aren't responding. This is not a service I would recommend to anyone because they don't meet the dates THEY suggested and don't let you know of any issues with deliveries.

It has been disgusting, and it is a bereavment, our friends son passed away after a long illness, I have received 2 delivery notifications, no flowers were ever delivered, I am waiting for my refund, and I am going to contact the Better Business Burea, so it doesn't happen to anyone else

I never write negative reviews. In fact, this is my first. I typically will just say nothing if I can't say something positive. However, my experience with Flowershopping.com was so poor that it compelled me to provide a warning for others. I ordered a simple flower arrangement and paid extra for it to be delivered the same day. After three days and three failed attempts to deliver the flowers with various excuses, I finally cancelled the order. It was very difficult to get in touch with them and even more difficult to get someone to explain the problem. I am still waiting for a refund. I can only hope my experience was an exception, but I will certainly never use them again.
