"Ordered a ring November 2024 . The ring arrived 04\/12\/24 . 24\/01\/25 one of the amethysts fell out of the ring and was lost. The company will not accept fault and will not refund my money or accept the ring back for repair as I do not know where the stone is . So I have a worthless ring !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR SITE PROMISES A LOT BUT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON"

"They send worn rings in terrible condition. I ordered a wedding ring for my husband. I got the size wrong. We used the free resizing. It would have been better if we hadn't done that. Because after the resizing, the ring arrived in terrible condition, as if it had already been worn. It was all scratched and not shiny. The customer service refused to look into my request, because a return after resizing is not possible. A very convenient system - after resizing, they send you a damaged product and you can't do anything about it. You won't get a quality ring, you won't get your money back. The worst service, I don't recommend these scammers to anyone."

"Worst customer service ever. We sent the ring in to be resized, which took 30 business days. Fair enough, as they clearly state this on their website. However, when this repair failed, things got much worse. Suddenly, we were left with a ring that had split into two pieces.\r\n\r\nAfter over two months of struggle, we finally got it back and ended up 500 DKK poorer because their warranty doesn\u2019t cover their own poor repairs. We had to pay for the fact that their repair failed. The customer service during these two months has been abysmal\u2014Google Translate-level responses, and sometimes even answers in Hungarian???\r\n\r\nI would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with Glamira. You\u2019ll have a hard time finding service as bad as this. The ring is now back home, and if anything happens to it again, Glamira won\u2019t be fixing it. The so-called \u201clifetime warranty\u201d can disappear for all I care\u2014I\u2019d rather that than ever deal with them again. Horrible company."

"The \"Mindy\" ring I purchased is made of white gold and yellow gold, with two hearts meeting in the middle. I gave the ring to my sweetheart on Christmas. About six months after I gave it to her, it broke in two where the two dissimilar metals were joined. After three months of corresponding with their Customer Service bots, we still have a broken ring. The repair business they sent it to returned it to me\u2014broken. Glamira refuses to honor their highly promoted Lifetime Warranty, which covers errors in the original product design, errors in the used materials (such as metal types or color), and functional defects arising from workmanship. That's exactly what is stated in their Lifetime Warranty. The Customer Service Department is rarely available by phone. And if the Customer Service bot you're dealing with stonewalls you, they won't refer you to a supervisor or manager. I couldn't find this information online, either. Think twice before you give in to their glitzy marketing and false promises."

Go to the British Trustpilot site\r\n\r\n\r\nThanks for you\r\nVery poor quality, very poor customer service - avoid at all costs\r\nPurchased item Nov 23 and received 19\/12\/24. Item was poor quality, metal not cast correctly causing it to be scratchy and also was not polished all over and showed raw casted metal. I returned returned item 15\/1\/24. Very little\r\ncommunication with Glamira during the repair. I received the ring back after it\r\nwas apparently repaired 24\/2\/24. The casting and polishing issues I raised were\r\nnot fixed so I sent it back for a 2nd time for repair. Glamira received the item\r\nback again 15\/4\/24. Following this there was little communication again until I\r\nstarted chasing them when the expected turn around time of 25 business days\r\nelapsed. Over the next several months I was told there was no update and that they\r\ncouldn't check. I initially asked if it was possible to have a refund 25\/05\/24\r\nbut never got an answer. On the 22\/6\/24 I received a notification from Glamira\r\nthat the item was finished and ready to ship. This should have taken a few days. I finally received the item back 31\/7\/24. The quality issues were not fixed and I noticed the side stones also don't line up making the ring asymmetrical. I requested refund several times including 5\/7\/24 & 31\/07\/24 and was told I can't have a refund because it has been repaired even though it hasn't been.\r\nI asked for a discount instead of a refund as an alternative and all they offered was \u00a320 off my next purchase. An absolute joke.\r\n\r\nVery poor quality product, especially for \u00a31300+, poor customer service - contradictory responses, generic responses, responses that are not relevant to my issue. Completely ruined all of my proposal plans ( at least 5) as I was waiting for the ring to be fixed. Avoid using this company at all costs.\r\n\r\nI am now trying to recover my money through the bank."
