“absolutely ridiculous and atrocious. my car insurance got automatically renewed without any notification or consent from a £70 to a £166. its a joke and am still waiting for someone to get back to me. impossible to get through their phone lines.NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF!!!!!!!!”

“Left stranded after car locked its self with key in it,despite having full breakdown cover and key cover ,after 12 hours they sent breakdown recovery, I'd already got a cab home, numerous phone calls, getting told nothing they could do,getting deliberately cut off and fobbed off,an insurance company is only tested when a claim is put in ,make up your own mind ,I'm cancelling my policy, ABSOLUTE POND LIFE.”

“I was particularly pleased to be offered a gift voucher for about £40 if I accepted their original offer. This came about as I did not accept until the day after I had received their policy details.”

“I sincerely hope that I never have an accident while I am with Kwik Fit Insurance, I have absolutely no faith in them. I just don't have the time to change insurers at the moment. They don't even put their number on the Motor Insurance document. They charge excessively for the slightest changed in details once you've made initial payment.”

“Worse experience ever...They robbed me of my FREE MOT, by claiming that my PLATINUM cover did not qualify me for FREE MOT when it states clearly that anyone that takes out Insurance ONLINE is eligible for FREE MOT...But when the time comes for MOT, I missed the small print. They charge £25 for late payments..and you struggle to buy out of the policy...They are just horrible, please don't go there”

“Rang Kwik Fit to change update my insurance policy as I had bought a new car. Turns out that they in fact insured me on the wrong vehicle registration number and I had been driving for 10 months without insurance! When I complained I was told I must have given them the wrong information. The vehicle they registered me under wasn't even close to my actual registration number! Appalled!! Disgusting service!”
