I got some flowers for someone and she never got the message of sympathy I wrote, I also wrote my name, well they wrote my initials for my name and my last name which are my daughter too, so the person assumed it was my daughter that sent them. The advertisement said 35.00 they charged 60.24 😡 I called them so they only returned 9.39 dollars and I couldn’t understand the person 😟”
“Ordered Deluxe Cotton Candy arrangement. Huge difference in quantity. They were a day late on delivery and left outside behind a big vase. Communication with delivery driver was good but disappointed in this companies service. Emailed a few times with inadequate response.”
“The flower arrangement that was in the website was very different from what was received, it looked really small the pink roses looked like they where starting to get whitered. Also they kept calling me and send a email saying they where going to void my delivery if i dont call them back a couple of hours before the delivery just to confirm my info”

They look very heated and dried out not what was expected. Sad day for the birthday girl!! Website will not allow me to load the photos they look pretty bad so I time stamped them for review later.”

“I purchased same day delivery for August 2nd and it wasn’t delivered. Called customer service asked for a refund because it should’ve been delivered and it wasn’t. He offered a 20% refund plus the same day shipping fee and stated the flowers will be delivered today which is AUGUST 3rd and still no delivery. I went to track the delivery and an updated date for delivery is showing AUGUST 4th. I’m very disappointed because I was lied to twice. I don’t want the flowers I was a full refund.”
“I ordered colors based on my relatives love for Victorian shabby chic style for my aunt to enjoy in her last moments. The flowers were delivered on time but NOTHING like we paid for! It was like they just came up with a bouquet & were out the door. Our choice had no effect on the bouquet. Not even same color pallet. Very disappointed.”

“First I had to pay a $15.00 delivery fee which they told me was a guarantee fee on the phone that I would be 100% happy with the order and a $3.00 fee for the weekend charge, the flowers did not have a balloon with it which I specifically asked the sales woman (it was in the picture)that did my order. “I ordered their most expensive version of an arrangement called Passionate Peaches for my daughter. I’m not happy with what she received because she sent a picture to me. It may be the fault of the supplier they used, but they didn’t offer to remake the order and issued me a $12.12 partial order refund. I cannot recommend this place at all and will not use them again. Customer service was nice, but the recipient did not get what I paid for. Have included photo of what I ordered and then what I got. Not the same.”
“I just wanted to make a review and save others from making the same mistake I did. I was greatly disappointed that I paid $65 dollars for something I could have just bought at the grocery store. Don’t get me wrong the flowers were beautiful as well as the vase. But I absolutely cannot get over the false advertisement of the balloons they offer to add to the flowers with an additional fee. The advertisement I was given showed flowers with balloons tied to the vase. Instead I was given a cheap balloon attached to a stick, stuck on top of the flowers. I know that moving forward I will not be purchasing from this site again. (Cartoons are cute for kids but for a 33 year old women. Really disappointed in the style of balloon they chose.)”
“I ordered these as a gift for my mother. I received the email on delivery day that the flowers had been delivered, but my father said they were not. The customer service rep rescheduled delivery for the next day. When the delivery cutoff time passed and my father said they were still not there, I called again and they spoke to the florist who said they were out for delivery and to give them until 7pm. Called at 7pm and was told they were still delivering and to give them 45 more minutes because she couldn't cancel an order that was showing as "out for delivery".
I confirmed with my father the next morning that the flowers never arrived, so I called customer service for a refund. The rep offered a mere 10% discount to allow an extension. I refused and said to cancel and refund. They did follow through on that which is the only thing that made this a 2-star instead of 1.”
“This order made it fine. However, the flowers I ordered for my wife just before I placed this order didn't show up. When I contacted customer service, I chose for them to send next day and upside what I ordered for the inconvenience. Instead, I received an email that my order was canceled and refunded. WOW, that couldn't have gone any worse and she never got flowers for graduating as a Nurse Practitioner. I'm sure I'll never order from you again. Thank you.”
“Ordered flowers for the funeral service. Flowers were never delivered. They refunded the money but I needed the flowers on time and not the money back. Really disappointed in the service. Also when placing the order there were no options to pick delivery time which is problem if you delivery to some places that are not opened all the time such as churches.”
“I used to order via this site with no problems. I’ve used it to deliver to my son’s family in Manhattan and always had good service. Once the wrong thing was sent, and they completely re-did the order no questions asked. The last few times, however, there have been problems with on-time delivery. These problems have been in smaller cities. They have been delaying the delivery, and this time they delayed telling me they delayed the delivery for over 24 hours, too late for me to call a local florist. I ordered on a Friday morning for a Saturday delivery, in enough time not to have to pay an expedited fee. When I got the email it would be late and called the company, “Katie” was sassy and said she’d messaged the florist and I could wait. She said I could call and see if my loved one got the flowers and let THEM know! I told her the purpose of flowers is a SURPRISE, not having to ask if they’re delivered. I said I wanted a refund if they weren’t delivered on Saturday as originally promised. She said I could call back. About 8 hours past when they should have originally been delivered, I got another email saying they were not, and I could have a 10% discount for a Monday delivery or click for a refund. I clicked. I don’t know what happened to this site, but it has turned into unreliable and I won’t use it again for smaller markets, if at all.”
“Flowers delivered 2 days late. Rose pebbles turning brown, 2 roses had mold, & it was necessary to through some flowers had be tossed out. Very disappointed as my grandson sent them from his military base.”
