This is the 5th or 6th time I've had The misfortune of doing business with this company. You would think I'd learn, but I guess not. So I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day. And it got there on time, but within one day all the flowers were dead. This problem happens each time I've done business with this company, and then you can't get to anyone that can speak English enough to get the problem worked out. They're "customer service' is it best a joke. I will never do business with them again and every time I get a chance to warn someone away from this company I'm going to do so. You would be better off getting flowers at a convenience store as to using this company. Be warned!

My bf got me the biggest arrangement of the cotton candy roses for Valentine’s Day… the flowers delivered were less than half of what was on the picture for the order… he called and spoke to someone and even sent in pictures… they said they were only giving him 30% back when what he wanted was the order to be fixed… they wouldn’t fix it at all… unable to upload pictures due to issues every time I try to

I ordered a flower arrangement February 3rd for a funeral. Long enough time before the funeral...so I thought. I had a funny feeling the day of the funeral, that the flower's would not be there. Sure enough, no floral arrangement that I ordered was there. I had to call, in the coat room of the church and was on the phone for quite a long time with customers service, instead of visiting with family. I didn't want the flower's arriving when the priest was talking. I asked for a full refund. They said I could have my arrangement delivered to a different address. Um NO! ITS NO GOOD NOW! I did end up getting my full refund, which was the only good outcome. Lesson learned. I'm never using a 2nd party flower company ever again! I don't care if a local florist cost more. I'd rather pay the extra $ to a local business and know my order will be delivered, then go thru the headache I went thru!

I ordered flowers for my daughter and wife. They were shown in a vase and to be delivered on valentine day. I paid extra for the vase which I did not get. They were delivered the day before in a cardboard box and the card was a stick on label inside the box. The card letters were not even legible. The advertised no delivery fee however instead they add on a service fee. What is the difference. The flowers were delivered to the same address at the same time and they charged me two service fees. What a ripoff. I will never order from them again.

Ordered an arrangement and paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day. The arrangement showed up a day early and ruined the Valentine’s Day surprise. Later found out that the arrangement didn’t even look close to what was ordered. Talked to customer service who told me it would be redelivered on Valentine’s Day, only it never showed up. One star is actually too many.

It looks like there are a lot of problems from the complaints below. My flowers were to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Then I got an email saying they would be delivered on Saturday. I got email confirmation saying they were delivered however, my recipient did not receive any flowers.. So now we are on Saturday. Sunday normally flower places are not open and Monday is a holiday.. so much for the “special thought” and high delivery fee. I’d like resolve with a bigger arrangement, same day delivery fee refunded to make up for this asap.

Ordered 2 Of The Same Flowers Which Both Arrived Late. Besides Arriving Late The 1st Delivery Of Flowers Looked Different From The Picture And It Looked Like It Was Put Quick Before Getting It Shipped And Not The Same As To What I Paid For, And 2nd Delivery It Was More Presentable But The Wrong Flowers.

I ordered Valentine’s flowers for my daughter two days before Valentine’s Day, and here we are a day after, still no flowers. Customer service is offshore and completely useless—they kept insisting for two days that the order was “out for delivery.” Clearly, that was a lie. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT order from “Flowers for You.” They rely on third-party services instead of delivering directly. Call a local florist instead!

My boyfriend sent me Valentines day flowers that never arrived. They had audacity to say they would not deliver until 4 days later and tried to offer a measly 10 percent. Disgusting. Should be out of business. Don't use them.

I ordered a dozen roses for $100 and had them delivered to my wife’s work and the roses she received was discolored and turning black and wasn’t even opened up. They did give me a $12 dollar refund but I felt it should have been at least half my money back. Don’t waist your time ordering through this company the flowers they send are old and dying.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Was guaranteed a Valentine’s Day delivery for my stepdaughter. Didn’t happen. Only when I logged into the account on the site did an email come across after 8 pm on V-day to inform me it would need to be delivered the next day. The surprised ruined, I informed my stepdaughter to be on the look out. 3:21 pm on 2/15, I receive a delivery confirmation. At almost 5 pm, still no delivery with conflicting info from 2 different CS reps. One rep told me the confirmation of delivery email gets sent out just to let you know it will be delivered eventually. Not sure what sense that makes. 2nd rep offered me a 20% refund with a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered before the end of the day. I pushed for a full refund which they begrudgingly agreed to. Now must wait 2-3 business days to see if I’ve been hawk tuahed. Don’t buy from these guys. Pay the extra money to shop local. This is a mistake I won’t be making again.

I was disappointed with the service as the flowers were not delivered as promised. This was a significant letdown, especially considering the importance of the occasion. I expected better reliability and communication. The worst service ever—do not waste your time and money.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Not only were the flowers wilted when they arrived, they were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 30% refund. I paid an extreme amount of money for these flowers, so 30% is a drop in the bucket for the problems that I encountered. Customer Service stated someone would promptly get back to me, however that never occurred. CEO, Michael Chapin, if you are reading this, you need to supervise your staff more efficiently, because not only will I never order from your company again, I will be sure to spread the word.

Was told my order would be delivered on the same day then they changed the date it was going to be delivered then when I call to make sure they tell me my date has been changed again so now i have been waiting 4days for my order to be delivered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!

Order flowers and paid extra to have same day delivery. No flowers, contacted customer service said they would confirm delivery. Next day said sorry would deliver on 14th. No flowers offered upgrade. Said ok. No flowers on 14. No flowers on 15. Now they will issue refund. They obviously can’t handle business in Port Saint Lucie fl. Would never recommend them
