If I could give a negative it would be -5*. The jewellery is cheap and nasty under 10 under 20 should be in pence not pounds. Bought all Lorique in the past many were scratched stones due to poor cheap labour setting gems. But my main concern is with trustpilot reviews those can't be real, those are being completed by a sweat shop in the warehouse of gemporia towers more like. Destello items on Internet for half of the price and all shipping from China. All I can say is its a sinking ship with abominable customer service to once loyal customers think before you buy is my advice you can get most of the junk they are selling in the costume jewellery section of any High Street once they're open and you can be guaranteed a hassle free return without footing postage charges

I have shopped with Gemporia for about 7 years. I liked the company up until this past year. I had a horrible time returning items. I had tracking that showed that they made it to the returns department in New York, but since CoVid had much of New York shut down, Gemporia couldn't find my items. When they finally got them, they did not honor the return. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me credit in my account. I was very disappointed. I will not shop with them again.

I am very disappointed in Gemporia lately. They sand cracked gemstone where The item was probably returned by customers 100 times ( Gemporia would not reimburse on shipping, they will claim that it is part of inclusions. Really? I can see cracks without a loop. Also, each time I send the item back; I have to bag them for my money. I do leave post office receipts with trucking all the time since Gemporia does not want to give a refund. In addition to all that, I found out that some items that they have on action, have higher pricing then on there website. The website has cheaper price then action; with it said, they will not honor the cheaper price even thought I send them screen shot email. They gave me lousy excuse because they do not want to change to a cheaper price. Even if it is listed on their website. They want to make more money with the scan they running on. Consumer please be aware before you buy something from them. I am attaching picture taking minuets after one another between placing on order online and their website

I bought a diffuser with gems in from them. It has very little smell you would have to put the reads right up your nose to be able to smell it. Waste of money. And there jewellery when it arives is not nice

Phoned today for the March Reed defuser I was told they were unavailable because they have been on air a few times, and were unavailable to order!? , I question this poor customer service. Purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise and tanzanite ring looks like a return no shine very dull in colour fault at the back of stone The tanzanite is more white than blue(returning with a request for postage back) Not good enough gems

Black opal necklace starting to crumble. The tv samples of anything are much larger than the items received. As for the presenters, they are so fake. "Amazing, sublime ". Ellis, hattie, jess and angeline are the worst. As for Ruth and her SAUSAGE. Shut bloody up!!!!!!!

Visage Mascara not fit for purpose! I am absolutely gutted as I like and believed the presentation that was previously showed on TV with Katie and Hattie! The mascara they both used looked nice and wet and covered their eyelashes like they stated in one sweep. The Mascara I received was dry as sticks, I sweat me eyelashes numerous times and ended up with dry bits on the end of lashes and spidery looking lashes! Not impressed, the Mascara is definitely old stock has all dried out! I did look at the end of date and all I.can assume is that old Mascaras are being placed in new packaging, if this is the case then shame on you! As for your Visage Fix Perfect, this has no moisturising properties and feels and acts like water! So I for one will no longer be using Visage products, what a shame, I was so hopeful your products would work Katie!

Ridiculous treatment. Issue after issue. Took money then denied it, I sent screenshot of bank and suddenly money was put back. Then tried to say the issue was at my side, despite it being theirs! I’d ordered 3 rings as presents at one price, the price went up on their side and suddenly I ran into issues... highly do not recommend

Purchased 9k gold diamond bracelet - diamonds graded as I3 and self - certified by Gems.(£599) On arrival the diamonds were appalling,not one sparkle and grey in colour.They were so bad they should not have been used for anything other than industrial diamonds! I returned it 7 days ago and had to phone them to confirm delivery.Now have to wait for refund. Never again - and I mean it this time! Just an aside -Trustpilot feedback is not always independent. Also be suspicious of too much praise on any website

I bought a silver ring in the sale for £19.99. The stone has no sparkle so I intended to return it but tracked postage will cost £6.57!!!! Gutted. Never again.

Received item as a gift from friend, it was still sealed in unopened box. Upon opening the item was broken. Didn't want to disappoint the friend by letting her know the gift arrived broken, especially as she is shielding, so contacted them directly. Have sent them photo and all the relevant details but they are not prepared to help. Don't bother with them.

Your magnetic locks are not fit for purpose, should carry a warning sign as they are not safe. I lost my cross and chain using one of these locks and not very happy about it but your company ignore this disgraceful company never buy anything again and every chance I will be warning about these items.

Very disappointed by the quality of the products they sold. They magnify the items on the screen but when you get you need a magnifying glass to see the size of the stone or beads, don’t mention the material used. Its cheap and nasty. I don't know why the authorities are not taking any actions

I returned two orders to them in the same package. they had the items 7 months before attempting to return my money. one order they returned to my credit card, the other they claim that the card is not on file- it is the same card as the first order that was received on the same day. They say that I have a credit in my account but now won' let me access my account! where is my money?

What is wrong with all the presenters on Gems TV!! I used to love watching but it is now SO disjointed, what with too many presenters on screen at a time and time-filling "documentaries". Also, why do ALL the presenters have to wave their hands about in such a stupid fashion; it is SO off-putting. I used to buy lots from Gems for 15 years, since the start, but I can't stand watching you any more.

AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. Ridiculously amped up prices for high street quality jewellery. Using actors as presenters to persuade vulnerable old people like my mother to spend all their money on these "investment" pieces. I went to get a few of her pieces independently appraised from her extensive "collection" and they weren't worth 20% of what she paid for them!! I am infuriated with how easily they can manipulate and essentially con people out of their hard-earned money to buy sub-standard rubbish. The worst part is, they have brainwashed my mother into thinking she is passing down a hefty inheritance to her children!! Please pass on the message, if you value your money - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible, untrustworthy company. They sell sub standard jewellery and take delight in using the presenters to cover their fakery. As for Dave Troth,the moustache doesn't make you look any more serious just a joke.

This company is dishonest and uses all the waffle they can to sell the unrealistic priced jewellery. Also I am still waiting to see a person of colour female presenter. No wonder Alexandra left. We see you !!!!!
