The arrangement I ordered was not even close to what was delivered. This happened before but I gave them another chance. Big mistake!
Their response was to give me 30%off. Not good enough fur embarrassing me with a substandard arrangement.”
“Terrible flowers. Ordered a bouquet through IDme.com because they support veterans. Got the flowers wilted and sorely lacking the $75 price tag with delivery. Called customer service and they offered a replacement. Second bouquet was delivered within 20 hrs of the first bouquet. The flowers were wilted just as bad. The first bouquet was already half dead. The two bouquets together equaled a 14.99 bouquet from the local grocery store with 1/3 the value of the grocery store bouquet. Thanks for your lack luster customer service on both ends of the transaction. I got a 15 refund which covered the delivery charge. So in retrospect, I paid $60 for a 7.99 bouquet and vase. Not to mention the embarrassment and the cost of the grocery store flowers to try to save face.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. I ordered $200 worth of flower arrangements for a funeral which would take place in 2 days, paid for guaranteed delivery before noon on the day of service. Never received the flowers, called at 11:40 to request ETA, they were not able to give me a time & just stated driver is in route. Needless to say, I never received the flower arrangements. Called to request a refund after the service, they only partially refunded my money. Called a week later & requested remainder amount and they gave me the run around trying to say I only canceled one order even though I ordered them both together, paid for it together & both flower arrangements have the same reference number. They tried to play word games & only wanted to offer a flower arrangement to be sent to a new address if I’d like. I specifically purchased these flowers for a funeral & they did not deliver! I would never ever in life use them again & I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either!”
“I ordered flowers and paid for a priority fee knowing that no one was going to be home in the evening. I called after the 4 hours was up and was given the refund for the priority fee and was told that the flowers would be here within an hour. It's now almost 2 hours and no one is going to be home to receive them not that I think they're actually coming anyway. But way to ruin a celebration. I do not think that I will be ordering again”
“I ordered flowers and balloons. The flowers look old and wilted and the balloons were delivered late in the afternoon, despite the fact that I paid for it to be delivered early. I will never use this website again.”
“I had a sick friend and sent them flowers to be delivered on 6/20. They sent me delivery confirmation when they order was not delivered. They ended up not delivering it that day and delivered the order late on 6/21. They ended up delivering the wrong flowers. They sent flowers that were less expensive than the ones I had ordered. Please keep in mind that I called them twice on 6/20 to check on the flowers, twice on 6/21. After they sent the incorrect flowers, they attempted to send the correct flowers and they did not end up sending the correct bouquet. They ended up reimbursing me nearly half my order but still ended up getting it wrong. I will stick to the FTD and 1-800-Flowers next time. This is ridiculous.”
“I ordered these as a gift for my mother. I received the email on delivery day that the flowers had been delivered, but my father said they were not. The customer service rep rescheduled delivery for the next day. When the delivery cutoff time passed and my father said they were still not there, I called again and they spoke to the florist who said they were out for delivery and to give them until 7pm. Called at 7pm and was told they were still delivering and to give them 45 more minutes because she couldn't cancel an order that was showing as "out for delivery".
I confirmed with my father the next morning that the flowers never arrived, so I called customer service for a refund. The rep offered a mere 10% discount to allow an extension. I refused and said to cancel and refund. They did follow through on that which is the only thing that made this a 2-star instead of 1.”
“This order made it fine. However, the flowers I ordered for my wife just before I placed this order didn't show up. When I contacted customer service, I chose for them to send next day and upside what I ordered for the inconvenience. Instead, I received an email that my order was canceled and refunded. WOW, that couldn't have gone any worse and she never got flowers for graduating as a Nurse Practitioner. I'm sure I'll never order from you again. Thank you.”
“Ordered a peace lily for my niece's mother-in-laws funeral but never got it. Now I'm waiting for my refund. Hope I get it but should have read reviews about them. This is my first & last time with this company.”
“The flowers that I sent weren't the ones and they got there and they were dying already and had no card the one that I actually had to sit there and put my heart out to the lady over the phone totally embarrassed”
“Ordered for my mother in law for her birthday and was completely embarrassed by what showed up. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Managed to get a 20% refund and $20 credit for more flowers (as if I’ll ever buy from them again). Appreciate that they handled the complaints but I imagine that’s all they get so they must be pretty good at it by now. Truly awful. Just…wow.”
“I should have read the reviews...my flowers were not what I ordered ...it was embarrassing. I had this delivered to my best friend at her work in front of her coworkers. A blind person could have made a prettier arrangement. I ordered daisys...can you guess which arrangement I ordered and which one was delivered?!?!?!?”
“The flowers were not only the wrong flowers they weren’t even the right color scheme. I called was offered a 30percent refund and $10 towards my next purchase. I told the guy it was unacceptable and I would call the next day. They then offered a 50 percent discount with $30 towards my next purchase. Again not acceptable. They delivered the next day. Closer to what I order but much smaller. Never again!”
“Very unhappy with this service. I ordered flowers on June 10 to be delivered on June 19 and after not hearing anything all day I finally call and they said there was a problem with my order but they couldn’t tell me what the problem was. They said best they could do was deliver the next day even though I had made this order over a week ago. Will not be using again.”
“I ordered a large fruit basket for a friend who is a vegetarian. They sent a basket with just a few fruits in it and the rest salami and other grocery products they won’t be able to eat. When I went to submit a complaint, the website does not let me get past a prompt saying “we told we may have to substitute some items.” I would have thought the substitutions would be other fruits, not meat.”
“They were delivered late. When the UPS driver showed up, he put the box out on the step and never rang the bell. They could have been there all night if I didn't look outside. And the were scrunched together like rags and only 4-5 baby breaths, all in the back. Very disappointed.”
“I expected that the flowers I ordered to be delivered to a friend would come from a florist. I was wrong this company used a Safeway grocery store for flowers. The arrangement did not look like the picture on the website and they were delivered a day late. The customer service Reps just give you lip service, they are useless but that may be how they’re trained to respond to customer complaints.”
