I ordered a wallet for my son. I waited at home for delivery. I waited at home 3 days- never went out! No delivery- no door bell rung- no fed ex note. It didn’t arrive and Gucci claimed fed ex had made 3 delivery attempts- nothing they could do. Go get it yourself 1 and a half hours away at the fed ex distribution site was their solution. I asked for a refund- takes 7-10 days after they get the wallet back. Who knows where it is. Never again! Gucci is not the brand it once was.

Have 2 calls into Gucci —heard nothing. Trying to get my “free pen refills” for a $870 G pen. Was told the manager would call me back. It’s been 6 weeks since the initial call. Absolutely terrible customer service. There was a time when Gucci would bend over backwards for their clients— those days are gone!

About last evening: I am thankful to God that I had someone with me yesterday at Gucci Aventura to witness the events. I simply went to return shoes that were purchased for me. I had my receipt, and the shoes were unworn . The lady who identified herself as a msnager, Dawn tried get me to purchase more items in exchange for the purchase of the shoes. I refused. I was NOT in the shopping mood, and I'm funny..You will never see me consistently buying the same brand. This woman proceeded to tell me how to spend my money and what other clients do. That's when I told her I didn't need to be advised on how and what to do with my money. THEN she came back and said there was a 14 day return policy...I never knew this because whenever I purchase, it's usually online. In this case there is a 30 day return policy. I normally would have made an exchange, but to be honest with you, I didn't see anything I wanted. I was tired, didn't feel well, and wanted to leave. The woman gave me a paper and told me I had to leave my shoes at the store and call Client Services. She refused to give me Client Services number. That's when I took a picture of her and called her ugly. She said, "I'm calling the police so I suggest you hurry up and get out." That's when things turned up..I was FURIOUS! I decided to stay right there. I never got loud. Never used profanity . No threats. She was simply upset because I didn't want to buy anything from Gucci. Facts: Not one Gucci employee including security came to this woman's defense which probably means she's rude and nasty to everyone. If my skin color was white, this never would've been an issue, and the police never would've been called. The police said, " This is a BS call." Give her the shoes and the number to Client Relations. I'm thankful to my parents who never feared anyone, and taught me to fearlessly stand up for myself. There's not one soul on this earth I'm afraid to express my concerns to or about. I stand my ground in every instance and will not back down, excepting mistreated. I didn't do anything wrong. ..Clearly, this was a case of pure, nasty, unadulterated racism. I am NOT done with KAREN or Gucci who hired and retained her!

I purchased a small bag from them and kept watching FedEx for a package from Gucci never came FedEx as I sign for it which I did not was not my signature Gucci reluctantly opened a dispute but then turned around and closed it and refuses to acknowledge the fact that they did wrong they use a different companies shipping label instead of Gucci And they did not challenge the fact that I did not sign for my package so I don’t know if the package came here or not because it wasn’t under Gucci it’s under something solutions has nothing to do with a handbag even FedEx a supervisor said that they don’t have that information on file that they’re shipping under a different business name very suspicious but needless to say they will not give me my refund and so they expect me to pay money for something I never received terrible customer service they said even if this actually happened wow I’m tired of stressing over it I would take bad credit and just not pay it back because I never got it I don’t see how that’s fair and they are downright rude they will not reopen it they won’t look into it any further they won’t replace the bag they won’t do nothing this is the worst company ever I actually don’t think it’s Gucci from all the complaints that I’ve seen I think they’re counterfeit I did report it to the FBI counterfeit division don’t purchase from this company read the previous complaints this is not a good company

I started an enquiry about a Gucci backpack that I bought on Apr 23, 2022, from the Amsterdam airport location and since then I have hardly used it for 3-4 times and it’s shoulder strap started coming out of the base. I was told that if I register my email, Gucci provides lifetime warranty and provides easy repairs or replacement if anything is wrong with the bag. After one month I was told that they will send me the gift card to be used exclusively in US stores and no where else which is ridiculous since there is no store in my state and I am moving to UK in November for good. I asked them to provide a feasible solution but haven’t heard back in a week. This is the most terrible customer service that I could have expected from a high end designer brands like Gucci..

I've been trying to purchase 2 Gucci items for my son for 21/2 weeks, online and twice with a customer service representative. The 2nd conversation with Gucci I was assured they had made sure my items can come to Alaska. Absolutely no problem well there is a problem. Received an email my order was canceled again, they can't confirm my address. I have owned my home for over 25 years. They can't find it. They want me to go through s ok me other payment method, I feel they could gave told me this over a week ago at t he very least worked with me. They did not, I guess they don't need my 2000.00, very disappointing for a supposed high end company. Won't be doing any business with them in the future!!!!

