“Glamira was a life saver. Too many other places have standard ring designs and are always overpriced. Not to mention having to talk to some sales person and going through all of that fake sales pitch treatment. So I chose to do it online and found Glamira when searching for ring designs on google. “I was afraid of making such a high investment in a jewel bought online, and I had read all kinds of reviews, but on the other hand I thought that such a well-established company would not risk being reported as a scam by customers, so I took the plunge. I made the payment through Paypal, in installments in case something happened, at least not having made the full payment and having more room for manoeuvre. It was not necessary to claim anything, the ring arrived only three days after the stipulated time (it was August), and it was beautiful. It is true that in 3D it seems somewhat thicker due to the brightness, but the measurement is the same. It turned out too small, but I ordered the meter and requested the change. The truth is that they have a very well mounted structure. And when I had doubts about something, they treated me wonderfully in my language, on their free phone. At all times I felt cared for. When I wanted to change the size, I requested its shipping label with DHL, I paid €10, and the same day they came for it. Now I have confirmed that they have it and proceed to change. “Giving credit where it's due. Ring arrived on time. It looks as good in reality as it does on the website. The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop. It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2). Overall great online shopping experience. “Terrible Experience with Glamira's Customer Service and Return Process
I am deeply dissatisfied with Glamira's appalling customer service and the complete lack of communication regarding my wedding ring resize order.
Despite their website stating a 25-business day return process, I returned my item on December 19, 2024. Today, on January 28, 2024, I still have no information about the status of my return. The customer service team is unresponsive, offering only generic, copy-and-paste apologies without taking any meaningful action.
This negligence is especially distressing given the importance of the item. My wedding ring, a symbol of a significant life event, is being handled with a shocking lack of care and transparency. I caution others against using Glamira's services, as my experience has been nothing short of a customer service nightmare.

Arrived only a day later than the predicted date. The packaging is really nice and they even included a free pendant.
