Disgusting with all this Corona virus going around and odeons closed all over the UK they couldn't be bothered to extend people's vouchers and I lost money because of it, won't be using them again customer service was bad in my case

Very poor customer service. While I appreciate it is a very difficult time at the moment groupon would fair better actually dealing with peoples problems rather than ignoring/postponing/dismissing them. Item was supposed to arrive 8 days ago, it has been at my local Hermes (urgh) depot since that day. I assume it’s been stolen seeing as it’s toilet paper. Despite numerous emails groupon will not contact my local depot to find out what the issue is and now they are ignoring me so I can’t get a refund. Hopefully enough of these negative reviews left in various places on the internet may actually get them to do something. Having used groupon for many years they will only be a last resort for me now, at least amazon are helpful.

Poor customer service; multiple and stressful attempts from my side to solve my issue; literally being ignored... is the way to make things go away! Awful experience!

I ordered an item before country lockdown. Customer chat ended by them because j asked for a refund I just keep bombarding them with emails I want my money back their customer service is appalling!

Avoid Groupon at all costs. Unethical behaviour, refusal to provide refunds on non deliveries spouted by constant lies from the customer services. This site is getting bombarded with egative reviews everywhere

Would like to leave zero stars but it won’t let me. I used to like groupon and got a good customer service in the past and funny enough I have had refunds in the past. I booked tickets for comedy store originally (I did re arrange the date) unfortunately the date I rearranged it for was when the corona virus hit so the comedy store was on lockdown. Groupon won’t give me a refund groupon says it’s the comedy stores rules but the comedy stores website has a notice about corona and says refund or credit are available. I have had refunds before from Groupon I don’t understand why this time it’s such a big issue!! I asked groupon if they could explain to me once they have taken there admin fee out where does the rest of my ticket money go as it doesn’t go to the venue. They could not explain. So I asked for a contact at the comedy store who agreed this deal so I could take it up with them and still no joy.

Ordered toilet rolls on 17/Mar - showing as in stock and dispatch within 2 days. 9 days later I contacted them via chat. I waited a couple of minutes to get a response, wereby they asked what the problem was. As I started to type, the rep sent another msg saying they were busy and that if I didn't respond immediately they'd end the chat??? Anyway, they informed that the item was out of stock and that I could have a refund. My argument is that they should've refunded me automatically once they knew they could not fulfil my order. Now I must wait for up to 7 working days for my refund. that will be up to 16 days of them sitting on my money!! Poor customer service in the nonchalant way I was dealt with. I have been a customer of Groupon for many years; but no longer. Voting with my feet (fingers).

Bought a voucher and booked online for a meal. Due to Covo 19 the restaurants were all shut and could not use it. The place is closed now. Got in contact with Groupon as it says it's been redeemed. According to them I need an email to confirm this how can I get that if the place is shut. Please don't buy from here in the near future as if something happens u will not get your money back. Terrible service

Refusing to refund my money. Merchant is closed and so I haven't gotten my end of the deal. But they are greedy and refuse to refund customers during this difficult time. Never using them again. Avoid.

They refuse to give a refund even though the only reason I requested one was because I lost my job due to coronavirus. The merchant is also shut down due to the virus so I can't even use it and groupon has essentially stolen my money at this point. Despicable behaviour during a global crisis. I will never use them again!!!!

Do not fall for it! If it sounds too good to be true it is. I tried to cancel an order within 3 hours because I changed my mind. They refused and said it already shipped. Yeah, right. On a Sunday night during the coronavirus 3/22. BS. I hope I can warn others to buy elsewhere. Groupon is a big mistake!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not give you any type of refund for the hotel you’re not able to use because of COVID-19. Profiting off of people during this time is SICKENING.

Groupon customer service is appalling. Always curt and pushy often rude and quite frankly only interested in fobbing you off. They seem to take no interest or responsibility for what is being offered on their site. Ebay have robust and responsive processes in place, Groupon couldn't give a fig. I have only tried to purchase once through Groupon and it will be my last.

Absolutely a reap off site. Pay money for vouchers and then go through the most complicated way of redeeming them. They are obviously hope it put people of completing the reservation. Don’t use this company!

They said they were being flexible, what with this pandemic going on. Customer service is the worst, they give you the run around and no actual help. So basically we are out the money we paid for our trip.

When we are told by the government not to travel Groupon still expect you to go on your holiday and as I am disabled and my mum elderly. I'm told I can't have my money back and nothing they can do. My holiday is Ato protected and told by foreign office not allowed to travel. When I said this to Groupon my chatted ended. Be warned when things go wrong you will have a fight to get your money back. Shocking unprofessional experience. I will never use them again

I am so tired of buying a groupon paying thru Paypal only to find taxes & shipping are added on after I paid. Also it can get so confusing trying to use your voucher once you have paid. I spent half a day today with no success as the company would not accept my voucher. I demanded a refund & closed my account. Not worth it!!!!!

Yesterday, 18March2020, I received two bottles of this Bosley product and both have a manufacturing date of July 2018 (see attached photos). According to good manufacturing practices in the US, supplements of this kind lose potency after 2 years which means the expiry is in in July 2020. There are 60 capsules in each bottle with the instructions to take 1 per day. This means if I started taking 1 per day yesterday, then I will be taking the pills from the 2nd bottle well into July 2020. Today I was told by customer service representative named Naledi M. that she will not send me a replacement bottle due to the group on policy of no refunds for this type of product. I read the policy and it also states that if the product is defective, then it can be returned or replaced. I consider this to be defective because you can't sell a drug product that is going to be utilized (taken orally) if it is going to be expired during usage. The first bottle will just make it by the expiry date if taken as directed starting yesterday but the 2nd bottle will not. Do not order from Groupon. I at first purchased a voucher from them and was unable to use it due to various circumstances (travel, coronavirus), and I then told them that I had closed my credit card so I was unable to get the refund. I requested that they allow me to update my bank details, and they said no. I think this is unacceptable. They didn't even give me another option.
