I only had 6 days cover and got charged 117 for 10 days cover even knowing they cancelled it on the 6 th day not 7 days notice they will just take you're money for there own profit I took it out on the 28th and they cancelled it on the 4 th that's 6 days cover not 10

do not use, give a very wide birth, these are professionals at taking your money and then give you excuse after excuse about incorrect documents so they can use all your money on admin fees for cancelling , my policy lasted just over a whole week with them

DO NOT USE my son took insurance our with these con artists. He thought he was covered and drove his car. He waited for the money to go out of his bank for the first months insurance they never took it. When he called them they said they had cancelled the insurance due to lack of documents. The excuse that they never told him was because they had taken his email and phone number down wrong and STILL charged Him £126 to cancel this. I have put a letter of complaint in and will be taking this further. They sent him letters to his uni address when he was staying with me saying if he don't pay it will go to court. He informed then he was not at the address but they are so thick they sent letters there so he has only just got them. They are idiots.

Don't buy from them. They never give you the policy certificate. They try to get all your personal information, then they rip off your money from cancellation!!!!!

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE USED! They have cancelled my insurance policy after 2 days by emailing writing that they have insufficient information about me. When I called to find out what was insufficient as they have not requested any details off me, they said I have been declined insurance previously when I never have been declined insurance. They did not tell me when I was declined insurance either.

After 9days insurance they canceled my policy and added 128 debt even thou it was there fault they said we will pass ure details to a debt recovery firm called regal finance and u can spread it monthly for 25 pound when I said I would contact a solicitor they Pauline said it would be cheaper to pay please all be aware this is a scam company do not use

Just don't even bother they have awful customer service I have not long lost my partner and I have enough to do with paper work but the pressure they give you to send stuff in was awful they bumped my policy up from £600 to £1200 as I thought I had Ncb they said they left me a voicemail to let me know but no such thing !! It's only that I asked for the final payment that I found out this ridiculous price and the women speak down to you so just don't waste your time and effort with this so called company ????????I have experienced much nicer customer service regarding my needs

Signed up to this company and they sent me a cover letter, they then said I needed to send documents over or my insurance would be cancelled which I did. Nobody got back to me so I rang them after the weekend and found they had cancelled my insurance saying they hadn't received the documents I had sent, they then asked me for a ridiculous amount of money because they'd cancelled. These people are con artists!

I haD been with these insurers for several years. I purchased a new car and rang them to make a switch. The amendment to the policy came back at an extortionate price. The lady was really helpful and told me to look elsewhere and ring us if needs to cancel. I did so and rang back to cancel. I was told that I was due a refund of just over £100 but received £58. I rang to complain about this but was told I was unable to claim over the phone (which is against FSA TCF rule 6 regarding unreasonable post sale barriers). I was told the refund was correct so for under 4 months worth of cover, they wanted to take 86% of the original premium - which is absolutely scandalous and they feel that because they have sent this out in a load of bumpf for you to read that this is okay. It is not! I then received a further £44 because they admitted that the refund amount was unclearly given to me, which I feel is still disgusting and I am in the process of contacting FOS. They must make a fortune off cancellations. I have received my mobile phone bill today and because I was on hold to them for so long trying to cancel my policy, I have over £30 to pay on my phone bill which I have requested reimbursement for but I am not holding my breath. I thought they were a good company but obviously they are okay if you don't need any kind of service from them. I am just thankful I never had to make a claim through them, god knows how that would have gone. AVOID!!!!

