This "organisation" is just hopeless. Thanks to them, two of our bookings were cancelled. One of them we weren't even informed of by email. I only found out when checking on our plans the night before the activity. I suggest that they close down and stop wasting their customers time. We don't get to travel from Australia to Europe very often, so we expect better from a " professional" booking agency. Don't waste our time. To everyone reading this, just run away in the opposite direction. This company is bad, bad, bad. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Pre ordered Rome coliseum skip the line tickets 3 months in advance but only got a voucher then said would email tickets but on day of our visit They did send tickets I guess but we could not open them up in email. We called and they were no help at all so bottom line is we paid 130 dollars for nothing, absolutely the Worst experience possible so we never got into coliseum big waste of money and time.

DON’T buy from them! I bought tickets to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, VA, they charged my credit card and never sent me the tickets. I sent message via chat and the customer service said they could not provide the product they were selling and asked me to book directly at the Busch Gardens website. I lost 2 hours of my day to try to solve it without success. They did not provide me the tickets and I am waiting for a refund. Terrible experience, don’t buy from them

This website is a scam. How do you sell a pass and not a ticket. To then get information after payment that you still need to buy a ticket.

The worst option in the world!!! They offer you a price and an option, so when you buy you will be told that it does not include anything except the guide and the bus! You have to buy tickets additionally, and also no one tells you that Windsor Castle is closed 3 days a week and you bought tickets for no reason. Evan Evans will tell you that they often have problems and complaints from customers, but they can't help and control what Get your guide will put on their site. All in all, it's a disaster and not worth the money you'll pay because you won't get anything and you'll have to pay extra and you won't be able to see what you paid for!!! And they delete negative reviews from the platforms, so people don't have a real picture of them! Creepy

If I had a chance to give it zero starts I would. I called to cancel my excursion well before the 24 hour cancellation fee and was told it was take care of and was still charged the full amount. They refuse to refund my amount and have re-written responses when I email them.

Two months ago, I booked fast track tickets for the Colosseum for my family in May. I received a cancelation email today. Company should not take reservations that they cannot deliver on. Book with anyone else.

I have booked a tour and I received cancellation,saying do the weather issue.Tour should take a place today and no issue with weather at all.What a scammer.Now I couldn’t book any other tour because it was late already.What a waist.So disappointed.They are saying they will refund money in two weeks.I will never book with them again for sure

My family and I booked a tour over getyourguide website. After I arrived at Destination and not 20 hours prior to the tour I booked, the tickets got cancelled. The explained to me that I will get the money I paid for the tour refunded and that’s it. After I contacted them, they offered no actual solution, so I got stranded. I have to be clear we traveled almost 3000 km specifically for the tour. We paid for our accommodation and transportation (plane and train). We were travelling with a small child and they knew all about it, and we still got cancelled. Also worth of mention, we booked our tour a month in advance… avoid at any cost, not reliable, not supporting, no flexibility… absolute disgrace

We booked a gondola tour via get your guide in Venice , we paid 70 euros. We expected the ride to be just for me and my partner since when i booked the tickets we were not alerted that this was actually a shared experience with 3 more people. The boatmen were chatting non stop between themselves or via phone call which was not nice since we could not take a recording while on the gondola ride. Do not use this company ! Waste of money...

Very disappointed. Booked a tour and received an email on Friday to say they were cancelling it. We Fly on Friday. Not long to re book tour. It will take 7/14 days for the refund to be proceed so now ill be out of pocket for my holidays. Booked early to avoid disappointment cant believe they did this.

I would absolutely avoid GetYourGuide. We booked an activity for $620. On arrival the activity provider had no room for us even though GYG had “confirmed” our booking. We then received an email advising us that we needed to choose a different date (we had driven an hour). We were leaving the area and asked for a refund. First GYG said they’d refund us. When they didn’t we disputed the charge. In their rebuttal they said we had committed “Friendly Fraud”. - the company that fraudulently booked us and took our money! Unbelievable. Use Viator. Much more reliable. An aggravating waste of time on vacation with family.

Ditto to complaints below. The vendor for our Colosseum tix bought on GYG never sent my tickets and phone and email assist was ignored. gYG refused a refund. Viator is much better and what I am using in future !

Would give no stars if possible. Not only did they cancel our tickets to see the Colosseum, now it is too late to book tickets to it. We had paid in full too. On top of that, when they emailed their clients asking them to cancel, they sent an email including all of our email addresses and names! This is a breach of GDPR. Do not go with this company.

Like others whom messages I have read, they let us book a tour that did not exist and refused to refubd us when we asked for our money back. They said it was our fault for being late but the tour did not take place at all!! Tried to communicate with them but it is absolutely impossible as they just send pre written messages which have absolutely nothing to do with our situation. No way to write a bad review on their site.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First time using the service to find a private transfer from Tromso airport to our hotel, the service cancelled 20 minutes before our plane landed saying booking is overbooked. We had prepaid. Very angry and will never try to use get your guide since the services on their site are unreliable.

Scammers! I had 2 ticket for Louvre museum, we were 7 minutes later than on the meeting point. There was no body there. We contacted them to give us a self guide ticket since we found out we have a useless voucher. They refused to give us the ticket and we had to buy two extra tickets from the museum which was cheaper than the voucher we had. It’s an unreliable company who don’t care about your experience and is after your money without a serivce.

AVOID GET YOUR GUIDE. WE WERE LATE 15 MINUTES FOR A GUIDED TOUR IN LONDON. CALLED AND EMAILED THAT WE ARE ON THE WAY AND IF THERE IS A POSSIBILTY FOR THE DRIVER TO WAIT. NO ONE REPLIED. WE ARRIVED THERE AND OBVIOUSLY THE BUS AND GUIDE WERE GONE WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. CALLED CUSTOMERS SERVICE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SITUATION AND RECEIVED A PLAIN ANSWER THAT IS THIS SITUATION THE POLICY SAYS NO TO A REFUND. END OF STORY WE HAVE LOST £180 AND OBVIOUSLY WE DID NOT HAD A SECOND CHANCE TO VISIT AS WERE ON HOLIDAY. AVOID AVOID AVOID 0 UNDERSTANDING FOR A SITUATION THAT COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE!!!!
