Received flowers today for my birthday, very disappointed. They were extremely limp and lots of flower heads broken off. Product code 29178483. This is the 2 nd time I have been disappointed with M&S flowers.

Received plant for birthday on Tuesday (4days ago), it is now dead. Last year received flowers that were dumped by the road nowhere near my flat and were dead on arrival. Replacement also left in road and dead.

Sent from my Husband for our anniversary. Awfull flowers, some stems so wilted just fell apart. Dead leaves , & no improvement to some on putting in water. He has emailed customer service & had No Reply.

Received a replacement bouquet of flowers,as bad as the first one . Lisianthus arrived squashed and half dead,iris's bloomed and died ,stock shed it's flower immediately.Roses not looking fresh after day 2. All very squashed,an excess of unnecessary greenery. So disappointing--- not recommended!

I had been waiting for the flower delivery all day, it was a present from a relative for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. When I went outside in the evening today I found Yodel had just dumped the ripped, soaking wet box of flowers out of sight, on the floor to the side of the doorstep.

As someone else has said further down this long list of complaints by unhappy customers, M&S uses Yodel which has to be one of the most unreliable couriers in the country. Flowers ordered by my husband for our wedding anniversary failed to arrive yesterday and according to the Yodel 'tracking system' (lol) aren't even rescheduled for today. Currently it's 30°C outside so what these flowers will even look like when they eventually turn up isn't hard to imagine given the comments on this thread. M&S we will never order flowers from you again after decades of loyal custom.

Received rose bouquet which looked half dead . Arrived on Monday & dead by Thursday. This was a gift but I wouldn’t order any flowers from M&S …. They are terrible

If I could give no stars I would! My husband ordered me a bouquet last week. It came in a dreadful state. After 2 calls to M&S and 2 more lots of flowers received in substitution they get worse each time. I was even told that the substitute wouldn't involve me paying postage!I asked for someone to contact me as feel this is appalling service. No-one has. I have sent a seperate email to M&S. I can submit plenty of pics before flowers went in the bin

Last time I ever order flowers from M&S. sent flowers for a young friends birthday today. She was very hesitant to tell me but they were shocking. Broken stem roses and dead foliage and freesias. Called M&S immediately who tell me they will send more tomorrow. That’s not really the point. This is the second experience I have had but it will be the last.

Terrible flowers! Have received several birthday orders this year & last & quality of flowers upon delivery has been dreadful - wilting, half dead, etc. Definitely will not be using myself for orders!!

Awful service from M & S, not the first bad experience from them. Sunflower Bouquet arrived on Friday but were dead by Wednesday. Have bought sunflowers for a fraction of the cost from sainsburys and they've last twice as long. Not the service you would expect from M & S

My daughter sent me a Thinking of you M&S gift when I broke my arm. The biscuits were nice, the scented candle nice, the bouquet was terrible. None of the white roses opened, just wilted on the stems, and the stocks fell to bits and drooped at once. I followed all the instructions and had the flowers in a cool place, thrown out after three days. What a rip off, £40 for some shortbreads and a candle.M&S should be ashamed.

Be warned that M&S flowers are delivered by Yodel. I was disappointed to find the delivery slot for my aunt’s 100th birthday wouldn’t be until 16.25-18.25. In the event the flowers didn’t arrive at all! Eventually delivered next day - missing her birthday and having spent previous day in the back of a van in a heatwave! So disappointing. Was not entitled to refund as the flowers did eventually get delivered. Will NOT be using again.

Terrible do not order I sent my uncle flowers was nearly dead when arrived lasted 2 days couldn’t find a complaint line to email very easily and on line live they was rude and I got they will perk up in the morning REALLY xx AVOID

These flowers were sent for a ery special birthday from a very special person. Totally drooped when arrived. I didn't want to tell the sender as know would be Embarrassed and upset. I've been trying for nearly a week to ask customer services to assist Despite giving customer service all the information I have on delivery this includes address of sender email the label sent to me customer reference everything on flower parcel customer services still stay can't trace.....can you believe! Postcode is all that's needed. Marks and Spencer customer service are being most unreasonable which is a shame as I had always trusted. My experience not good for customer service and flowers delivered in poor condition

My third negative experience with m ans s flower delivery 1 flowers sent to a friend gor a special birthday-never received - claimed coukd not find the address. No apology 2 flowers received for mother’s day - a number dead or dying 3 flowers received for my birthday- a third dead or dying by day two Would not recommend Plenty of great flowers via post not via m and s
