Delivered to billing address not delivery address. No responsibility for this as it was deemed customer error. I know I put both addresses in carefully. Will not order from them again.

I have just received some flowers for my birthday which was yesterday at 8 pm tonight and they are dead straight in the bin what a waste of money please everyone avoid getting these flowers delivered and the driver left the gate open if we had not checked it our dogs could have been run over on a busy road

I received online flowers as a present. The delivery box was so sturdy it was almost impossible to open. Then the flowers were far too well secured by string and I ended up cutting through the flower feed sachet as I tried to cut through the string. After all that the flowers only lasted a few days. Very disappointing. M & S please look how Bloom & Wild do there packaging....their boxes are very easy to open and fold down for recycling and the flowers are wrapped in paper ...no tight string in sight. It took all the pleasure away from receiving a gift.

Had flowers delivered for my birthday they were awful brown and petals falling off as I opened the box In all fairness the store replaced them the following day only to find they were no better very disappointed better off going into the store and choose your own and less expensive.

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers through M & S website. All OK initially but roses began to shrivel rapidly after four days. The sub contractor has a spurious three day complaining cut off window (as it's a well-known fact, apparently, that a bunch of poor quality flowers will die in three days not four). Haute Florist/Prestige Gifting will only offer a "goodwill gesture" of a £10 voucher, pointless as I will never use them again. Please do not waste your time and money by using M & S flowers, there are many better alternatives out there.

Really poor quality flowers. Dead within days. Tweeted m and s and just said they’d report back to team. Told my friend not to buy them anymore from there for me. She always does as a gift for looking after her pets. Aldi sell far superior flowers.

Dont order flowers from here They dont deliver them until tea time when you have ordered them for a Birthday A week before . When you ring them up to complain they are not interested and say the will put the complaint in to a in box to improve their service.M&S should be ashamed of treating customers like this

A bouquet delivered to me today were the worst flowers I have ever received and were a gift for the passing of my mother. The roses were brown and shrivelled, heads were sagging and greenery well past its sell by date. How you have the gall to send flowers out in that state is s disgrace.

Rose and Freesia bouquet arrived mostly dead with many of the flower heads dropping off when removed from the box. An absolutely disgraceful product, with M and S customer service making a bad situation even worse by being unwilling to replace it.

I think someone's just sent me a death threat, as I've had a box of dead flowers delivered today. No one answered the door but as if by magic the delivery man let himself in to deliver my death threat. After 20 years service I expected fresh flowers at least. Not some that have just been stolen from someone's grave. My weeds in my garden are by far superior.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on certain date. They were not delivered. After specifically saying do not deliver the next day ….. they did deliver the next day. Probably spent over an hour finding out what happened customer services were unhelpful they don’t care. Finally spoke to a manager the next day after being promised a call back( which did not happen). He offered to send fresh flowers arranged delivery the following week… refunded me gave me a voucher. I did not want a refund or voucher they let me down. The following week they were eventually delivered at 6.49 pm… just left on the doorstep on full view. I hope when the family return they are still there. I would not recommend ordering from M and S they are not the company they used to be their values are no longer about the customer.

A very dear friend bought a small rose plant in a ceramic pot from Marks. It was a kind and thoughtful while we were shopping together. The small yellow buds looked so pretty when purchased on Friday but by Monday the buds were brown and falling off. Very disappointing .I have not said anything to my friend as she would be so upset. Not what is expected from Marks. In contrast a few months ago I had a bunch of white roses which bloomed beautifully and lasted a full 4 weeks.

My daughter inlaw purchased flowers in store from bluewater on Friday by Sunday they looked awful . I done all the care on the label and they were wilted and didn't fully open . I have purchased flowers for a friend in store and the same outcome. Shocking quality don't waste your money.

My son bought two bunches of flowers on two separate occasions from M&S in store. These were expensive flowers and they looked beautiful roses bouquet and tall pink lilies. The roses never came out and died almost immediately. The Lilly weren't up to much either... most of the buds didn't bloom. Very, very disappointing....you can forgive this happening once but twice is unacceptable. I would take them back to a store but as my son purchased them so I have no receipt.

They sent me the wrong colour garden furniture. Forgivable, but the customer service experience so far is not. I'd hoped to sort everything out in a phone call but instead have entered a convoluted chain which hinges on the provision of photos to an expert furniture team who, I'm told, are the only ones qualified to confirm that the colour is wrong. I guess I should have stayed in education for longer. So far the team have been unfriendly, condescending and shown no grasp of the context; namely that I'm a customer who ordered a fairly expensive item and received the wrong thing.
