My daughter has cancelled her policy and has been waiting over a month for the refund, no one at "customer service" are answering her e-mails. quick enough to contact when money was required

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!! If I could record this conversation with Mr. "Houson Ajaz" he swear at me "F"£$%" I don't understand You! I rang today 03.09.2019 at 12:05 so maybe the owners of this company will listen to this conversation please? I prefere to pay £200 more that use Your company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Auto saint, ain’t no saint! Got me with their dodgy policy, which is a total rip off! Before buying it been ensured, that with the black box installed and good rating my insurance cost will drop, they gonna add some miles, give promotions etc... They never fully disclosed their price list and intimidated to buy the insurance asap. After 5 months of driving, rating was over 70%, but it made no difference. Turned out to be opposite. After 3000 miles they added 1686£ additional charge to increase annual mileage by 8000. A countless number of hidden charges, such as 180£ for the address update (which was removing existing address) in total now paying almost 4000£ premium on Mazda 3 1.6 (insurance group 13E, 5 years driving experience). On top of that, customer service was one of the poorest I have ever used. The consultants were extremely rude and slow. To make a call you have to wait at least 30 minutes to get on the line and with the constant dropouts. Working time, although advertised 7.30pm, no one bothers to answer after 5pm. Stay away from it, and if you don’t, read all tease and sees as there are many hidden traps so you cannot later cancel it and you will need to pay for it even if you sold the car.

Called to get insurance 8 months ago and the advisor rang me back with an offer. The company I work for has moved and as I have to have a black box fitted and thus extra miles. I rang as I was clocking up more mileage. Then told it would be £65 admin charge and another £350 to add 2000 miles extra for the 4 months I had left on my policy. As I was not told about the extra mileage costs or the £65 admin fee on purchasing my insurance and not able to check my broker before purchasing I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated and feel Autosaint take advantage of young drivers.

This is an appalling company to deal with full of hidden costs and incompetence. My son took out his first insurance with them and had a black box fitted. He shares his time across two addresses which he told them about initially but they didn't put this in the policy so when the Blackbox picked up the different overnight parking he was quoted £400 on three occasions to be further insured, in addition to his £1200 policy. When I stepped in and called the quote suddenly changed to £30 plus an admin charge of £65 when it was their admin error in the first place! I didn't really want my son to continue to be insured with a company with this standard of customer care but they have you over a barrel - to cancel, we would only get a refund of £669.16, so £600 for 5 weeks insurance! As soon as this year is up we will avoid using this company and I have very little trust that they will be any use should we need to claim. My advice is shop around - don't use these guys because you think it's cheaper - you will get ripped off!

I have a blackbox fitted in my car and they are trying to cancel my insurance for apparently going down a road too fast when the road limit is faster than I was doing and I have NEVER BEEN DOWN THE ROAD

DO NOT USE this company. My little sister had an accident and they didn't even ask the road of the accident. They didn't assure her they were there to help either. They gave her the contact details of the third parties insurance to fix her car herself. We pay all this money for these people to do minimal. The customer service here is appalling and admitting liability to an accident that was not the drivers fault is their main concern. I wouldn't even give this company a one star review.

Was considering going with this company until I rang them to go through some details with the black box, first person I spoke to talked over me and was very unhelpful. Second person I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful! Hung up on me mid sentence after I told him I’d already gotten my quote online, disgusting customer service and backed up with countless reviews on how shoddy a company they are made me avoid them completely and thank god!

