“So far, not a fan of the restriction of the straw inside this buddy. I may take the rubber stopper out to see if it remedies the situation from a sip to a proper drink. Didn't keep ice near as long as competition jugs of this size do, so not really impressed with that. It'll make for a good back up.”
“Love Frost Buddy so I ordered the ToGo Buddy. If you have small hands it's not really for you. I can hardly hold it with nothing in it so I imagine with a full drink in it I would have to hold it with two hands. I will probably keep it and give it to a man as a gift.”

“The products are fantastic and I have bought 20+ for myself, friends and family. However, I will only be buying through Amazon from now on as the company itself has unreliable shipping. I ordered 6 of the same Christmas universal buddies. After 2 weeks of my order just sitting (not picked up by ups) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I finally found the chat feature through the app and they reordered my same order again. However at this point it had been so long and the event I needed the buddies ready for was 5 days away. I asked that the order be rushed, which it was not. Ironically, just a day later the original order was finally picked up and started moving. Scheduled to be delivered before my event. All was well again until the order showed up at my door and I only received 1 of the 6 buddies I ordered. This time I called customer service and was told to wait a few more days even though I didn’t want the order anymore as my event was the next day. As expected, a few hours later the order status was “delivered” with only one product. I called again and they wanted me to go through the process of returning the one buddy on my order. I eventually got a full refund which I appreciated, but overall j was extremely disappointed at how I was treated by customer service and how no one took accountability for only getting 1/6 of my order. It was clearly a mistake by the company itself as the box and label were specific to one product (didn’t come in a big box with only 1 inside.) I have emailed customer service and explained the issue with my order but have not heard back.
Bottom line, products are great, company needs to take accountability for its growing pains as its now been around too long to be having these big time errors.”
“You keep asking me for an honest review, you’ll get one. My first order: Universal Buddy XL. When it arrived, was missing the insert rendering it useless for 2 weeks while I waited for you to ship me the missing parts. 2nd order: 2 universal buddy with a special design. Not only did I get the wrong design (which what I received was blank white with no design at all.) but you sent me a single one that was correct to try and correct the issue, then 2 blank white ones! All I wanted was the 2 with designs like I had paid extra for. On top of that, I will give you credit, you did send me another correct buddy and had me keep the blank white ones (which is the ONLY reason you’re getting 3 stars instead of negative) but it took over 2 weeks for that to arrive and they were ordered as gifts. I explained that to you, and could you be bothered to expedite shipping? Apparently not. I’ll be honest, I have foam koozies that can keep a 12oz can colder longer than the little buddy can. The XL Buddy can keep a 20oz drink cold for over 12 hours.
So, TLDR: Whoever is in charge of order fulfillment either needs a vacation or needs to refresh their indeed resumé, and you guys need to test the standard buddy’s again because they do not keep things cold nearly as long as you state they should. Universal buddy XL is the way to go, just don’t expect to get your correct order on the first try.”
“Disappointed that when I received my order some of the cups had tops and others did not. I needed for all of the cups to match because they are for my daughters and grandaughters to be opened at the same time. Sent an email for help and the answer was "sorry...can't make that happen" . Apparently I can't swap any of them or any other such solution. It seems to me that I am getting bunches of "you're important" emails from you all but the business practices don't match the emails.”
“I was disappointed in the To-Go Buddy not completely fitting some of my drinks. Some of the plastic was visible and I thought it was supposed to completely fit inside. Every ad or promotion showed exactly that. Customer service sent me a video of some drinks not fitting like I thought though. Oh, well”
“Received my order in a timely fashion. However, the Frost Buddy packaging was damaged (Frost Buddy was OK) because it was shipped in a bag which does not give very good protection to its contents. It wouldn't have been a big deal but this item was meant to be a gift. After contacting the company they gave me a 15% credit towards this purchase.”
“Purchased the XL specifically for the 24 Oz. Can it says it accommodates which technically it does fit... the thing they are not upfront about is the the lid (gasket) does not attach to the main cannister with a 24oz. unless you purchase an additional accessory, a taller lid. Why, if they are listing what types of bottles/cans you can use it with they don't just include or offer it as a bundle feels like false advertising. That and that the accessory is not mentioned as necessary if wanting to use with the 24oz. cans on the page for the products description. Wasn't until I chatted with customer service did I find this out.”
“Great product, keeps all of my cans cold for a long time! I just wish the color matched the product description. I ordered red and when I place it next to my truck, it looks pink to me.”
“Can’t review items that I still haven’t received yet. I called customer service last week after finding out that my order was shipped to an address that I didn’t I put on my account. C/S told me that it was returned but since I didn’t put the wrong address and that I had called to verify the correct address, they would reship the order. I still haven’t received it yet.”
“Was disappointed. Had bought it for Aquafina bottles but they are so loose in there they don’t stay cold. Not sure what the adapter is for as it doesn’t work with weird size water bottles”
