Gotogate is a scam. Don't buy tickets from this agency. You don't hear from them after paying your tickets. Their impossible to get hold on if something goes wrong, and you can forget about a refund. I've waited 7,5 months. I've read their liquidity is a problem and their close to bangruptcy

Wasting Money and Time! I will never again reserve my ticket through Gotogate. I had a terrible experience with them. I got my ticket through their website to get a flexible ticket and be able to cancel if anything happened. They charged me for 20 USD more and when I requested my cancelation due to Covid, they just simply said contact your airline. Their costumer service was awful and were not even aware of the service. When I checked with my airline I found out, all the service that they were offering me and charging for was already part of airline policy. and They actually charged me $20 more for nothing. You pay them but when you need their service, they just simply ask you to contact your airline. From now on, I only reserve my ticket through airline and make sure to read its policy.

Booked flights to Bali last year, flight were cancelled over six months ago and Gotogate still has not returned my money. Have been chasing them up for over six months. Their contact number does not work, they ignore written requests, and do not actually respond to my emails - it's always a generic "Dear Sir/or Madam...delays...airlines...rest assured". It's been the same messaging for months and months, which gives me the impression that this organisation is a scam. I paid for the "premium" service - imagine what the normal level of service is like. Have now got my bank involved. Clearly Gotogate is writing favourable reviews to try and keep things in balance on these sites. Will continue persisting to chase up the refund.

Booked flights which got cancelled due to covid 19 and still waiting for refund, airline Ryanair confirmed they refunded gotogate.com in September and still not received refund from gotogate.com. 6 months for a refund is outrageous and now they are withholding my money.

Just awful. Clearly any positive reviews are faked. Try to rip you off in every conceivable way. Deceitful wording everywhere, if you manage to make it through and experience without being extorted it would be a miracle. I would just avoid at all costs. Definitely use any other possible route than GoToGate, you can only regret using them.

If I can rate a 0 stars or even in the negatives,I would. This company is HORRIBLE. If you work for this company and you’re reading this with the idea to reach out and “make things better” DON’T. Also you should quit because you know you’re working for a TERRIBLE MONEY SCHEMING PLACE. I don’t want any contact from this company. I changed my flight, due to it canceling, GoToGate told me that it’s not canceled on their end, I merged a call with the airlines to confirm, they confirmed and you still charged me more to change my flight AND THEN YOU NEVER BOOKED ME ON THE FLIGHT. I am LIVID. Please please please do NOT give this company money. They are a fraud and should very much be shut down.

Useless customer services. Absolute joke The man I spoke to today Raul Rao (apparently senior associate schedule change) does not know what his job description is. All he kept saying was ‘yes yes yes’ and did not listen whatsoever. It’s like talking to a wall or worse. A wall would probably show more empathy. Will never use gotogate because of the constant misleading information I was being fed. Wasted my time calling and emailing.

very bad support, Air canada refunded me and gotogate hold the money and make un logical responses . they make go in loss . they take ages to reply then they say contact your bank . UNRECOMMENDED AT ALL

Warning!!!! Do not buy airline tickets through Gotogate !!!!! They sell flights that cannot be held !!! Gotogate combined flights but the airline reverse the flights in away that the first flight became the second! Having no choice we had to cancel the tickets but Gotogate does not take responsibility. They do not return the money and still charge 250 shekels cancellation fee, per passenger when the responsibility is theirs !!!

Very poor experience using Go to Gate. Almost 6 months waiting for refund and they keep blaming airline. Funny how the same airline refunded me for another booking, booked via another agent was refunded within 2 months. Perhaps 15 calls made to them and every time I was either cut off or they claimed they could not hear me.

THEY BOOK FLIEGHT'S THAT DO NOT EXIST. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM BY PHONE. E-MAIL'S THEY DO'NT RESPOND TO AT ALL. YOU WILL BE A FOOL TO USE THEM!

Don't buy nothing on this site.You will loose all your money ad never recover it.All products on this site is all fake.I fact you will pay just for a picture,they don't have any products like flights or any travels. I lost around 1500 $ for to buy a fake flight,my flight wasn't real,just a pic which i received. In my opinion this is s scam site,all they do is to take your money,also be careful if you pay with credit card beacuse they can still it from your credit card money. Sed my message to all others to protect himself better than me.

I booked flights with Gotogate which were cancelled in April due to COVID19. I haven’t received a refund nor have I even received confirmation that I’m going to get a refund. I understand the challenges of the current climate, however it’s now been 6 months where absolutely nothing has been done about this. I’ve called customer services and they’re not able to assist with a refund but instead insist of charging me a £30 admin fee for their cancellation! I’m extremely disappointed with Gotogate and never want to use them again.

I booked 2 tickets which they claimed is cancelled by the airline 2 weeks after. I checked with the airline, it wasn't cancelled, but they didn't have any seats left, I called gotogate to reschedule my tickets, they didn't offer me any other dates for flight, they only offered open ticket which lasts a year or request for refund which apparently they charge £30 for, which nowhere in their website mentions, after multiple emails to their customer service which no replies after few weeks and multiple phone calls with arrogant, unreasonable customer service agents, I gave up and requested a refund. They said that the refund will be only processed after the flight restrictions are completely gone, and then it will take a further 4 months, which could mean, it would take more than a year to get my refund with £30 deducted. AVOID them, they are SCAMS, they will probably go bankrupt now and won't be able to pay back the customers

Inefficiency, poor time management, lack of proactive solutions to rudimentary cases, nonexisting customer satisfaction advocacy, insufficient knowledge of English language. I lost airline ticket worth of~ 40 USD. Truly, it is absolutely meaningless to me. However, if a customer is determined to look up websites, where Etraveli Group promotes itself, and spread a word about their mismanagement of resources, for such an insignificant amount of money, that should give you an idea about whom you are about to deal with, if you choose to make a business with them. After the airline cancelled my flight, I tried to get in touch with Gotogate to get my refund. 6 months later, they still haven't replied to any of my emails. Their phone number leaves me on wait for 1 hour, then ends the call. It's the definition of a scam.

First of all,i wish I had read the reviews on internet about Gotogate before I booked my flight. Booked a one way ticket thru Gotogate in march. The flight have been canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. Since april i am trying to get a refund from Gotogate. This agency is catastrophic for the refund of flights and after aproximate 5 months of waiting i still havent received my refund. They do not answer to emails or phone calls either and i couldnt get in touch with them. More than that they also refused refused the chargeback. And AVOID THIS AGENCY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!
