“This company seems to be a complete scam. I ordered a bouquet and chocolates worth 150 SGD for my friend. On the scheduled delivery day, they started claiming that the recipient wasn't responding and that the address was incorrect. However, neither my friend nor I received any calls. After a lengthy and pointless exchange, I suggested leaving the bouquet at the reception, but they refused, saying it wasn't possible. Three days later, they offered to attempt delivery again, but only for an additional fee. It's unbelievable that such fraudulent practices are happening unchecked.”

“FN&P is a pain. I have ordered a cake 3 days before to deliver today within 3pm. In the morning I received a call and they told it will be delivered in whole day slot. I asked them to cancel the order and now slot it over, neither they cancel the order nor delivered.

“I ordered a special gift for my friend. I got a gift that is in low-quality material and different than what was described on the website. So I complained about it to the customer service department. I explain to them what the problem was with the product; they only said it was the same as what is shown on the website, but in reality I was not. She was not accepting nor taking that product return and checking if it was actually a problem. She rudely said all the time it is the same as described. I would never recommend or buy products from FNP because of such bad customer service. It is like a one-time buy; if it is good, then it is your luck; otherwise, you have to stick with a bad-quality product. such wastage!”
“i had requested for a delivery of cake to my friend and paid the money online in FNP website on 14th Sept. On checking the status today (15th Sept), it is showing not possible to deliver and not informed to me. On top of all the issues, i am not getting my money back.”

“Terrible Service and Unreliable Delivery
I had a very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals. I ordered two gifts to be delivered together for an important occasion on the 9th, but neither has arrived on time. They claimed that the delivery attempt failed, which was completely untrue. Even after calling them back to rectify the issue, they made excuses, saying they were busy with other deliveries.
To make matters worse, they informed me that one of the gifts was booked with a different delivery partner and would arrive on a different day. They asked me to track the gift myself through the courier service, which defeats the purpose of choosing their platform for convenience. It is frustrating that even after multiple follow-ups, my gifts are still undelivered, and they continue to shift the blame instead of resolving the issue.
If you're planning to rely on them for timely or reliable delivery, I would advise against it. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has made this experience incredibly stressful. Pathetic service.”

“FNP done it again, did not notice till we upload the picture taken, wrong name spelling wrong name in card and i'm trying to find evidence online but there is no saved detail on the order for dedicated names, like last year they come back for the wrong count of flowers and the name plate for the cake. It's to late to call them again to rectify. Before i receive the delivery i keep repeating the assurance if they don't have error before the delivery. But due to their almost last minute delivery on the 5 hours posted time allowance errors cant be undone. Sorry cannot rectify things and it will turns out it is our fault not noticing the misspelled name of the celebrant in the cake with the script font.”
“Worst FNP delivery service and customer care.
My Fathers Day cake was delivered to some security card in the lobby. Cake was never received. The customer care could not reach to the registered number whereas I was talking to the receiver on the same number. How to beat this excuse?
I ordered flowers and cake both. The flowers were received 2 mins before the cake delivery message was received.
The person who delivered the cake was highly irresponsible and handed the cake to wrong person and went off.
Highly unreliable service. I will never use this service ever again.
The customer care is worst. They keep on messaging the automated apology messages instead of providing the solution.”

“Most disappointing. Ordered a birthday cake for someone to be delivered by 4pm within the same day. By 3.35pm, the status did not change. When I called to enquire, they said the cake was not available and asked if they could deliver an alternative cake by 6pm. Had I not called, nothing would have happened. I requested for cancellation and refund. The point is I could not have the cake delivered.”
