Disgraceful customer service !! Just not interested in helping solve the complaint, all you receive is the same automated message basically telling you there is nothing they can do !!! I had been a loyal customer for many many years and spent a lot of money, and they were happy to loose my custom all for he sake of £10 .. after 10 unsuccessful E.Mails I asked the question ! is it not reasonable to accept that on the odd occasion it could be an error on your system and not the fault of the customer ???? Guess what ! Sorry on this occasion we can't help you !! If a customer service Manager had contacted me like I had requested it would have been appreciated!! but no just another can't help message !!! Maybe now a Manager would like to read the messages !! It wasn't even about the £10 in the end it was the principle of continuous, it's not our fault !! REALLY .........

I ordered a photo collage for my daughters birthday when it arrived the photos weren’t in the order I had placed them and 5if the photos were duplicated. I contacted the company twice only to receive 2 pre-set responses. Totally unhelpful I have had to reorder from another company costing me a further £33 and the photo frame will now not arrive until after my daughter’s birthday. Very annoyed.

I ordered what I believed was a 2021 diary as this is what it was labelled. I was sent a diary for 2020. I emailed and explained just to be told they don't have 2021 diaries in stock yet. The website is misleading. Bad site and even worse customer service!!!

Getting personal have not given me a refund for a faulty item, over 14 days have passed. I have escalated this issue to PayPal. Getting personal have told me they will not refund me unless I resolve the case... with no guarantee of refund. Following PayPal advice, I have not accepted this and communicated this to the company. I have been told that the customer service team does not help or knows anyone who will help. I wish I had never bought from such company. Initially polite, even when I had forgot about my discount code and queried a full price refund. Now unhelpful. Still no hope of a refund but so thankful I have PayPal protection (which I do not if I click resolve). Be very cautious!!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Order an anniversary card. Never received the card. Now the company won't refund me or dispatch another card. The staff just keep fobbing me off. Nobody wants to do anything about my situation. I have contacted them on several occasions and no one is willing to help. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Save your money and shop anywhere but here.

Ordered a photo print & frame for my daughter who is working in the NHS during Covid-19, to fund her Medical Degree. Item sent to wrong addressed and was returned to GP. 17- days later and still waiting for item to be posted to correct address. GP hides behind the Covid-19 crisis for not answering any of their telephone numbers. They suggest using LIVE-chat... which isn't working on their website. Emails never get answered in a reasonable time. The customer service from this company is atrocious and blatantly bad.

Do not buy from here absolute joke I paid for next day delivery and it never came and it is now saying that I don't have an order number yet they have took money out my account. I will never shop here again very disappointed because it was a nice gift for my boyfriend, I emailed a couple of days after and they still haven't got back Shocking service!!!!!

The worst place to buy from! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I purchased a baby’s first passport and gift tag for my cousins baby as a gift the name I wanted on it was ‘Lily’ it came saying ‘Ljly’ it also came damaged due to the packaging not being substantial enough. I contacted the email address as the live chat they say they have is none existent, it took them a good few days to first reply, on the reply I was asked to upload pictures of it which is fine so I did only to then receive a reply over a day later saying please print a returns label off and take it to your post office with a note inside as to why your returning 1. Ive already explained in my first email why I want a refund 2. We are in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, I am on furlough so not at work and unable to print a label also on an NHS letter stating I cannot leave the house for 12 weeks. I explain this and asked for a label to be sent out but to no surprise they couldn’t help with that. So I’ve basically had to go well out of my way and against the advise of the NHS just to return a gift that came wrong and damaged from you ? Clearly your customer service is diabolical and I will never ever use you again and will definitely be sharing my view on your company to make sure no body else does either ! I’ve yet to receive my refund I’ve no doubt that will be a battle aswell

Absolutely horrendous service, just been given the run around for over two weeks, I'm abroad working, been stuck here since the virus outbreak, tried to send something special to my daughter for Easter, this company just let me down, what a shambles.... Firstly waited 7-10 days for initial delivery, my Mrs contacted them to be told it had been delivered, it had not. They agreed to send a second item after claiming the first one was "lost" again, we waited, my daughter waited.. nothing, easter is long gone and my daughter received nothing thanks to this useless company, zero remorse from them either, the customer service rep even implied my Mrs was being dishonest, avoid these clowns at all cost!!

Ordered an Easter present for my daughter who is working on the frontline in this pandemic. I cannot see my daughter due to my own health problems. This present has never arrived. Im very upset

Paid for a Mother’s Day cushion with delivery promising to arrive on the day Was not delivered. I’m am more than unhappy. Wish I never tried a new company. Terrible. .

Ordered a Mother’s Day card for my son. Guaranteed to be delivered for Mother’s Day. Guess what. Response- if it hasn’t arrived within 10 days , get back in touch. £9 for a card that never arrived. Would never use this company again

I am a very upset and frustrated customer. Getting personal has no customer service or understanding of customer needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The payment page had multiple errors which meant 2 orders were purchased instead of one and so 2 were sent out! They would not refund me or offer any discounted amount on a gift card for future purchases. This was not my error and I feel they are not committed to keeping customers. Don’t waist your money.

First order there was a spelling mistake and second order they sent me someone else's order and one went to someone else. Which had personal family photos on

REPUTABLE COMPANY I would give this company a -5 rating if it was possible. I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life, the colleagues seem to have rehearsed excuses, or they must have that many complaints they are just too used to it. They definitely didn’t want to come to some sort off resolution to sort the issue. Conclusion - Avoid at all cost, unless you like terrible customer service, and have money to throw away.

Ordered a watch - didn’t work. Took to jewellers (£5) and it was a corroded battery. Wanted a replacement - no communication just money sent back. Ordered another watch.... Second watch was exactly the same (another £5). Really disappointed.
