I have never been so disappointed with a service. I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 from GetTech. Within days of using it it started to display messages saying ‘battery malfunction’. I drove to Cork to GetTech and using my 1 year guarantee asked for a battery replacement. I was told that my phone was water damaged and so no longer under guarantee. ( it had NOT been water damaged). Get Tech said they could repair it but it would cost me an additional €79. I left and went to Pair Mobile in the Crescent shopping centre Limerick. They replaced the battery for 40 euro and the phone is working perfectly ever since. I rang GetTech to tell them and they are insisting that as I went to a ‘Third party’ they accept no responsibility. I will NEVER use Get Tech again!!!

I bought a phone which due to unforeseen circumstances I emailed the next day after paying for it to cancel my order. Was told it’s been shipped to me and I should refuse it on arrival and I did exactly what you asked me to do. It’s been 2 weeks now of emails and asking for my refund but you Get tech keeps telling me that they haven’t received my parcel from An post. The tracking on it is still saying it’s in Portlaoise the last 5 days. But it’s been 2 weeks this has been sent back to you. For a tracked item why is it taking so long? Please can you look into this urgently as it’s my money that’s supposed to be refunded. Regards. E

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, An Post seemed to have encountered a delay with your package. We apologise that it took so long for us to receive the package, however this was beyond our control. We were also in touch with An post to try and speed up this delivery, however, we did not receive much help. I ordered iPhone XS from them and after 2 days the phone was flickering for a few seconds. I hard reset, updated my software and reinstall all apps but still have the same problem. I’ve reached out to customer service and they told me to hard reset the phone which I replied that I’ve already done it and still got the same problem. Haven’t heard from them since.

Xmas gift ordered. Wouldn't charge was returned and replaced. Same phone now faulty with no speaker etc. Returned via their collection service, and no sign of phone. Having to contact them every time and standard / auto responses. Will not be using again. Would be no stars if option was there.

I bought a number of phones and every one was faulty. Worse still i didn't get full credit on any of them.

Im returning the iPhone I ordered as the screen was glitchy and constantly defaulted to a zoom mode which prevented the completion of the set-up.

They found that the device was busy loading a software update for the new iOS version which has been known to cause freezing issues. We have since refunded your purchase. Disgraceful service. Paid nearly €500 for faulty phone as Christmas present and despite emails, phone calls and phone being sent back, I have only received ridiculous auto replies when looking for any kind of assistance. 6th January and still no resolution to problem!! Had to contact Sales as Technical staff are conveniently not taking calls. Spoke to "Online Manager" and she hadn't the ability to assist. This company has no interest in resolving any issues but very keen to take payment. Would strongly advise to purchase elsewhere

Ordered an ipad on 26th August, I was told it had been shipped when it had not been. iPad shippedover 1 week later and I received it on 10th September. No explanation given why it was so late or why they falsely claimed that it had already shipped.

**BUYER BEWARE** bought first phone pre Christmas for my son as part of his christmas present, i also bouight two more for me and my wife, my sons one was so battered on the back i gave him one of the other ones as they were better, turned out the one i had origionally bought for my son, the screen was faulty and could not press some keys, dead spots. sent back for replacement, replacement came and was a large area whre someone had replaced the screen and had clearly touched the lcd screen, so large dark area like a finger. sent back again for replacement, third replacement came and while setting up (third time and 1 month with no phone) had flat spots at base, couldnt select some items while going through process, also the screen when on was greatly duller than my work phone same make model, i asked numerous times for a manager to call me, also if they are using replacement cheaper screens, as the website states "we replace the battery" no mention of the screen. i asked this question and again was ignored. over a month messing about, today to be told, should i want an origional screen i should contact apple, still via e-mail. at no time have i been offered anything for the amount of time and hassle gone through, having to reset phone and send back for replacement is a massive pain. would be very hesitant to use again.
