If i could, I would give even more starts to Lloyds Bank. I am with Lloyds Bank more than 5 years and i would not change my bank ever. Always kind, always very helpful and their customer service is absolutely excellent. Fraud or dispute with a supplier....Lloyds Bank was always here for me to help and they never let me down. Dear Lloyds Bank i am your massive fan!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst insurance company I have ever used. Enterprise is the insurance they use and I am so disappointed. After an accident in my car I was called by my insurance to tell me that my car was being picked up by Co-Part. I assumed that they were taking the car to a garage to get it fixed. I didn't realise that the Co-Part were a Salvage Company and that the car was going to be written off. Thank goodness I had the sense to call Co-Part to double check this. They advised that my insurers had advised them that the car was a write off!!! Lloyds did not advise me of my options. Lloyds advised that an email would be sent to me and my Underwriters and I received nothing until I contacted the Underwriters. I am having to do all the telephone calls and I feel that I have not been treated with respect what so ever. Very disappointed. I would not recommend and I will not be using them again

I had an £150 claims excess fee which was fine but I found out through my renewal letter that for drivers under 21 there is an additional £400 on top of that! Nowhere was this information available to me until I got this letter...thank goodness I didn't have to claim!

Absolutely useless. Just get passed around from department to department. No communication from then and had to do all the running around for them!

Given one star because I can't put less. Avoid at all cost cancelled policy without telling me,all payments upto date. Been on the phone none stop trying to find out why. Been told bank was the problem, then told a payment was sent back when it wasn't, now been told a payment was missed in September but on my bank statement it says it was payed. They now want £280 to set the policy back up as far as I can see we have done nothing wrong so why am I getting lied too. Very angry please do not go with them, now got to find extra money right before Christmas to pay for a new insurance company.

Lloyds bank car insurance, more like highway robbery! Just had my renewal through, and it's over 6 times YES SIX more than it was last year. No changes to policy, no changes at all. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!

Most useless car insurance company I have ever taken a policy from. Customer service really poor, refuse to make changes on your policy. Would never reccemment this company for insurance to anyone nor would I ever look to take any sort of policy out with them.

Really unhappy with customer service I have received. Trying to downgrade my paid account to a basic was extremely difficult. I have spent 2 days on the phone with customer services asking unnecessary personal questions like the exact date I moved in to my address??? The name of the city I was born in??? Just to downgrade my account. Finally I have found out that it takes 3-5 working days to downgrade my account. Really disappointing.

Had a Lloyds buildings policy for 14 years. Went up each year compounding considerably with no notification of this. Checked this years quote and was 320% of highest quote on money supermarket.com and 400% of current market quote from Lloyds themselves!! Challenged this with customer complaints and eventually told 'they were happy with the calculations'. Will be taking this to the FCA.

Arranged Van Insurance through Lloyds Bank Insurance and paid online in full. Under the terms of the policy my insurance would be cancelled if I failed to provide proof of NCD within Fourteen days. I emailed a copy of NCD which was rejected. I was then asked to pay a further £384. I refused and assumed that the policy was cancelled. The cancellation took place within ten days and therefore should not have acruded a financial penalty. I returned from holiday to find numerous emails all asking for proof of a NCD. Clearly this is a ploy to extend the cooling off period to allow the company to impose cancellation fees. Do not even think of buying insurance from this company. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he carried out daylight robberies.

I called into the Market St Wigan branch today 021116 @ 9.30.I no longer bank with Lloyds but had to clear up a matter on an old account.I was met by a really helpful man David Malloney he spent a good deal of time sorting out the issue for me.He is a real asset to Lloyds.I find in a customer service industry people are slow to say thank you but quick to say when they dislike something.Well done & thanks again.

I have been calling since 1st October from abroad and uk! I have spent over 8 hrs on calls never had a call back when promised, been lied to constantly, called a liar and a thief by complaints managers! Spoken rover 32 people now most of who, call themselves managers!! Had all my calls terminated had derogatory and defamatory comments written on my notes! Had no senior management involvement and been told by one of the four dishonest managers Luke Saunders that it is simply tough the buck stops with him!!! Disgusting and deplorable I have never come across such a dishonest bank ever!

My recent experience with Lloyds, I was misled by the mortgage advisor after checking all income documents that I can access a mortgage. After all mortgage process was nearly finished (evaluation, solicitors etc) she declined the offer. Worst experience ever ! Poor customer service and complaint management! I can hartly say that your mortgage advisor is Incompetent! I will take my complaint further as this is unecceptable standard for a highstreet bank!
