My husband bought me a bouquet last Sunday from M&S Northcote road. Half the flowers wiltered and dried after 2 days. The roses died after 3 days. A great pity as it costed him £45! Felt heartsore to see my money dry up after a couple of days. Expect more from M&S, and definitely expect better quality!

I ordered the pale lemon bouquet for my sister for her 50th birthday , they arrived but the white and pink roses looked awful, got hold of customer services who ordered a replacement bouquet and they turned up looking even worse than the first ones , clearly there was an issue with the flowers , customer services were great but was not expecting such poor quality flowers . So I absolutely have only good things to say about the customer service team but 2 attempts to celebrate my sisters birthday and the flowers clearly are nothing like the standards I expected from M&S!!!! Refund on a gift card too so they still get my money

This is the second time I've ordered flowers from M&S, as gifts for friends who don't have a house number. Despite giving correct address, postcode and delivery phone number, they get delivered to a wrong house. The delivery photo shows the driver's legs, with parcel, with no Identifiable thing to even guess where he was, it could have been his own front door ! TwiceJ have phoned M& , profusely apologies followed.... not their fault, contact delivery team... who deny any wrong doing. At best appalling service, worst, disappointed friends and me wasting money. Shan't use M&S again, unless the insist drivers can read Googlemap to locate the properties

Bought a floral and gift said. Like others had side the flowers were terrible and the wine arrived smashed to pieces. It was for my friend's 50th birthday, how disappointing. Don't buy from there.

I received a trough with some plants in yesterday from my sister in law as a new house present, when I opened the box, the plants has all come out of the trough there was muck all over the bottom of the box and I ended up having to replant all the plants that were in the trough properly.

Always purchased flowers from M&S always good, last few months have seen the flowers fading very quickly but was shocked with yellow roses I bought on the 20th, completely dead by Sunday morning 23rd . Will think twice now maybe try Sainsbury’s next door.

Despite having been a Marks & Spencer loyal customer for years , after my recent experience, I no longer see it as the great store it once was . I bought bedding that went wrong after wash, despite escalating the issue, the executive team was dismissive and never answered my simple question . I was met with no resolution , and no refund . I ended up buying similar bedding at John Lewis of much better quality and lower price . On top of that , the food quality has noticeably declined in recent years , in my experience Liddle has better vegetables and Tesco or your local butcher cheaper meat . At this point , the only thing I will walk into Sprucefield for , is Kerrygold unsalted butter , because M&S is the only place around that stocks it . If M&S can’t stand by their quality , then I won’t stand by them . Oh, and don’t bother writing to the CEO . He says he cares , but in my experience, that wasn’t the case .

flowers received yesterday are half dead. i re cut the stems immediately and put the flowers in water. The flowers look worse this morning. Its shameful. What has happened to M&S flower gift delivery on line. The gift was bought in good faith and not cheap. I should mention that the flowers received last year were no better. Whoever the company are using to supply the gift is not up to scratch. Id gift zero or minus as a review if that was possible.

Very poor quality. All flower heads were wilting & soft so will not bloom. Long thin stems of mass produced roses that are not worth the money. Customer service did replace but will not order again.

I received flowers yesterday from a relative after a family bereavement. I could not believe how wilted and discoloured they were She would be devastated if she saw them and probably paid a lot of money for them I’ll never send flowers from m&s

I received flowers today , bought internationally, from a dear friend who probably paid an arm and a leg for. She would be devastated to learn that the name if Marks and Spencer could send out such old flowers which were clearly 'hand picked' to get rid of the oldest blooms first. I will be advising her to save her money next time.

I received a Blush Rose Abundance Bouquet as a gift for my birthday. Sadly they are brown and past their best on day of arrival and I had to bin they straight away.

Ordered flowers and Proseco to be delivered for a 50th birthday surprise, recipient did not know who they were from, recipient got the accompanying message but M & S omitted my name, had the embarrassing situation of having to ask “ did you get some flowers etc” which totally took the shine of the surprise. To make things worse I have emailed M&S twice to complain, they have not acknowledged or responded. Appalling service, chose M & S as I thought they were a reputable safe option. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I am a 60 year old women with severe arthritis in my hands so my daughter helps carrying bags. I was purchasing food and wine as a gift for a friends birthday and was refused service. I was told it was because my daughter was holding my bag. My daughter returned to the car, and I was still refused service dispute having ID and being very clearly considerably over the required age. I have shopped in the M&S that was across the road for over 15 years as I live close by and have never experienced this in all those years. We were excited to visit the new Derriford store for the first time, but due to the way I was treated, being refused service, I will not return. M&S has lost my business through what can only be considered a ‘jobs worth’ attitude from staff and manager.

Ordered 2 different flower deliveries for my 98 tear old mum in the Uk for Christmas as I am in Australia. The roses arrived with 5 stems already dry and wilting. The second delivery a potted Plant never arrived and they emailed on 28/12 to apologise and refund the order. Totally upsetting as it was a gift for and as I’m not in the country couldn’t do anything to rectify it. Will never use M&S AGAIN. As for the 10 pond e-voucher, who knows what I’m supposed to do with that!

Had a delivery on 23rd Dec. Very poor quality, Lilly buds mostly lying in box brown heads on remainder which were crushed by greenery. Fit only for the bin. I’ve had many regular delivery’s of M&S flowers over the years, always poor dead heads or too much green stuff squashing the rest. I dread opening the boxes and feel upset for my relatives wasting their money.
