“We wanted a bed frame made in the UK to go with our super-king UK made mattress. We chose getlaidbeds because we liked the simple well made design and the wider 'slats' which on most beds are not strong or wide. We were kept informed about the manufacturing progress and delivery was on time, well packaged and undamaged. The bed was easy to put together and looks great. We then made our own headboard for our musical bedroom – brilliant!”

“Recently purchased a double sized low bed frame in walnut. Was kept informed of where the bed was up to in the manufacture process. Delivered on time. The bed was made beautifully, easy to put together and the walnut is really lovely. A very good purchase, really happy!”

“This is my fourth bed purchase from Get Laid Beds. The updates and communication from the moment you order, through to build and delivery are fantastic. Delivery was timely and careful. Very easy build with clear instructions. Colour is exact. Quality of product remains excellent over the past 10 years. I would thoroughly recommend 👌”

“will not recommend to anyone !! started off a positive experience with regular updates about the order etc which was great, on the day of delivery got a phonecall at 9am stating that the bed and mattress which i had ordered together and confimred on my order email and on their website stating "bed with mattress" is now not coming with a mattress as apparently thats extra despite the website and order confirmation email stating that it does come with mattress, told them to cancel the order and got money back, waste of time, why wait till date of delivery to say that it does not include mattress when you have had the order for over a week !! will not recommend to any one, website very misleading, had someone from advertising agency look at the website and my confirmation email and agreed that the bed should have come with the mattress as advertised so be careful of this company !!”

As clearly stated and physically shown on the frames web page, the mattress is at an additional cost to the frame and must be selected by checking the appropriate box. As you did not tick this box to add the mattress to your order or pay for it, we were not aware of your desire to have it included. This was explained to you at the time the error was discovered. We understand that this may have been a simple oversight on your part and we apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused. You cancelled your order for a full refund. “Quality is excellent, very sturdy. Headboard was a bit tricky to put together as the slots were a tight fit but with 2 people it's not too difficult.”

“We are extremely pleased with our very comfortable super king-sized ottoman storage bed. It is so much more solid than others that we looked at in stores, but, despite being as large as it is, it's manageable to lift to access the storage underneath. Having looked at Get Laid Beds online and wondering if they would really be as good as the reviews suggested, I realised that they were just half an hour from my home so went to the showroom before buying. There was a good range of beds to see and try and the staff were extremely helpful. The email communication once I had ordered was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage. I opted for the standard delivery which was only to the ground floor of my house. We managed, but I would recommend going for the slight additional cost if ordering a very large mattress, as I suspect that the delivery people are far more skilled at getting it upstairs than we were! There was a slight issue with the assembly instructions, but a call to the office and a very helpful video from them resolved the problem. They have assured us that the error in their instructions is being corrected. This was the only problem we encountered and I have still given a top rating, as the product itself and customer service warrants that.”

“Very disapointed with findamental design flaws making the bed, not of merchantable quality. Have explained this to manufacturers giving full detail in an email. Have not yet received a response. Given the cost of these beds, disapointed doesn't even come close”
