Firstly the delivery men could not find my address ..they asked me to send my location via google maps ..when I said I wasn’t sure what he meant he replied “well go and get somebody who can!!”(my address does appear in any Sat nav device ) They delivered a tall dresser for my kitchen …they placed it in situ but declined to unpack it .I am a 62yr woman on her own and I would not be able to unpack it on my own as the carboard box sits all the away around it .I again mentioned it would be impossible for me to do this on my own ..again a straight decline .They could not get out of the property quick enough .Surely common sense prevails .I then immediately contacted Furdeco who informed me to take up with the seller .I then tried to contact NCF furniture where I bought the dresser but several attempts later advising me there was nobody available to take my call ,I gave up I would not use this company again

The delivery men, one in particular was obstructive & at one point refused to deliver my 3-seat settee to my first floor flat. He had a surly, no-can-do attitude. The packaged item would not quite fit into the lift, so I consented to it being unpacked. He wanted to unwrap it outside in the rain at first! He was overly-eager for me to sign the disclaimer regarding accidental damage to the item. I told him that me signing the form does not mean that they can be careless & damage the settee anyway. They were aware that it was a flat that they were delivering to, as it states it on the order. I pointed out that being an experienced delivery company, they would be familiar with delivering to a flat. The delivery was successfully completed in the end. But I certainly would not recommend this company, based on attitude & ineptitude of the team!

I paid £45 for delivery (large parcel for two persons and easily could be done by one person)and came damaged. I had to fight with the seller for a return for 2 months just because you damaged the item.

I ordered an armchair from Clearcycle on 19/2/24, The delivery was arranged for Saturday 24/2/24.throughout the delivery person from Furdeco kept in touch informing me when they would be arriving.They arrived on time, requesting I come to the front door, the driver looked at my door way and said "wasn't going to fit" This was the box that had not been taken off the van yet, the box couldn't fit, he said if I remove the packaging, maybe It might fit, he rang for advise on this, then asked where it was going I said in the kitchen, I started to remove the packing, he asked me if I was on my own, which I was, and then told me I should have had unpack, and put in the room of choice, I told him I didn't see that option when I ordered this sofa, him and his colleague then left me on the doorstep with my chair and left. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated, I found this person rude and negative, From the onset he did not offer any assistance or help, he has no manners..I would not like to encounter him again.

Furdeco was supposed to deliver my bed last week - I was provided with a 3 hour time-slot and waited at home to receive my order however, it didn't arrive. Furdeco informed me that the delivery van broke down when I contacted them afterwards - unfortunately, I received poor customer service rearranging a delivery slot and they have yet to answer my queries outlined in the emails that I sent them.

I received at text message on Saturday telling me my time slot would be 3pm to 6pm on Monday, at 3.30pm on Monday I get another text to saying my delivery will be now between 6.30 and 7pm. My delivery arrived at 7.15pm Not exactly great service

Delivery guys sounds very impatient, no calls at all before arrival; only called when showed up at the door and when we told them we are on our way, only get asked rudely and repeatedly ''how long'' ''5 mins wait is ok but no longer'' I think management is at fault here that their team is too stressed for too short time framed delivery slots when they are delivering heavy bulky furniture which takes longer time obviously to carry and move around!

Not great. Promised a delivery between 10-1300. Didn’t arrive till 1400. Along with the second parcel - got charged twice for one. delivery in the end

Customer service is good but The driver are not professionals. I asked the driver to leave my item at the concierge. They ignored me and took my item back. It took me 5 days to receive it again

The delivery drivers were talking in there own language that made me feel uneasy as if they are talking about you, other than that they put in where I asked.

Have a delivery on 22 December 2022. It appeared that I had to be available between noon and 1500. No problem with that although initially I read that it was difficult to change. Later on I did get a number to phone if there was a problem. Surprisingly I got a call early in the morning about the delivery. Are you coming now I asked ? I think they said between 10 & 11 am. Surprised at that. Tried to explain my time slot. They did arrive about 10.50 as indicated. Drivers weren't interested in my point that my time slot was noon to 1500. I accepted that time, yet it appears that they can arrive when they want. I don't have that choice. Could understand if they arrived at the slot time & I wasn't there. My fault. Don't what would have happened if I wasn't in @ 10.50. When I raised the issue all got is that we are now going to Manchester !! So what has that to do with me. Sorry not very professional. Took forever to deliver. Then were supposed to assemble on delivery. Didn't. I hired a handy man Saw him open it to reveal a huge crack clean in the middle of the marble table top. Mean marbles not even easy to break.

I was given a days notice for when the delivery would be. The time slot was the only 3 hours of the day I could not do as I work during the morning. I rang up to see if this could at all be changed or at least delayed to the later part of the delivery sort and was basically told an outright no. It was take the slot or be delayed 5 days and seeing as we had been living without a sofa for 4 weeks it wasn’t really an option. The women on the phone was very unhelpful, unapologetic nor understanding and suggested I leave it with a neighbor.. it was a sofa delivery. This delivery service does not provide any options for those who work which it should for £35 delivery charge. Very unhappy with this service.
