“This is my second order with gooseberry as although it was pretty bad the first time, I thought I?d give them the benefit of the doubt as they are cheaper. I had to ring and chase up my order the first time. The second order was about the same. I had to wait nearly two weeks to recieve my order and expect it may have been longer had I not chased this up. I was informed that it was working days, well if that?s the case I should still have received my order within a few days! Not two weeks! They are slightly cheaper, but if you have ordered because you need the stuff, pay 50p more and go elsewhere. I did receive a couple of free sachets of mask treatment for dandruff and all the stuff I ordered was for fine hair. Not really tuned in to the customers needs either”

“Just wanted to say Thank-you, my second order from you got lost in the post, got in touch and it was investigated and sorted out immediately. All queries I had were answered quickly and I was informed at every stage til I received my parcel. This is my second order of Davines red shampoo and conditioner (totally love it) I get my hair coloured a very vibrant red, which is 2 of the worst colours to keep vibrant as it fades incredibly fast! I usually use other brand of products which my salon uses, but wanted to see if anything could keep my colour better. I researched online and saw that Davines did an 'alchemist red ' which had great reviews, which in turn led me to the Gooseberry shop, who were the cheapest selling site. I ordered it and received it really quickly1st time, well packaged as well! I will continue to order from you for my hair products from now on.”

“My order took 3 weeks - 16 Working Days to arrive. I had to call the shop 3 times and wrote to inform the shop that the web link was not working nor was the tracking information ever updated so when you click on your order on the website it did not provide any information to say the order was prepared. I left a couple of messages but no-one called me back. Communication could be improved and the web site link needs fixing.”

“Outer box was tatty and re-used, assumed for such an expensive product it would have come in a Gooseberry branded box. The box for the product was also broken, wasn?t impressed with overall packaging at all.”

“I would like to be informed if my product is going to be delayed. I would like someone to call me back when they tell me they will get back to me, this happened on 2 separate occasions where no one called me. I would like to be compensated for the delay in me receiving my item, 3 weeks to receive my item is unacceptable”

“Reasonably priced products, great choice and excellent service. Had an issue with my delivery which was sorted out promptly and my goods arrived, beautifully packaged with a couple of extras thrown in which wasn't expected. Will definitely be using again!”
