Absolute scam artists, they wont honour any claims and will accuse you of lying. They will re-write the entire policy and twist it to mean something different to avoid paying you a single penny. DO NOT USE THEM, THEIR INSURANCE IS WORTHLESS.

I became the victim of an insurance scam at Liverpool Victoria when someone made a claim against my insurer - but I have never had an incident with the claimant. Thanks to the neglect of the claims department, I have lost my NCB discount worth over 20 years. Reference number: 500-01-071218

Poor representation of my case. Collision with bus on narrow road with dashcam footage to support my case. Bus over white line and did not slow. I had almost stopped and was always on my side of the white line when bus hit me. No roadside signs to warn of narrow point. LV just forced me to accept 50:50 liability and did not challenge bus company - Stagecoach. I felt really let down. Then they sent the renewal increasing by over 75% and that was before reducing my NCB from 9 to 4 years. Went elsewhere, disgusted.

I have been a happy LV customer up until this year whenever one of my car insurance policies nearly doubled in price. Then today I phoned up to cancel my home insurance renewal because it has also nearly doubled. They didn't even ask why I was cancelling.

Website states 3-5 days for life insurances to be processed after they have paperwork. They've had paperwork since beginning of March, now nearly July and they are the only company we are still waiting for, solicitors said it's always this company they are waiting for so would advise not using them. I personally won't ever give them my business now.

Reported accidental damage caused by ceiling collapse.Reported on 2nd June 2024.Have had visits from contractors to come and look but no constructive action.Meanwhile both bathroom and shower out of action. Ceiling covered in plastic sheet as the dust will aggravate my COPD.No appointed named person to speak to a difference each time and no progress.I am 73 years of age so personal hygiene is prime.

Renewal premium a 90 percent increase - no claims- what a joke. New policy with AA and £200 cheaper. Do not touch LV with a barge pole. Goodbye LV for ever

I requested a work-related ADHD assessment, which resulted in no diagnosis. Despite an NHS doctor confirming that ADHD is not a mental disorder, the insurer is claiming it triggers their mental disorder exclusion. To make matters worse, I don't even have ADHD. All this happened when I needed their support the most, while my 5-year-old was undergoing chemotherapy. It's astonishing how underhanded their actions have been, especially considering that many members of their board are solicitors, which makes the ombudsman hesitant to challenge them.

Happy You must be joking..Tyler Harp is A Excellent Solicitor It is LV at Fault..Ready to fill form in for Court..and I read you will have to pay Solicitors/Court Fees..Then get Mr/Mrs Hebditch 3 Measham Close Ferring West Sussex To pay you The Amount.. You Sort it out not me I am A 87yr old Pensioner.it is your job to do this..House On Wheels on Neighbours Driveway Breach of Covenent on my Deeds

Did a quote put all correct details in me and partner, came back declined, tried again with just me still declined, hmm I suspect I'm black listed for ever purchasing insurance from LV for a claim over 14 years ago!

Received my car insurance renewal quote, a price hike of 40%. Same car, no accidents, no changes. No explanation.... Went elsewhere, funny thing happened the quote was actually cheaper then LVs previous years.!!!!!!! Crooks, liars, don't believe them...

New house broken into . Initially helpful then communication stopped . Even wrote to ceo to ask if policy still exists ? From what I see unscrupulous and dishonest . Just can’t understand how they get away with it . I’m going to ombudsman but think have to get another insurer . Can’t believe they can advertise .

My car getting on fire over a month ago. I keep calling them every day and answer almost the same. I have to wait for valuation. Also they ask me for v5 which I send! Nothing at all. Every day without a car I am loosing money but it looks they don't bother. I paid a lot for thet premium and I expected better service. Not happy at all

Car insurnace is so bad asked for ID proof, I was on holiday at the time and told them cannot do as away so they cancelled it. I have over 10 years no claims. When I complained was told terms and conditions. Dont use LV.
