Es increible como una empresa puede ofrecer un servicio tan malo. Mi vuelo fue cancelado y la aerolinea me confirmo que el reembolso ha sido enviado a Gotogate. Dos meses despues y despues de multiples emails que se quedaron sin respuesta, llame al servicio de attencion al cliente. Despues de una espera de 30 minutos (con costes de llamada, por supuesto), me contestaron. La persona hablaba muy mal el idioma, casi no entendi lo que me decia. Despues de ponerme en espera otra vez por 10 minutos para "comprobar", me dijo que no sabe si han recibido la transferencia y que otro equipo maneja esto y ellos me enviaran un email en cuanto hayan procesado el reembolso. Ademas de tener que preguntar varias veces porque no entendia lo que me explicaba, el senor me seguia interrumpiendo y levantando la voz. No hace falta decir que aun no he recibido mi dinero. MALISIMO.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I purchased a ticket for my son that was later cancelled. I've waited many hours on the phone, and a few times after a long wait, I got to somebody!!!! but this person would eventually pass me on to somebody else who invariably would never respond. I also paid extra money for flexible ticket and Airhelp plus flight delay compensation but so far nothing. A complete rip-off. So far, no refund, no changed ticket, no voucher, no reply, no solution, just hours on the phone on hold.

Ban this gotogate from trading they steal your money leave you on the phone for hours then hang up on you refund forget about it they pocket it.bad speakers can't speak right.AvoidAvoid.

This is the most unprofessional company with the worst customer service! Do yourself a huge favor and never book with them! This is a fraudulent company that just takes your money with no refunds in sight! I will be reporting them to the BBB and also going on every social media sight to let everyone know what a scam this company is! Save your time and money and don’t book with them and let everyone you know as well!

Booked an internal flight in Canada as part of a trip, which for obvious reasons, was cancelled. Go To Gate have refused to answer my emails, or my attempts to contact them via the online form on their site. The only contact i have been given is to tell me that i have to rebook my flight, which is obviously not possible. They are refusing to contact me to discuss any kind of a refund. Absolutely avoid this nonsense third party ticket company in future; TravelUp, BA, Hotels.Com, Canadian Affair, and Air Canada were all a part of the trip we had planned and all (almost) immediately either refunded me, contacted me with refund information, or issued vouchers to be redeemed on a new trip.

DO NOT BOOK WITH GO TO GATE WEBSITE !! THIS IS A SCAM !!!! my flight was canceled, i called to go gate customer to rebook or get a voucher or a refund ( according to the agent, i called a total of 7 times, every time I was transferred and put on hold for 1, 2 and even 3 hours. this company is a scam, they take your money and never answer the calls or play games. as I am writing this review, the agent just told she is checking my reservation, i have been on hold for now 40 minutes, i know she will never pick up again, I guess I will hang off the phone. i think i just lost $ 700 !!! Never ending waiting queues on the phone. When they pick up the signal is just crappy you can't even hear the other person on the phone. The only thing they do is to say "send an email" but not really solving anything. Really just a BAD SERVICE, I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY TICKETS WITH THEM.

The company Gotogate.com ie part of the E-traveli group are tricksters and do not consider taking their service. My trip in Europe in April was cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic since the countries stopped issuing new visa to the tourists. There were mass cancellations of the flights by the airline company themselves and so the company were issuing refunds on such cancelled flight tickets. Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has yet to refund me internal tickets in Europe though but they have been quite grateful to attend a person and provide them a 100% refund on tickets booked directly on their site. For some reason why I had booked tickets internally via SAS directly for their flight and through an e-aggregator GoToGate.com for the same SAS flight. Now comes the scam of GoToGate, due to mass cancellations even they have to refund the amount on tickets paid. They are such thieves that when they get a 100% refund from airlines (ie SAS gives 100% refund on tickets cancelled by them) they shall impose a fee of refund ie refund processing fee to the tune of 40-50% of the ticket value paid to get the refund. They have the worst customer service team who in first place do not pick up the phone and keep you waited for almost an hour - which means anything like this happens plan to keep all your work aside and put time fighting to get the little money what they shall give. They shall come up with such weird policies that they charge a fee to give refund. It too odd to have a company charge a fee for refunding an amount for which service wasn't delivered. Now these tricksters and none but thieves who shall device ways to get more money from their customers and give the most pathetic service in return or even no service at all. They do not reply to emails and if they do you would be very lucky, they have replied to just 1 mail mine from dozens of mails being sent to them. They are tricksters and thieves who shall extract the full from customers and give no service and they is really no way to fight them hard since they don't care to respond. My honest review is that I have burnt my fingers from such a pathetic experience and lost money too and got irritated, wasted hours, consider booking directly from the airline than an aggregator especially such thieves like Gotogate.com. Before trusting anyone just google their reviews and see reviews of such companies on trip advisor to avoid such scamsters.

