📢 Don’t trust them!! The worst services ever!!! They don’t give a thing on the client, they don’t care about your situations with their products!!!! There is no life guarantee!!!! My engagement ring is now broken in 2 pieces after less than 2 years from getting it. Glamira kept telling us that the ring was worn for 674 days (this was the number of days from the purchase but I got it after one month and also it was sent for a month to them because it was too big). We asked for an answer regarding the following thing: we sent it to you for resize, how can you prove that you didn’t do anything to its structure? The answer was: it was worn for 674 days. It was like we talked to a robot! Very disappointed and I definitely don’t recommend them!!

Extremely disappointing service. My wife and I got married the 8th of December 2021. Eleven months later the rings are completely deteriorated. Just take a look at the pictures below. The white gold turned yellow, the yellow gold faded, the ice matte texture became smooth. The ring doesn't have any sort of colour contrast anymore between the two different type of golds and the two different textures that we originally designed. They are anonymous rings now. They look made of common metal now. Keep in mind that the rings have not been in contact with chemicals. Actually, from the beginning, we realised that they were quickly deteriorating so we have worn it with extra care. We contacted Glamira but they said that they cannot do anything because we didn't buy the additional protection plan. So, even though we have the lifetime warranty they cannot do anything. Long story short, stay away from this company or you might risk to get stuck with a very poor quality, but still expensive, piece of jewelry. Glamira will let you down. We will have our rings inspected somewhere because jewelleries suppose to last 20+ years. Not 11 months. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY! I have bought an engagement ring, diamond they said... after 3 days diamond started getting yellow. I sent it back for repair, it came back, after 2 days yellow again! This is where I lost it, and on of their representative wrote this: ''The first time the stones were cleaned and the rhodium plating was renewed due to your satisfaction even though these procedures are not covered by the lifetime warranty.'' WHY DO YOU STATE THEN THAT YOU HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY? Now they do not want to receive it for the third time for repair. At the end of the day, it is not about the money here, it is that they have absolutely destroyed the whole experience. They are a big time scam, liars and God knows what else. I really hope that this review does make you think twice before buying from them and that you do not make the same mistake like I did.

Absolute scammers - Trying to hold up a returns policy that's completely against the law (not to mention their staff telling me to break a seal to try on the item, then telling me I now can't return it). Off to small claims we go!

Terrible customer service, after less than a month the stone fell out of my engagement ring. Despite contacting several times I’m yet to have a resolution, shop elsewhere!

Glamira is a borderline scam. I purchased a wedding ring for my husband. It was supposed to be engraved, but it just has a logo inside. It also looks almost silver instead of gold and isn't the same shape as shown in the image. Glamira won't rectify this because they say I took a sticker off it that is the return bar code. I have seen many other reviews complaining about this. The company clearly use this to get out of issuing any refunds. I was planning to spend over £5000 on a wedding ring id seen on their website. I'm just grateful I hadn't yet bought it as I will now buy from a more trusted jewellery store. Cowboys

Gar nicht zu empfehlen , wenn du nicht weißt deine Größe , bei zurück zu verkleinern bei ihnen heißt, sie werden in deinem Ring etwas anschreiben , andere Name andere Nummern und musst du das akzeptieren! obwohl du das nicht wolltest , du trägst in deinem Ring was sie wollen ,nicht was du willst, Geld bekommst du kein zurück, ihre Fehler und musst du es akzeptieren, du bekommst kein Geld zurück. schreibst dein Name in deinem Ring , kommt andere Name und musst du das nehmen , du bekommst kein Geld zurück.

I do not recommend! I bought a ring two years ago with an AAA quality ruby ​​mainstone and diamonds sidestones. In August this year, I gave them ring for size reduction. The ring I received from Glamira after resizing was badly made, the paws crookedly held the stone, and one of them was stuck into it, a ruby ​​badly cracked. Therefore, I immediately contacted Glamira service, described the problem and attached photos and videos of the ring and sent the ring back to them. I have asked Glamira many times to repair the ring and replace the ruby. All the time I was getting answer that the ruby ​​had been checked by their gemologists and it is AAA quality. What kind of gemologists do they have, if they cannot see such large cracks that are visible to the naked eye and through the lens of the camera! Before I got the resized ring, they emailed me a video and wroted that my ring is ready. It turned out that they sent me a video made before the resizing, because the engraving on the current ring was in a different place than on the video, and the stone was whole. In this way, they tried to hide the fact that the ring was damaged. I asked to replace the ruby ​​with another one of the same quality, i asked for a refund and i even offered to pay extra for ruby replacement. Glamira refused and they want to send the ring back to me as it is with cracked ruby. Glamira takes no responsibility for own products, sends damaged jewelery and Iies to the customer.

I ordered a single men’s stud earring for myself, and whilst I know that the price of circa £60/£70 is not a huge amount, I was nevertheless disappointed/disgusted to receive it in such a bent state. What kind of checks are carried out before shipping the product out to the customer? I wouldn’t accept anything now other than a refund, since any straightening is likely to leave it weakened! Nor would I accept a so called replacement, as I wouldn’t be sure after reading some other comments, that they aren’t just sending me the same earring simply straightened! I don’t think that these people can be fully trusted, I’m sorry to say.

