Received a mixed M & S bouquet from a friend as a Birthday gift. All the blooms looked well on arrival of the evening delivery but by first thing next morning the white rose heads were turning brown and the rest of the flowers wilting despite following the instructions to a t. Have had Bloom and Wild delivered flowers that didn't look too great on delivery but came into their own and lasted nearly 4 weeks! The M & S flowers are of shocking quality and a complete waste of money! Don't bother ordering M & S flowers!

My wife loves stargazer Lillie's. Recently spent £45 on a bunch to mark her retirement. She received lots of bunches of flowers. Regrettably only after 7 days the flowers have faded badly and started to turn brown and we have had to throw them out. Out of the 5 bunches she received the M and S lilies are the first to go. Very disappointed. Can't recommend and won't be buying from them again.

I received an autumn bouquet from M and S two weeks ago through the post. They are almost as pretty as the day I received them. I am very happy. I received another bouquet through the post from M and S a couple of days less than two weeks ago and all but one flower have died. Not sure why there was such a difference. I'm very happy with the one bouquet as its lasted so well, much longer than expected. I was reasonably happy with the second one as it lasted about as long as I would have expected. Both were in the same place in the same room. Overall I was very happy.

I love the ease and speed of the click & collect service. 24 hours after placing my order online, I rolled up to the Collection area in-store, scanned my Sparks card and in less than a minute a lady appeared with my items. Magic!

We are buying regularly flowers from M&S. We can see over the last months repeatedly that fresh flowers and tired flowers are mixed together in a bunch. I find this an impossible betrayal on customers.

A friend sent me flowers from M and S - half were dead and drooping - I couldn’t tell that to my friend of course as it would have ruined her kindness to have to complain etc

Recieved as a birthday present, a rose bowl of supposedly live minature roses. On opening the transportation box to find the roses had fallen out of the bowl, and on further inspection the roses were completly devoid of any form of moisture and out of a full bowl of roses only two had survived. Really disapointed with M and S. Would not recommend people to waste their money.

Do not order flowers from M&S online! The rose and freesia bouquet did not contain any freesias and the 4 roses included were dead, as were the other flowers. Delivery was supposed to be next day but they were delivered a day late by DPD. Photos were forwarded to 'customer services' who immediately agreed that they would issue an ecard voucher, whilst I really wanted a fresh replacement. This could not be done without informing my daughter and her partner. I wanted to avoid this as they were sent to commemorate the anniversary of her father's death. The customer service person did apologise but as if reading from a script. I asked her to 'escalate my complaint as i do not want anyone else to be disappointed. It seems to me that this is an everyday occurrence which management are not bothered to address.

These flowers didn’t even merit one star but couldn’t otherwise leave a review Whatever happened to M&S standards ? A gift box ordered to say thank you to a friend turned up after 10 days with brown dying roses. Some gift ! We complained & got a refund but that’s not what we wanted. We had wanted a quality thank you gift . We have actually also received dying flowers ourselves from M&S as a gift from family. If other companies can do it why can’t M&S. Shame. Will not order gifts from them again

Delivered to billing address not delivery address. No responsibility for this as it was deemed customer error. I know I put both addresses in carefully. Will not order from them again.

I received online flowers as a present. The delivery box was so sturdy it was almost impossible to open. Then the flowers were far too well secured by string and I ended up cutting through the flower feed sachet as I tried to cut through the string. After all that the flowers only lasted a few days. Very disappointing. M & S please look how Bloom & Wild do there packaging....their boxes are very easy to open and fold down for recycling and the flowers are wrapped in paper ...no tight string in sight. It took all the pleasure away from receiving a gift.

Had flowers delivered for my birthday they were awful brown and petals falling off as I opened the box In all fairness the store replaced them the following day only to find they were no better very disappointed better off going into the store and choose your own and less expensive.

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers through M & S website. All OK initially but roses began to shrivel rapidly after four days. The sub contractor has a spurious three day complaining cut off window (as it's a well-known fact, apparently, that a bunch of poor quality flowers will die in three days not four). Haute Florist/Prestige Gifting will only offer a "goodwill gesture" of a £10 voucher, pointless as I will never use them again. Please do not waste your time and money by using M & S flowers, there are many better alternatives out there.

Really poor quality flowers. Dead within days. Tweeted m and s and just said they’d report back to team. Told my friend not to buy them anymore from there for me. She always does as a gift for looking after her pets. Aldi sell far superior flowers.

Dont order flowers from here They dont deliver them until tea time when you have ordered them for a Birthday A week before . When you ring them up to complain they are not interested and say the will put the complaint in to a in box to improve their service.M&S should be ashamed of treating customers like this

A bouquet delivered to me today were the worst flowers I have ever received and were a gift for the passing of my mother. The roses were brown and shrivelled, heads were sagging and greenery well past its sell by date. How you have the gall to send flowers out in that state is s disgrace.