I am unable to get either refund or any answer from Gotogate after cancellation my flights due to COVID. All my support tickets are closed without explanations with some statement like "you agreed to get voucher". I am unable to get any voucher too. Really bad company - don't even get close to!

My flight was cancelled, the aircraft company refunded Gotogate and Gotagate did not refund me. THE WORST! Do not use their services.

This company is a nightmare, if there are any hiccups with your travel plans even with all of the customer service up grades you will get NO help!!! the notifications come in after the flight has already left, this is an indian company with a London phone number. SCAM ARTISTS. The airline will struggle to help you with this.

Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend you to purchase any flight ticket with Gotogate.com (Go To Gate). Here's a summary of what happened that you will not want happening to you: 1) Despite the flights being CANCELED, Gotogate (Go To Gate) DOES NOT offer ANY REFUND. 2) Gotogate (Go to Gate) offers to rebook the flight but requires YOU to pay any fare or tax difference(meaning, instead of rescheduling your flight free of charge as they should, they tell you to pay MORE if the flight is more expensive than what you already paid) 3) If there is any problem whatsoever with your flight, it takes at least 30 minutes to wait on the phone to talk to customer service. When you call them, you have to wait on the phone to be connected to some office in India, and then if you want to request anything, they make you wait on the phone for another 20 minutes to connect to their real office. Good luck with customer service! 4) Gotogate told me if I want to ask for a refund, I should call the airlines MYSELF because GotoGate isn't responsible for refund. I understand that the circumstances are different due to COVID-19 with flights being canceled left and right, but GoToGate is still responsible for their sales and appropriate refund for CANCELED flights. This is not even a flight that I couldn't take because I couldn't travel. The flight was CANCELED, and GotoGate does not take ANY responsibility to give a refund.All GotoGate wants is your money, and as soon as you ask for your money back for canceled flights (note that the flights were canceled, it was not me who canceled it), they tell you to ask the airlines yourself.I should not have trusted their service.... Instead I should have bought tickets directly from the airlines. I do not suggest anyone to purchase flight tickets with GotoGate. I certainly know that I will never purchase anything from GotoGate.

I booked a round trip flight to Mexico for June 5 and within 8 hours I received an email saying that my booking was canceled and my refund had been processed. So I called “gotogate” to find out why it was canceled and I was told that my flight was canceled due to technical errors. Long story short. I should have had read the reviews about the fraudulent agency, because honestly I don’t think I’ll get my money back.

Lied to us claiming the air line was processing refund. Continued this for 4 months. Eventually admitted it was them and that they had no intention of giving us our legal right of a refund.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! I had a flight to France in early July. France issued a mandatory quarantine until July 24 due to COVID so obviously I cant go. I called gotogate to request refund and was told to call airline. Airline says only gotogate can do it which is the truth. They just give you the runaround so you cant get your money back. Meanwhile, my relatives have all gotten refunds from other agencies. They are HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE!!

Just spent the entire morning calling and calling!!! Worst Booking Company!!!!!! Worst!! The airlines cancelled our flight and sent us an email asking us to get refund from the travel agent (Gotogate). Gotogate used all kinds of excuses to refuse a refund. They told us to get an approval note from the airlines, a written statement from airlines, a $30 cancellation fee, etc. You name it!!! I called the airlines a few times and was told it is the travel agent's responsibility to release a refund, they already approved that.... More worse, Gotogate let me wait over an hour and then left us in silence, literally! No sound! No response!! Gotogate, you are trying to make immoral and bloody money by taking advantage of covid-19 victims!!!! I hope you will sleep well.
