“BOEK NOOIT VIA DEZE SITE! Boek 2 maanden van tevoren een excursie naar Auschwitz. Appartement en vlucht geboekt naar Krakau. Om Auschwitz te bezoeken. Hoor je 10 uur van te voren dat de excursie niet door! Wou ik nieuwe excursie boeken naar Auschwitz maar kom pas over 10 dagen. Toe waren er niet meer. Dus reis geboekt naar Krakau en Auschwitz niet gezien. Dat kan toch niet. Waaardeloze Site”

“Get Your Guide company uses our brand which is alanyaonlinetrips.com. Please dont buy from their page bcs they sell our trips by using our compnay logo, name. everyday some people call us that they are not being picked up for some trip. We already informed their customer service but we think they know already about this.”

“Booked a tour for the next day but the date was an accident that I picked up within 10 minutes of booking and was not going to be in Rome on that day. Contacted get your guide immediately to ask them use the payment as credit for another tour and they ignored me because it was within 24 hours of booking. I challenged the charge with my credit card provider and they still charged the card because we cancelled within 24 hours of the booking. I would have been a repeat customer all through Europe if they had assisted me with my mistake but unfortunately will never use them again.”

“Terrible refund policy. Requested cancellation and refund within 20' for a trip that was scheduled for the day after and they rejected it due to their "policy" Stay away - There r much better platforms out there”

“Do NOT choose getyourquide company .you will loose all the money you pay and you will ruin all your holiday.i have already lost everything I booked thru them in April 2024”

“I have bought an excursion from these guys with a pick up option, they have never send me a time at which they were going to pick me up from the hotel, I was up extra early too try and guess what time they would be at the reception but to no avail, they rang me after the car had already left and told me that I wouldn’t be able to go on the trip, I tried to request a refund and they have told me that they have sent the email on their end but clearly they haven’t otherwise I would have seen it, absolutely apauling service throws my other two trips that I have booked with them in doubt will never be using them again really bad service.”

“They do not take any responsibility for their partners / agencies ( although of course they take the commission ). Once you have any issue they take distance and blame the agency that organizes the tour/activity. No need to book anything through their platform. Unreliable and unprofessional”

“I had a good experience earlier in my roadtrip. However, I made a booking mistake and picked the wrong date by one day. I was willing to pay a higher price but they refused to make the change because it was less than 24 hours before the event. I will not be in the city of the event until after it is over. I have just lost $100 because of an inflexible policy. Deleting the app and will never use them again.”

“GYG cancelled our ticket to the Bourghese museum in Rome on the day of the tour with the explanation that a political event interfered. So after traveling from the USA we experienced a wasted day in Rome. The company apparently overbooks and screws some customers at the last minute. Very scammy.”

“I had a very bad experience with GET YOUR GUIDE in Washington DC. I booked a bike tour to Mt Vernon from Alexandria. I should have been wary from the beginning as I asked a question and they took weeks to get back to me. So I should not have been surprised that they did not connect with me after I sent a message two days before my bike ride to ask about the weather and other options for returning from Mt. Vernon. There was flooding on the way to Mt. Vernon and I did not want to take my grandson on the bike road. But once again they did not return my email. I went to Alexandria in the pouring rain and spoke with the bike shop personnal. He could not help me as I booked through Get Your Guide. As I looked around the bike shop, I wondered why I booked through them in the first place as I could have just gone to the shop and picked out my own bike. I tried to connect with GYG again but never talked with a "real" person. The company has terrible customer service and I told them I would write a bad review if I did not hear from them to resolve my problem. I did not so I am writing this review. I lost $296 on this tour, plus the cost I paid to tour Mt. Vernon. This was supposed to be a highlight of my trip with my grandson, instead it make me angry. I do not recommend this company and will stay away from them in my future travels. I recommend you use any other company or you too might be writing a bad review in the fute.”

“Muy responsables y atentos. Se me hizo tarde para abordar la guagua y se comunicaron para darme otra. Estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de nosotros. El trato fue super y el guía Federico fue super chevere y explicó todo muy bien. De mi parte, si vuelvo a reservar con ellos. Melissa”

“First of all, they did refund all of my money. The problem was I booked a day-long tour of Rome. We were to be picked up and returned to the port of Civitavechia. The day before the scheduled tour, I was informed it had been canceled due to weather. We took the train from the port to Rome and walked around on our own. It was crowded but the weather was beautiful. I think they didn't want to come to the port to pick us up. Totally disappointed in their service.”

“Een ticket voor Aushwitz tour geboekt. 1 dag van te voren veranderd de tijd van 11.30 naar 15.00. We waren hierin erg teleurgesteld. Het is niet alsof je even een bioscoop bezoekt. Maandag weer naar huis rijden, dan wil je wel een beetje van alle indrukken bijgekomen zijn.”

“Unfortunately incompetence is rife these days, and GetYourGuide is definitely a place where it festers. Do your research, and carefully check what you request or pay for. We are talking borderline scam here, and you do not want to be dealing with this when on your holiday… entry gate, boarding a train, or worse etc. Zero stars was not an option.”
