“Arrived earlier than time slot rang me twice whilst at work after explaining abaut time slot I got my daughter in law to go to my home to take delivery guys got sofas in but refused to take boxes or even take them down the two flights of stairs so my daughter in law and me a disabled pensioner had to struggle to get these boxes down and now awaiting someone to come and break down for me not the best service I would expect .”

“My rising sofa arrived this morning at unfortunately 6.15am this Morning when I was still asleep in bed. The schedule said by email that it was due to arrive between 10am and 1pm this morning. I have worked in retail latterly and the rule is nothing should be delivered until 8am to respect family privacy. I had not prepared the room in which the chair was to be positioned so it came as quite a shock to be awakened that early…not too happy with that.”

“Positives: always on time and communicate To be improved: take care of the environment you in do it just storm through someone home knocking and shoving walls (not taking care) Not checking alternatives to screwing legs of chairs in. Quite happy to only insert 3 out of 4 screws saying it’s strong enough as too lazy to do this manually until I showed them it works.”

“Ordered sofas on a Thursday and they were delivered the following Friday , very quick delivery ! I had to leave my adult son to take delivery as I had a prior engagement. The sofas arrived on time but the delivery guys tried to get them to fit through the front door but due to a small front hall the sofas couldn’t be manoeuvred to get them through the lounge door . So my son suggested the back entrance door but the guys said sofas wouldn’t fit . So on my instruction the sofas were left well wrapped in the back garden with a view to having to remove the lounge window to get them in . My son and a couple of friends arrived the next day and both sofas fitted through the back door easily with very little effort.”

“For delivery day, I was given a time slot of between 2-5 pm. As there was no show or contact, I was about to step into shower at 7pm, when they rang to say they would be here in 20 minutes. On arrival the lad carried the box into my garage, cut it open for me, and removed the main wrapping. The goods were not damage. I think the guy was as relieved as me, and seemed keen to move on home as there was nothing left in the van. R.Mac.”

“My Order of a Kitchen Sink was through Taps Uk and delivered via Furdeco. I was instructed to inspect the Goods for any damage before signing acceptance which my Husband and I attempted to do but the two Delivery Men gave us the distinct impression that they were in a hurry to get away so we felt rushed to carry out the inspection but other than this the delivery was on time and contact was maintained throughout .”