Absolutely appalling company.DO NOT get insurance through this company.!! I bought a policy and was sent my credit agreement etc. Three days later I received a text message fr these con artists to say my insurance was cancelled so they already had made an initial 60 pounds by ripping me off.even more laughable is that this morning they have sent me a letter saying I now owe them £39.20 .So they have made mealy £100 by not even insuring me.and apparently they will just take this from my card ...Please please DO NOT INSURE WITH FLUX INSURANCE.!!!!THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Took out a policy online. They called me back said they wanted proof of job. Sent that in, the finance company sent me a credit agreement which I signed online. 1hr later flux sent me an email saying the policy is to be cancelled as they want an extra £700. Original amount was £700. I was confused as I'm paying via a credit agreement. Just spoken to them today and as my online purchase stated finance company and not a betting company they want an extra £120 upfront for a deposit and double my payments every month. This is a con, why send me a credit agreement and cancel it an hour later. I expect the agreement to be cancelled in the next 7 days but I have a sneaky feeling this will stay live as I can see when logging into the agreement. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS SET UP IN A SMALL BUSINESS. I'VE WORKED FOR PPI BEFORE IN 2010 IN IT'S HAY DAY AND BELIEVE ME I CAN IMMEDIATELY TELL THEY ARE BUILT UP JUST LIKE THEM. GOOD BULLS@ITTERS EMPLOYEE A LOT OF WOMEN AS MEN ARE AFTER BETTER CAR DEALS THAN LADIES. TRUST ME, I CAN'T BE I'VE BEEN CAUGHT OUT BY THEM.

Cancelled it but after a few mail to get refund with no reply, even wrote but still no reply or refund

Absolutely RIDICULOUS... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... Do not use this company!! These people are SCAMMERS!!! Due to the single fact I didn't state my JOB ROLE to prove my employment, my insurance was CANCELLED. I unemployed at the time of my insurance so I felt I was doing a positive service by providing them with this information however this wasn't the case. I was notified of my cancellation 2 DAYS after they cancelled it, for which they had no reason to do, meaning I was driving without insurance. I sent exactly what was required from the assistant I first spoke to, however the information was not sufficient. When I questioned them about why is this so important, compared to everything else, I was told; "Chefs have a higher rate of accidents, its a part of our statistics". They never tried to contact me to notify me of any changes or issues. The customer services team are briefed on trying to mislead you as a customer. I was charged a premium of over £6 a day for my insurance. I honestly feel this companies objective is for drivers to insure themselves with them, once they have, they look for anyway by which they can make a quick profit by finding the smallest issue. Normally i wouldn't do this but i'm disgusted by the way which they treated me. Once they cancelled my account without notice, there was no way I could do anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. SCAMMERS. I REALLY HOPE THIS STOPS PEOPLE USING THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF IT STOPS ONE PERSON I FEEL I'VE FULFILLED MY DUTY.

Don't go with flux direct they are rip offs, as a 17 year old and still in education I don't earn very much at all, they charged me £120 one month when my monthly payment is only meant to be £33. When I rang them they said when I joined them I clicked 'pay every 3 months' which I didn't so fair enough the man said I wouldn't pay again until September, it's now August and they have charged me another £50 and won't do anything about it, they are bloody useless

Hi Everybody, just to update you on the conduct of Flux Direct so far. If you read my previous review you will find what a nightmare they have been. WELL....... it gets better! I received an email on 31st July basically saying I have 7 days notice to either pay the amount in full or to find insurance elsewhere as my loan with the third party has not been approved with no reasons given. Quite frankly I was sick to death of them so I thought i'll just pay whatever the cancellation fee is and be done with them but no! FluxDirect being FluxDirect who seem to be the experts in fleecing people told me that to cancel my policy within 7 days I MUST PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT WHICH IS ALMOST £1400!!! There was no negotiation on this at all. The customer service advisor then told me if I send another proof of address that they will overturn the cancellation and reinstate the direct debit in order to continue the policy as normal. I just sent them a letter a proof of address letter I got from the bank which is what they asked for along with an extra proof of address letter from TV licensing along with a copy of Council Tax, Water Bill and driving license that I have already sent them. Lets see what they say next time and i'll keep you posted on here.

AVOID THESE THEIVEING SHITES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Took a annual insurance policy out and decided to pay monthly. Paid £45 deposit and then £33 per month. Cancelled after 3 weeks. As I read it I would owe £25 cancellation fee. Fair enough. When I rang to cancel I was told I owe £123. For what I asked, my answer was because when I took the monthly option , premium credit loaned me the money and paid flux direct the whole £300 policy now I have to pay them back. So basically unbeknown to me I took out a loan and now I have to pay a fee for paying the loan back early. Not a chance, looks like this will be a long drawn out affair. There both con artists who no exactly what there doing. STAY AWAY