One Star. It is with reluctance that I give Glamira a negative review . After purchasing several pieces of jewellery and satisfactorily replacing one piece I was quite impressed with interactions and service. Unfortunately attempting to return a broken piece from a faulty design became more of a nuisance than the purchase was worth. The courier company used by Glamira within New Zealand had limited coverage and the closest depot was 180 kilometres away. Multiple emails ensued of offers of couriers cancelled return applications and no couriers resulted . Eventuality the courier service was changed to a Nationwide Service and the Return for repair was finally in transit . More emails ensued and Yet again requests for return applications. This was long after I had lost patience with the process. It was very annoying to be continually badgered by emails to the point where I suspected that the Case Handler Mark Ronald was on a "Pay per Email " or "Pay per Return Application " contract . Whatever the reason this continual cancellation of return applications in spite of being no fault of mine is very annoying. I will see the item returned unrepaired as I am well over this process . Unless the system is changed or becomes more flexible in the event of mishaps with freight etc My advice would be Avoid . Laurie Austen

They cheat with their customers, I returned my the ring for resizing for which I paid almost 400+ GBP and ended up with they changed the center stone with a low grade center stone. as per my original Certificate of Authentication my original stone was of these below specific value Orignal Center Stone properties Clarity:AAAA (this represent 100% Flawless) Colour: H After resizing the Center Stone properties are Clarity:VS Colour: G As per their expaination By Andy Miller 'G' is equal to 'old H' and there is no explaination how AAAA is equalvalent to VS. non of there products has a genuine hallmark which specifies that they are following any standard as per market.

DO NOT BUY FROM GLAMIRA! I purchased a ring to propose to my girlfriend! After having the ring for less that a year I have already returned this twice due to the stone discolouring and after having the same issue for a third time are being refused a refund! Disgusting customer service and cheaply made products! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have not received my 2 products after long delay and many follow up mails to their service mail( since in india I did not get any customer support number). Later suddenly the status was shown delivered when I did not receive the products and no response to my mails also. So this is a big fraud and I will continue to write review on social media to caution potential customers to not trust this company, till I get refund or products. They can’t simply declare delivered without delivering the products.

Worst quality EVER! $2K ring lost center stone less than 6 months. Company wants me to pay to fix it even with their "lifetime warranty". DONT USE THEM!!

Worst company ever! Jewelry doesn't last, low quality, and they don't stand behind their product. I'm now paying another local store to fix the ring, I refuse to pay them more when I wasn't done right the first time.

I honestly feel very disappointed with the quality of the jewelry with being just an expensive piece and really well known company I expected the expectations to be top tier. There is a bit of discoloration on the jewelry piece and it’s weird because I have many 14k jewelry pieces and none of them have a discoloration problem. There is a small bend on the part that goes in your ear.

Do not use this company!! $2k ring didn't last 6 months. Stone fell out and broke, their response....send it back and pay for a new stone! I will be taking it to a real jewelry store to find out if stone was even real. Never heard of an emerald breaking.

Ordered solitaire emerald cut 0.62ct emerald ring on 3rd May for Daughter's 21st. Delivery was very late and missed the birthday by over a week. After only wearing the ring occasionally for 5 weeks, the emerald has fallen out. The setting is intact and undamaged so obviously not set properly. Poor quality. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE that said the 60 day moneyback guarantee has run out because its from the order date on 3rd May (before the ring was even made!) Will be going all the way to small claims with this. Shambles of a company. I have costume jewellery that cost £10 that has lasted years. Expect an expensive ring to last at least as long.

Worst experience ever! stay away and save yourself some heartache! I wanted to design something special for when I proposed to my partner and came across this lot, they advertised that they could make it and deliver it well within the required time that I needed it for however I paid for the express process anyway to ensure I had it for our planned trip and my proposal. The day before it was supposed to arrive I sent an email asking if it would be delivered as I had not received any notifications, I received an email back saying it would not be delivered and they had refunded the extra I had paid for the express service, the refund was there within an hour. The next week two days before we were leaving on our holiday I sent another email asking if it would be here the next day as I had expressed to them in a few emails the date we were leaving and I needed it by, the following day they called me and said I would not be receiving it in time, six days before this I had received an email stating it had been produced and was on it's way to their distribution center however on the phone I was told it was still not there, six days...... I told them on the phone that I would like to cancel the order to which they agreed and informed me they would issue me a full refund, now keep in mind that the last refund took less than an hour.. I waited that day and saw nothing from them, half way through the next day I emailed them and asked where the refund was, they told me I needed to fill out the return form, I tried to fill out the form but it was asking for a return number (which is found on the package when it arrives however as it had never been sent I didn't have it) I email them back and asked for a return number, a day later I asked again, a day later I was told that I could now fill it out without the return number, I did this, now four days later I am still asking them where my refund is and, you get the same BS rhetoric from them every time! Customer service does not exist with this lot, they make excuse after excuse and do not deliver on anything that they offer or promise on their website, stay well clear unless you like drama and stress in your life...
