Ordered goods 10 March, chased up order 02 April, 08 April informed order re-shipped & should be with me in 3 working days. 16 April still no goods arrived so managed to source goods elsewhere & requested refund. 17 April was informed they would only place a new order or refund in Groupon Credits which last 12 months. As I've only shopped with Groupon 3 times over 6 years neither option were suitable for me so again asked for refund. 21 April they point blank refused a refund

I would not recommend this company.took 14 days to deliver my order. I am in my 70s I suffer with asthma i needed this order to have a good night's sleep.emailed customer care( or customer don't care) explained, same message came back each time.i would have thought in these troubled times they would have made a better effort.

Selling masks at inflated prices with 5 day delivery promise during a pandemic, masks are actually NOT shipping. They are refusing to refund, only offering credit despite goods NOT being delivered.

In utter shock in how this company is dealing with this crisis. I purchased a spa weekend to which I was unable to attend Due to covid-19. £110. They made ME contact the spa to confirm that they authorise a refund, which I did. And after a lot of back and fourth with groupon and spa company - groupon didn’t even offer my money back they offered GROUPON CREDITS. A LARGE, RICH BUSINESS STEALING FROM PEOPLE. The service was NOT PROVIDED, therefore we should be entitled to our hard EARNED money back. I have no idea WHY they think it’s acceptable to decide what we do with OUR MONEY. Angry is an understatement, I’ve used them countless times and NEVER AGAIN. I hope they go under by the amount of people they’re losing as customers due to this awful customer service.

Purchased a car wash, was the second one I purchased. And forgot about it as I'm busy with work. Recently remembered and think it should be all right as I haven't received any service they should be able to at least refund that to credit. Read some T/C and said during this covid19 (altho when it comes to my deal, I purely forgot about it, so the expiry has nothing to do with covid19 honestly), they are working to help customers refund the expired vouchers into credit. But when I contacted the online customer support, get a simply answer, no, sorry, it can't be refunded. yes, I'm sure, sorry about it. Great, $99 is not a big money, but great it persuade me out of any further groupon deal, never groupon again. Spending more money supporting our local businesses, not a problem, but let this kind of nasty company to make benefits between consumers and merchants, a big NO.

Order never arrived, allowed plenty of time due to covid-19. Would not refund as I had gone past the refund deadline?? But wait, I never received my order!!! Offered Groupon credits.....not good enough, your mistake, I ordered in good faith and expect a full refund, including delivery. Paid by PayPal so I've opened a claim and escalated the case. Disgusting service!

Ordered face masks which were supposed to ship within 2 days of order. After 8 days, ,"still in process" I want a credit to my Visa. Rep will only give Groupon Bucks. Unacceptable way of doing business.

Horrific company. Took my money and told me order would be within 7 days. Ordered 4 items and 1 turned up. I had to source the other 3 elsewhere as I needed them in the time promised and when I asked for a refund I am still having to argue with them as they say it's not their fault. They are so quick to take your money and advertise high stock levels and delivery available, as soon as you've spent the money they reject any responsibility even if like me you're waiting over a month for a product you needed in the time advertised. They'll feed you a load of rubbish about deliveries affected by COVID 19 which I appreciate, but the at least appreciate that the customer might want a refund on the service you have failed to provide Shameful company and terrible customer representatives

Lately the last few purchases I've made have charged me more than the actual cost. I've tried to get refunds but the 'customer service' personnel aren't all that knowledgeable. Groupon sucks and I will never order again

I honestly expected so much more from groupon. I have been using this site for years with no issues. I have made returns in the past agian with no issue. However, i made a purchase on groupon goods almost a month ago and have not recieved the item dispite my credit card being charged for the purchase. I reached out for assistance and was given a code to give the merchant that groupon used to locate my order. The code was incorrect. I have tried several times to try so resolve this issue. Today i contacted a customer service provider and they were completely condescending and getting " the correct code " to send to merchant to get this resolved was like pulling teeth. I was repeatedly told that they could not help me further before i pressed the issue and only then was i given a different code. Now it seems i cannot access the merchant to resolve this. Also groupon appears on my statement so maybe im ignorant on how this works, but it seems they are flat out refusing to assist me in getting a refund. I haven't even received so much as an apology. I guess groupon is not above scamming people out of their money as it seems they are just hoping i give up and move on.

At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when robbing people. Goods never delivered, and when asked for a refund, all I get is an email saying there looking into it. Just give me my money back, it's as simple as that.

Tried unsubscribing from all emails, yet the “unsubscribe from all emails” link was underneath the save button, so all I could do was unsubscribe from “occasions” emails. When this took me to another page, there was an option to unsubscribe from al emails, however, nothing happened when I tapped on the button, and I got no confirmation. Any business that does not allow a customer to unsubscribe from emails is off my list of businesses I deal with. Groupon has gone downhill.

If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service is the worst! I’ve been dealing with them for months only for them to give me a refund in Groupon bucks! People are struggling right now and need their MONEY back not some dumb Groupon bucks!! I cancelled my hotel within the time frame and they are still fighting with me and are ZERO help! The customer service reps just keep saying they are working on it. I will never use Groupon again and I want MY MONEY BACK NOT GROUPON BUCKS!!!!

I’m only giving 1 star because that’s the lowest I can give. I ordered an item before the lockdown. They haven’t been able to deliver but took my money. Now when I phoned up to cancel the order which only showed’ order placed’ I’m told my refund will be in groupon credit and it doesn’t state that in the fine print or return policy. This is a new thing that they’re doing I expect my money back on my card. The customer service was rude so I made a formal complaint. I will not order from these people again and I would advise anyone to do the same. They’re nothing short of a bunch of scammers

Hi. I bought several items from groupon, which have been fine. However, my recent purchase of a Daewoo microwave, kettle and toaster set for £104 (on offer) has not been a good experience. The microwave did not heat up my food from the first day i got it (Saturday 11th April 2020), in fact it blows out no hot air at all, only cold. I got in touch with groupon customer services and was told to send a picture of the fault. Obviously I could not do this as it is not a physical fault but a fault that cannot be shown on a picture! I voiced this to customer services in my reply email and was stilla sked to send a picture. I sent a picture of the microwave, which will not show a fault for obvious reasons. I am awaiting another reply but feel that this is a ridiculous request and should be dealt with in a different way to standard complaints! If i do not receive a refund or replacemnt for the microwave i will NEVER shop at groupon again!!

DO NOT buy from here! I ordered beautiful plants for £40 and dead , damaged squashed plants arrived two weeks later (nothing like what was advertised). I cannot get through on the phone and no one has helped me yet! I am so disappointed that I have been ripped off and miss sold by what I thought was a reputable company! Groupon - please see your messages and contact me with a full refund including delivery. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not trust this site.