The worst insurance company ever stay away!! Cancelled my insurance after 1 month due to no putting forward a claim I made 2 years ago even after numerous attempts of telling them there was never a claim to even made!! Phoned 4 times for my ncb to be sent through and still not recieved it. Then claim I owe them £286 because they cancelled my policy , cost me a fortune for nothing worth going to a proper insurance company worth the extra money

Awful company.. trying to charge me £750 for an extra 1000 miles. Even though on there website it says it will be an extra 2.5% per extra 1000 miles from you orginal premium.

absolute disgrace because i didnt declare a accident i was involved in 2 yrs ago i was not at fault our van was written off i didnt claim injuries autosaint ring my daughter its her policy on her own car i am only a named driver and demand 100 pounds off her or they will cancel her policy the same day i will be seeking advice elsewere about our next move to getting the money back on this note DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY WITH AUTOSAINT seems they will try and get get money out of you any way they can yes it was my fault i forgot about my accident on a differant policy with a differant insurance company i accept that what i do not accept is the fact that autosaint can just demand 100 pounds or they will cancel the policy

Don’t use Autosaint!!!!! They have small print to cover every single mistake that they make themselves and charge you an arm and a leg for services they haven’t even provided.

I got a new car and Auto saint charged me £250.00 to transfer my insurance over, plus I had to pay this months insurance to so they charged me a total of £350.00, l had the money but a lot of people don't, so I wouldn't recommend them, their customer service is also terrible.

Cancelled insurance Saturday because my daughter got a new car and did not want the black box as it never read the data properly so got a good price with Provident with no black box. Anyway I paid for the year as it was cheaper and she was paying me back, it was about £1350 and she had it for 6 months and I am getting back £360 so lost £1000 for 6 months of insurance. It looks as if we will have to wait the 30 days going by other people reviews. They are a terrible company.

Shocking company from start to finish. They lured us into the site saying that the excess was the lowest price. Only when we got through and put all the details in did the price go up and the excess went from £300 to £600. They then wouldn't accept email proof that my Son had named driver learner insurance until I had to read the letter to them. Customer service is shocking and the music is dreadful. They keep you on hold for at least 10 minutes before answering. They installed a black box which is clearly inaccurate as it pinpointed my son in a road he was never on. They had it investigated and one person said he wasn't there and one person said he was! They clearly don't know what they are doing. They told us we could cancel the insurance before they cancelled it and when we tried they said we couldn't do it as it had already gone through? This means now we have been told different things by different people all working for the same company. Wouldn't let me speak to a Manager. We've now asked for all of our call recordings and data from the black box under the GDPR act so that we can prove what we were told originally. The one customer assistant was so rude and hung the phone up on me when I asked her to hold on for a second whilst I spoke to my husband, which of course made me have to call back and hold again for another ten minutes. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Quite clearly all of the "anonymous" reviews are from the people that work there. KEEP AWAY unless you want to spend endless hours on the phone and endless money when they make ridiculous charges.

Absolutely terrible company! Been with them for 4 years and thought they were good as costs were low. As soon as I called for a quote as changing my car they wanted to charge me almost £300 on top of the annual £480 I paid 4 months ago! When I asked to cancel, they said they’ll only refund me £130 after only having my policy for 4 months. Terrible customer service, staff are very rude

Autosaint will often come up as the cheapest and most appealing option on comparison sites but don't be fooled they are a complete COWBOY company. looking back now I would have chosen the more expensive company with less of a headache. the customer service is virtually non existent, staff are rude and don't really know much about insurance themselves. Every little bloody change of policy or miles needs a £65 administration fee. £450 for 2000 miles on a £1200 policy sounds a bit steep if you ask me. I can't wait for the end of this years insurance to get rid of this rubbish once and for all. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Had insurance with auto saint for the first year of my insurance and was perfectly fine. So decided to renew with them for my seconds year... its only one month in and I’ve been on the phone to them constantly as they have messed up constantly money wise and I’ve had endless problems. Spoken to many women on the phone and most have been polite other than one or two.. one of the ladies even tried accusing me of lying and laughed down the phone at the issues I was having.

The worst Insurance company ever. The customer service received from the workers were appalling as they cut the line in the middle of a conversation. Asked to speak to a supervisor and refused to pass the phone to them. Unfortunately they are scammers and money grabbers and none of the workers know their policies as I was told different information from each worker. I would not recommend this company to anyone specially new drivers as I lost out of money and had to cancel my insurance policy.
