Made a meal from the box sent and my husband bit into a small watch type of battery which broke his tooth. Contacted them they asked for pictures and a form to be emailed. However the email address sent does not accept emails. Been ignored since. They have not even said sorry disgusting. What if he had choked. AVOID THIS WAS HIS FIRST EVER ORDER

Despite no longer having a live subscription for over 1 year, gousto took full payment for 5 meals without authorisation. No subscription made and they are classing as a one of box! I have complained and requested cancellation and refund. This has been refused and only a small good will gesture offered due to the cut off. If a had been aware sooner I would have cancelled. Have received an appaling service from them, no reply to my last email. I have since deleted my account and urge anyone not using to do the same

Food was delicious when it’s all delivered. First box was perfect, no issues. The second box half of it was missing, they credited my account for half the amount, eventually. But then they added pending transactions on my card without authorisation. I have 3 pending transactions when there should be 1. I’ve send 4 emails with no response. Not happy when they have about £40 of unauthorised pending transactions on my card and no one is answering to rectify the issue!!! Be very careful with this company. I’ll be cancelling!

been using Gousto for a couple of years but recently deliveries seldom appear, leaves me having to go to the shops to buy goods and then wait for Gousto to refund my money - my advice is go to the shop, buy your goods and give Gousto a miss. Also veg is usually old and wilted. No customer service, no help, they just don't care.

1st time of using,missing item and a rotten onion, not tried any food yet. Short use by date. Will not be using again.

I put a meal in my basket then went to look at other options, as it had been in the basket for a while they automatically took the payment and processed the order. Firstly they admitted they done this but when a complaint was raised told me I had made the error and accepted no responsibility for the error. I've actually raised a dispute with the bank due to this being a fraudulent transaction.

Don’t bother as too many issues with deliveries. So unreliable and absolutely no customer service. Not prepared to make sure repetitive issues are resolved.

The prawns poisoned me. They had been in a white van more than two days before delivery. Getting any kind of apology or real response is impossible.

A random selection of recipes were selected and money taken from my account without my approval. Asked Gousto to cancel and refund me. They said they cannot do this because i was past the 'deadline' which i was unaware of. Now I'm stuck with some food i don't want or like and money taken from my account in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Will not be using them anymore and i suggest you don't use them either unless you like mediocre food & having money stolen from you without permission. They will automatically take your money if you have selected recipes or not, judging by the reviews, i'm not the only one who has been targeted by the Gousto greed. Absolutely criminal behaviour.

Hey so I just cancelled my next Gousto box delivery as it my first one there was ingredients missing for 2 recipes so far and for my Spag Bol they gave me absolutely rotten onions and garlic cloves! It takes A WHILE for onion to rott so you can imagine how old it must have been! I've been disgusted with the quality of product I received and will NOT be using their service ever AGAIN!! VERY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

Would leave 0/5 stars if I could. Single handedly the worst food delivery company I have ever used. Ordered food boxes on 2 separate occasions - on both occasions the box did not arrive! Each time, I had to REPEATEDLY waste my time explaining myself over and over and over again to various different customer service team members before eventually receiving a refund. Stick to Hello fresh - you will be much better off! Hello fresh use DPD and they NEVER disappoint. Gousto use Evri / Hermes - says it all really.

I have had food from Gusto for a few years and nevr had a problem BUT I was recentley sent an offer of 60% off my next order if I reactivated my subscription. I did this and placed an order for 19th September. On 11th September I received a text from the delivery company to say my order was being delivered the next day! This box contained 4 meals, none of which I would have chosen. I was charged full price for this box. I contacted Gusto by their chat line and email and have not had an apology, never mind a discount. No one seems to know what is going on, they kept telling me I couldn't have a discount as I was already a customer, the offered me 30% off my next box. There won't be a next box!

Been using gousto for a while & all was ok However last weeks offer & this weeks have not turned up Apparently not loaded in time for courier to collect First time I got refunded quickly Today I had to make a real Fuss before getting refund & they just done seem bothered Will not use again Bad customer service

Three weeks ago, YODEL delivered my box - it wasnt what I ordered. A 35 minute phone call to customer service at GOUSTO resulted in the order being placed for a second time and delivery promised by YODEL between 4pm and 6pm on 31st August. It didnt arrive. YODEL'S app claimed that there were issues with my address (the precise address they delivered to 3 weeks ago). Why didnt they telelphone me (my number is available to them). Is this Yodel's excuse for failed deliveries? I am alarmed to be informed that their vans are not refrigerated either. I AM FURIOUS AND WOULD ADVISE YOU TO TREAD CAREFULLY IF YOU'RE RELYING ON GOUSTO.

The ingredients go out of date too quickly. Get my delivery Tuesday get 5 meals expect it to get to Sunday at least. The meals are out of date by Friday. Even trying to use the meals in order of expiry which means you have to track through them and check each ingredients expiry. They are all going off 3 days later no where near lasting the week. The meat, the veg - its all vinegar by day 5. Gousto and Hello Fresh are expensive - it'd be worth it if they actually had fresh ingredients but they dont.

They do not tell you that items in your basket thst you have paused still get charged and delivered !! What's the pause button for.. 22.98 for 2 dinners not value for money.. Feel ripped off

I’ve had Gousto in the past & found it really good but after subscribing again about 4 weeks ago I’ve had problems with every delivery. One didn’t come until 8pm at night and yet the use by dates were 2-3 days!! I order 4 meals for 4 people so unless I was gonna cook 2 meals per day we’d have been eating out of date found. Customer service rep kept insisting everything would be fine to eat even though it had been in transit more than 24 hour. The following day quite a few of the vegetables were spoiled & unfit to eat. I put everything in an email with pictures attached and am still waiting for a reply over a week later. I’ve since cancelled my subscription ☹️

First box dumped on the other side of town. Second box ran 2 days late at which point we cancelled our delivery only for it to be marked as "delivered" god knows where. Still waiting on a refund and won't be using again.
