“Glamira was a life saver. Too many other places have standard ring designs and are always overpriced. Not to mention having to talk to some sales person and going through all of that fake sales pitch treatment. So I chose to do it online and found Glamira when searching for ring designs on google. It was important to me to find a ring with Aquamarine but it was hard to find and the options to go with it were very limited in other stores. Well Glamira made everything super simple and straight forward. I browsed the site to find the ring design I liked and best of all, I got to customize it after. With Glamira, I was able to get everything I wanted for my engagement ring. She still says the ring is perfect and was exactly what she wanted. I proposed to my spouse on Christmas of 2019, she said yes. Today, Christmas of 2020 we got married. “I was afraid of making such a high investment in a jewel bought online, and I had read all kinds of reviews, but on the other hand I thought that such a well-established company would not risk being reported as a scam by customers, so I took the plunge. I made the payment through Paypal, in installments in case something happened, at least not having made the full payment and having more room for manoeuvre. It was not necessary to claim anything, the ring arrived only three days after the stipulated time (it was August), and it was beautiful. It is true that in 3D it seems somewhat thicker due to the brightness, but the measurement is the same. It turned out too small, but I ordered the meter and requested the change. The truth is that they have a very well mounted structure. And when I had doubts about something, they treated me wonderfully in my language, on their free phone. At all times I felt cared for. When I wanted to change the size, I requested its shipping label with DHL, I paid €10, and the same day they came for it. Now I have confirmed that they have it and proceed to change. I trust that it will arrive without incident, like the other time. Very happy, really. Looking forward to launching it.”
“Giving credit where it's due. Ring arrived on time. It looks as good in reality as it does on the website. The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop. It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2). Overall great online shopping experience. The online ring building/customisation app is second to none. She said yes. ;)”

Still, if it were thinner, perhaps the diamond would stand out more. The precious quality. Although the diamond is small, the warm VVS shines as it should. I would have really liked the same design but with two more diamonds of the same size, in a row or with a subtle separation between each diamond. In general I like it a lot.”

Came about 5-6 days later than originally expected so was sweating a bit in case they'd been lost in transit but got confirmation and arrived. “Exceptional quality. I ordered my dad a hoop earring on the 4th dec. estimated delivery was for the 13th dec. Due to the busy time of year they emailed me saying their was a delay and delivery would be delayed till the 19th dec. I was concerned when I never received a shipping confirmation. I contacted Glamira and within an hour or so I got a reply saying that my order would be shipped by the 21st. Thankfully my dads xmas present arrived in time. ☺️
