“Only rated one star because you have to in order to submit a review...Wasn't what I expected. Not horrible but by no means does that imply they were anything great. I spent over $150.00 on two arrangements for my daughters for Mothers Day and was kind of ashamed at the quality. These flowers were supposed to be delivered on the day before (May 11th) or the day of the Holiday (May 12th) as stated on my invoice and got delivered (May 10th). These flowers were carelessly left on the porch because no one was home. Wont even try to argue with company because as stated in previous complaints...it wont get me anywhere! Terrible business, terrible quality. NEVER AGAIN....so disappointed.

“Flowers delivered were terrible. One rose was completely moldy, others were losing petals and the leaves were falling off. Called and was told i would get a 50 percent refund off my bill and it wss inly 4.25 credited to my account. Bad customer service . Will never order again”
“If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance. I did not get any notifications of a delivery date change. When I called since they were not delivered today(Friday), they told me they changed the delivery date to Monday.... the day after Mother's Day. Great.... cancel that order.
I will never use them again.”
“My mom just received her Mother’s Day Bouquet and I was appalled at the condition of flowers. They were all wilted. I called customer service and they offered me a 20% refund and a 5 dollar credit. I’ll never use From You Flowers ever again!”
“I found this site by googling and thought they had really pretty arrangements. So I ordered flowers for my mom and had them sent. I have added photos below to show what I ordered and what actually arrived! Sooooo disappointed! The online photo shows a full bouquet of really pretty flowers. What arrived was a NOT full bouquet of cheap ugly flowers! They gave me 5!!!! Roses, and filled in the rest with DYED!!! White daises and God Awful Stacia Flowers. I contacted them about the cheapness when the cost to me was 93.00!! They refunded me 50% of the cost but my poor mom has to have a case of ugly cheap flowers for Mothers Day! Don’t use this company to send flowers… they are NOT worth it!”

“Got strawberries delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely destroyed. Will provide picture. Customer service was terrible and they provided a partial refund. So much for their motto with the “Best overall quality and price”. Absolutely disappointed and not enough time order her something as a replacement for Mother’s Day. “Do not order flowers from here. This is my first time ordering “fromyouflowers”. I ordered 6 different arrangements for six different recipients for Mother’s Day AND intentionally had them delivered 3 days prior to avoid delivery congestion. One arrangement was delivered a different date than I requested without notice. Then, I receive an email notifying me one arrangement will not be delivered until May 13. I call to inquire and the phone rep tells me ALL will not be delivered until May 13!!! I don't know what to make of this company. The arrangements online are beautiful, but the reliability and service is shot.”
“Ordered flowers and they arrived dry, wilted and brown. At first, the customer service representative tried to offer a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and then a 30% refund with a gift card and delivery of flowers 4 to 5 days later. What??? Finally, I was able to get a full refund (at least I hope, I have an email but not months been returned). Be careful when you order from them.”
“My daughter spent a considerable some of her hard earned money to send me flowers for Mother’s Day. What I received was brown and wilted and broken. She has filed a complaint and we have not heard anything yet. What a horrible way a company would represent themselves.”
“Ordered for same day delivery, nothing showed up and I had to reach out to FYF just for them to reply that they could not find a florist to deliver that day.
I asked that they be delivered the following day. FYF refunded my same day fee with no questions. I waited at home all day, no flowers, no call, no doorbell ring, nothing. I reached out again and FYF said they would need to get a non-delivery confirmation.
I asked immediately for a refund. I do not recommend. They are kind via email but seems that they don't really care because I had to initiate all conversations.”

“With the sterling silver necklace and she just loved it it arrived yesterday on time through UPS they took a picture and it arrived the flower the Box the necklace always intact and it was just the time that she needed at the most after my dad passed away in September because he always got her something and we did two of course but I want to say thank you for your company and I got my discount and I ended up with a $12 more toward my next order I will be shopping with From You Flowers great job my mom likes the box so much with the little drawer that the necklace came in and it was she was just so amazed and she said the flower was intact with a glass globe around it to protect it and she was so happy Thank You From You Flowers my first time order and I highly recommend your company you were on point with emails and so was UPS thank you for being in business I definitely will use your services and UPS again”
