Scammers. Didn't issue my daughter's tickets despite paying for the whole family. Been calling them everyday for the last week and all what I get is promises. Very unhelpful, incapable and chaotic. Our flight is soon and we're desperate and in a very bad situation because of them.

After speaking to several advisors over 4 days re: an amendment, I spoke with Khaif who was very helpful and provided a quick response. Very pleased with the service received from Khaif.

This company is a shambles. Following issues with Thomas Cook we booked a flight only with getaflight to be told the next day that this had been "declined" with no explanation whatsoever.Upon speaking to someone they told me that the deal was no longer available but i explained on the back of their confirmation I might have booked car hire and accommodation - this concern was just ignored. I have had ongoing communication with the "complaints " department but I agree with previous posts in that staff members have a very poor grasp of the English language so how can they sort complaints out ? The same response has been sent to me on several occasions quite simply because they have no understanding of my concerns.I've given up - I've asked for the regulatory body they deal with and/ or the name of the chief executive on numerous occasions but just blatantly ignored . I will now try and bring the antics of this shambolic company to the attention of the relevant authority

I am due to fly to Siem Reap on 02/11/2019, I noticed almost immediately that my title had been written wrongly. I immediately phoned and spoke to an agent who said that there wouldn't be a problem. Last week I decided to check and was told that yes there would be a problem and that I should send a copy of my passport and they would contact the airline. Following this I received an e-mail from Kifayat Khaif advising that I needed to pay a further sum that I was happy to pay as the mistake was clearly mine initially. He e-mailed to reassure me that they just needed confirmation of the payment and then my ticket would be changed. After a couple of days I hadn't heard anything and phoned the agency, I was able to speak to Kifayat and he assured me all was in hand but by this evening I hadn't heard anything and phoned again. He immediately knew who I was and assured me that everything was in hand and I should hear within an hour. Which I did! As I was becoming very anxious it was nice to know that somebody knew who I was and appreciated how worried I was. I can now fly out to meet my daughter and her boyfriend and have a lovely holiday. Thank you Kifayat.

After a few initial bumps, dealt with Kifayat Khaif who addressed my request promptly and efficiently. Very happy with his service, and would recommend other customer service agents to take training from him. Thank you for your excellent effort.

Spoke to a gentleman called Kifayat Khaif he was really supportive and friendly. He solved my issue very quickly. He’s very professional at what he does as a customer agent. He also a great salesmen he booked my ticket. They flight I wanted and the times I wanted he sorted out with not hassle. Really recommend you guys to use his services if you have to buy a plane ticket he will sort it. This company should be really proud of there employees such as kifayat.

I spoke with gentlemen called Kifayat Khaif from the Customer Relations Team. He was really friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. He rectified my issues promptly,I'm very happy I was dealt by Kifayat. Many Thanks Kifayat

Avoid using this shambolic so called travel company. We booked our flights and money was taken out almost immediately. After 2 weeks, still no signs of our tickets or acknowledgement so we decided to contact GetAflight. Having called them, we were told they can’t discuss our own booking with us. We then decided to check with AirFrance to confirm if the flights have booked with them. We were told GetAFlight attempted to book twice but was rejected both times as the price was no longer available. Appalled by this news and called GetAflight back to enquire. They tried to pacify us by saying a manager would called us back (still waiting). After staying on the phone with a customer advisor (they should find a different job title for these employees by the way - useless!) who couldn’t assist with our enquiry, so we terminated the call. We subsequently received an email 2 weeks after the initial booking to say the money is being refunded and they were unable to secure the flights with AirFrance. Now flights have increased by approx £500 for my family and they won’t compensate us. Disgusting!

I had an issue with my self-made online booking, which required assistance from the GetaFlight team to be amended. I must say Mahesh and specifically Khaif were extremely helpful, were more than happy to assist, kept me engaged and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I was delighted by his service and is a testament to his firm. Biggest complement I can pay, is that I wouldn't hesitate to call for help again and use GetaFlight going forward due to the service received.

Extremely helpful and super efficient. A great service and you get an invoice prior to payment so you can double check all the details including names, dates of birth The prices they quoted was at least £800 cheaper that many others. They made sure I was aware of booking with or without checked luggage as it doesn't seem to be standard as before anymore. My payment wouldn't go through, I attempted 3 times knowing that i had the funds. I was told that they would look into it and call me back. while waiting I read the reviews and then became very skeptical especially as it was so much cheaper than others. They call me back to say my card was being declined. in the mean time I received a text from credit asking me to verify it was an authentic payment. once I confirmed the payment it went through. I then within 10 minutes got an email with the confirmation booking, travel itinerary, my ATOL certificate and also the airline booking reference number. I then immediately check with the airline via managed my booking and everything was as should be. I would definitely use them again and also highly recommend them. .

**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS** Getaflight are by far the worst travel agency I have ever used. Communication is shambolic, most employees can barely speak English, and they advertise multiple fares on their website for exactly the same seat. When you have an issue with a booking, don't expect to get any help from them whatsoever, and be prepared for your phone calls to be passed around from person to person, explaining your issue over and over again to no avail. One star is honestly too much, if there was an option for zero stars that would be my choice. Do yourself a huge favour and book somewhere else.
