“The wrong parts came… so haven’t Managed to put it back and they seem in no rush to Send me the new parts … not happy”

All bed components are made to order, and the earliest possible timeframe for the reproduction and delivery of the legs is 6 full business days including a full day for dispatch and delivery. The scheduled date of delivery for the replacements is November 5th. “Delivery communication was provided well in advance, which kept us informed of date and time. The bed was delivered on time by friendly FedEx staff. The bed came in three boxes, so it was easy for me to carry to the bedroom. All the material was supplied with screws and washers provided for a double bed. The instructions could have been slightly clearer in my opinion and could have highlighted a bit better, the issue of the spacers between the top headboards. I would strongly suggest that you need a electric screw driver as some of the screws are long and quite tight to put in and would be extremly hard work with a normal hand operated screwdriver. Bed looks great and over all an easy (for me) project to complete.”

“Service is excellent and the bed is gorgeous. Perfect ! The instructions however could have been a lot clearer. They were quite confusing. Had to call and ask a question which was answered clearly quickly so customer service is excellent. The different prices were not clearly labelled in the box so it was a bit of a mission working out what went where. I think this could have been made easy by labeling them like tent legs. Using part a, part b ext…. Other than that I love it and would highly recommend. 5 stars”

“Everything about the process of choosing and getting the bed was perfect. Quck communication, clear details, friendly responses. Finding someone to adapt a bed to suit our specific request was important and we will definitely used Get Laid Beds again. The bed was delivered when they said, and the quality is great.”

“Great product, easy to put together and all the joints fitted nicely. Delivery by Fedex, not a fan as they give a time slot only to turn up when they feel like it and declare that they have the right to turn up any time before 18.00. No point in giving a time slot of between 08.50 and 12.50 if they turn up when they like!”

“The white Ohio Day bed looks brilliantl it makes the small bedroom look bigger and brighter. The mattress approx £400 is very comfortable also the pillows and covers are great. I am absolutely delighted. The delivery was perfect it was ordered the day before I went on holiday and delivered on my chosen day a week later. The service I received was outstanding I ordered over the phone and contacted the sales person twice each time the service was extremely helpful. I haven t the sales person s name to hand but she worked on a Saturday morning and had an American accent. I would certainly recommend and would purchase again from Get Laid Beds”

“Order procedure and delivery were good with good communication. Bed seems well made but, for information, the assembly was a bit tricky as one of the grooves on the head board post was a bit short and not long enough to take the three tenon tongues on the headboard slats. I had to saw a small piece off one of the tongues to get them all to fit into the groove. The other side was fine. Other than this I am very pleased with this purchase and will be happy buy from Get Laid Beds again.”

“So far so good. bed has been up about a week now and has been great. Very solid, no creaking. Only downside was we got the bed without instructions. Tore every box apart and did not find them and as it was a Sunday could not get the instructions until Monday morning.”

“The product and instructions were excellent. But definitely recommend getting their personal delivery service if you can afford it. FedEx lost 1/6 parcels that took a while to get back to us”

“A lovely, well made bed. The delivery and assembly service was very efficient, with good communication throughout. Great to know it was made in Lancashire so hasn't travelled a huge journey to get here - better for the planet!”

“Good selection of beds, some of which are just a bit different. Everything arrived exactly as booked. We didn’t have any communication from GLB until the day before delivery, which was fine in the end but it would have been nice to get a few messages, for example saying our bed was in the workshop, finished and awaiting delivery. It’s a bit worrying if you part with that much money and hear nothing except an order confirmation! Still it was all fine in the end so no problem really.”

“We are very happy with the upholstered headboard cover from 'Get Laid Beds'. It fitted our standard double headboard perfectly, seems very well made and is well padded. The company only appear to provide these covers in a single colour - a light grey - which in our case was the choice we would have made. However, if they had been offered in, say a neutral linen colour, we would have gone for this as it may prove more versitile/appropriate should we change ourcolour scheme.”
