Absolutely dreadful. Yellow sunflower Mother’s Day bouquet. Thrown away most of the flowers already & I only received them on Sunday, today is Friday. Guessing by Sunday they will all be in the bin. Disgusting

Received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day on 27th March 2022. Initially I wasn't sure about them as they looked a bit wilted and one of the stems had broken off, but once I had fed and watered them, they perked up and have just got better and better every day! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Very disappointed with the quality of my flowers. Box badly damaged and some of the flowers were already wilting when I took them out. Three days later I’ve thrown half of them away. Expect better from M&S.

Complained about mothers day flowers. Sent out new bouquet of flowers today. Better packaging however where still a little droopy. If I hadn't been off today they would have looked bad.

My son ordered flowers for Mother’s Day which were finally delivered yesterday pm (Wednesday) so 3 days late, by Yodel in a battered box and obviously in extremely bad condition… I called customer services to be told there was nothing they could or would do as the complaint had been logged by my son on not receiving the flowers on Sunday. I have been a customer for many years but will NOT be using M & S in future following this experience and their extremely poor customer service.

One star is too much. One star is too much. I have recently moved house. 2 friends sent me flowers. No flowers arrived here. They were both told that I had refused to take delivery of them! Both friends arranged a second delivery, again no flowers arrived. On mother's day my daughter sent flowers. When they arrived they were dead. The stems were dry and had not been wet for a very long time. I phoned and made a complaint. I was assured a redelivery was booked for Wednesday. I waited in all day, and by 1630 there were still ho flowers! I have phoned again only to get told that they have not been dispatched ! DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS HOPELESS COMPANY. THE STRESS IS NEVER WORTH IT!

Mothers day flowers, delivered dry and brown, after trimming the bottom and rehydration they dropped in two days and had to be thrown away. Sorry but will not be ordering again and sadly would not recommend to others.

My daughters bought me a bouquet of 18 roses in mixed colours . They were beautiful on Mother's day and have a life of 5 days . They were bought on Saturday the 26th March and today 29th March five of them are practically dead !! So very disappointing . Top retailers I would have expected so much better . Hopefully the rest will last until the 5th day !!!

I received a fresh flowers delivery today ordered by my colleagues for my birthday as I surprise when I get home. I opend the cartoon right away and already saw at point of opening that the flowers had already wiltered. The bunch of flowers had not been put in water and all stems were completely dry. The flowers had not been arranged with love but looked no better than a bunch bought at the petrol station. How sad and its not a isolated case.

Flowers for Mother's Day ordered on Friday for Sunday delivery. Notified on Sunday that they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. DPD claimed box arrived with them "damaged". M&S offered replacement for delivery on Tuesday. Original flowers arrived on Monday, wilted, discoloured and in an open damaged box. Replacement arrived Tuesday, even worse state - broken flowers, wilting, box badly damaged and far too big for flowers inside. Neighbour uses M&S regularly and said they were shocked at quality and delivery. "Looked like flowers were already a week old". Have to say customer services were very good, shame the products weren't too. Ruined my 80yr old Mother's day - twice.

My son bought me a bouquet of M&S flowers for Mother's Day he was in a hurry and hadn't noticed they looked a bit tired. 2 days later they are almost all dead despite me cutting stems etc., What a disappointment and waste of money

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. I was out when they were delivered DPD left them on my doorstep my neighbour rescued them and put them in water but they were really wilted and have still not recovered. Totally unimpressed with bouquet but told my daughter they were lovely as didn’t want to upset her. Poor show M&S!!!

First and last time for this online home delivery bouquet. Mother’s Day present for my 84 year old Aunty . I was able to visit the following day. I was shocked at the flowers £30. Awful she said she had to bin a few of the roses . Other flowers beginning to wilt .looked poultry sitting in the vase !!!!!

My flowers for Mother's Day still haven't arrived, despite being out for delivery! My daughter phoned customer service and got a refund plus a £10 voucher, but really disappointed with M+S. We won't be using this service again.

I was very disappointed when I opened my Mother’s Day flowers sent to me by my son and daughter in law. The flowers were wilting and the foliage crispy and dead. I tried, unsuccessfully to revive them. They should never have been despatched. I am very annoyed and expected better from M&S. I advise anyone do not send flowers from M&S. Shocking.

Two bouquets delivered for my birthday last wk. The first, alstroemeria, had crushed bent flowers, and blackened dying leaves to top of several stems. The second had roses that were dead/dying next morning; small shrivelled daisies; shrivelling anemones with curled crisping edges on all but one; tulips not in bud; and a branch of dry leaves. 4 days on from my birthday I have one anemone and 3 tulips left - plus 3 hyacinth heads which were fresh. I complained to M&S. Customer services were courteous, apologetic, helpful I was sent a big bunch of tulips. By day 5 many flower heads were dry or petals falling. Tulips bought in store (M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's) last 7 to 10 days. I will never order flowers for delivery from M&S. I have not told my nieces who sent the flowers, they would be so upset.