One of Gucci's customer service rep was not helpful at all. I redeemed a gift order on 7/11/2022. The shipping method was FEDEX-Air-2nd_Day_Air. However, until today (7/23/2022), I haven't received the gift at all. The gift giver had no idea neither. I called the customer service and she had attitude. she didn't care how I feel I didn't get my gift. Instead, she said the gift giver didn't order it directly from their website. after 21 minutes call, she made me feel more frustrated.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Communication was was fine up until they sent my label to ship my purse. After I sent my purse in ALL communication stopped. I didn’t get correspondence letting me know they received my or or how long it would take or anything. So I emailed them at the same email I had been communicating with them through multiple times just asking what was going on and if they had even received my purse. No response whatsoever. I called customer service 3 times and each time the representative told me they didn’t have access to the repair department but would forward them a message for them to contact me by email or phone…. Still nothing. The last time I spoke with a representative he gave me the number to the corporate office l, I called and explained my issues and they told me they would have someone in the corporate office in the repair department reach out. That was 3 days ago and still nothing 😒

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a ring for my daughter's birthday. Email said shipping would be in 3-5 days. After 10 days of no ring, I emailed and asked where it was. Got reply stating the ring was sold out. Now it is 3 days before graduation and I have no gift. And I had to reach out to ask! Emailed to complain and got zero response. Called to complain and ended up in an argument with the rep. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and he blamed me for the fact that the ring was out of stock. Somehow "ordering online yourself" is wrong? Nonsensical. And never once in a 15 minute call did he apologize. Rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Will never again purchase a single thing from Gucci. Judging by these reviews, they don't seem to care if they lose customers.

Stop using FedEx! All other luxury brands use UPS. FedEx is horrible. I will never order from the site again for this reason. Delays shipping and more than 24 hrs with no status update. Packages are sitting in the same hub for days.

They still don’t know where my package is when their standard shipping policy says 3 to 5 days . Its already weeks now . I DIDNT GET MY PACKAGE YET. I am shaking . Very very very worst service ever. Customer service is the worst. My package got delayed for weeks . It was supposed to be a gift . I really regret ordering from gucci online. They dont have any standards according to the brand. I will not recommend anybody wasting money on this brand . The worst high end brand ever. If anyone wants to buy anything from gucci. Please think twice and read these reviews of people who have had worst experiences with gucci. Anyways I will never forget this day . Now i have nothing to gift to my husband on his first birthday after our wedding. 😭😭

Dreadful Customer Service. Refused to make things right. Ordered a purse and wallet online for a BD gift for my wife. 6 days later still no shipping notification. Called CS. Was told order was cancelled with no explanation. Rep was very robotic and smug. I asked if I place the order on the phone could they expedite it or do something for the inconvenience. NO he said. Asked to speak to manager. After a very long hold time the manger came on the line. She said sure we can expedite shipping an extra $25 So this company cancels my order with no notification then wants to charge me an additional $25 to make it right. On top of their already outrageous prices. I have received better service from Walmart. Never expected such pretentious, rude treatment form a high end company like Gucci. Will never buy from them again and if my wife wasn't so in love with the purse I wouldn't have bought from them now.

Ok-I went to Gucci.com and order a belt for my wife for our anniversary(37yrs) and it asked if I wanted it as a Gift so I hit enter-it prompted me to a 3rd party web site 4gifts then it was telling me to to do all types of things and my wife would have to claim that order(I'm not a computer guy and it was confessing, so I canceled to order. I called back spoke with 3 spoke different people and they told me the order was canceled and the refund would be added back on my c/c but I never gotten a notification to my email. So I called back and spoke with a young man and he told me he was very sorry but they did not cancel the order(again I spoke with 3 people before speaking with him and they told me different)so he stated to me he will take care of it and he did. he gave me his # and told me I can call him back if I have any questions.(the other people did the same thing gave me there # but when I called them they would not answer or call me back)but he answered and answered all the questions I had. Thank you so much Young Man for Helping me

Today is my birthday..so I purchased a tote bag from Gucci with after paying extra $25 same day delivery..unfortunately they couldn’t deliver it to me on the same day .it’s very disappointing..I contacted the customer service earlier they said it will get delivered before 6 ,I was waiting till 5 then called again then they said unfortunately they cannot deliver today ..this will be an unforgettable day in my life😒

Men's GG Supreme slide sandal I bought this sandals for my husband, he wore it twice and it started peeling, we sent it to Gucci in Macy's and was told we have to pay over $90 to have it repaired,

Bought belt for the wife for Christmas. Love the belt but I ordered to large, problem is I ordered early for Christmas and we celebrate late in London. Tried to return but passed the window, so since I'm stuck with a $500 belt my wife still wants one, I asked for a promotional code and was big no, I even said give me 5% or even a discount for future purchase, and a big no. Disappointed and kills me to have to purchase again. FYI owned by Kering out of France in 2019 13.1 Billion in sales EUR.

Do not purchase anything from Gucci. I understand return/exchanges are out In place but with a global pandemic still going on there has to be some flexibility to this process. I wanted to exchange a purchase that was over the 30 day period and they would not exchange for an even more expensive product. What company doesn’t want to make more money? 🤷‍♀️ I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and they hung up on me. When I card back had to start over with al of my information and then put me on hold foe 15min to tell me they spoke with manager and again we cannot exchange it. I said I asked to speak with manager and they said he was busy. I told them I would just appreciate the opportunity to hear this from him. He then got on phone and again we were disconnected. As foe other reviews it almost sounds like even if you try to do something within the 30 days the online or over the phone makes it impossible to speak with anyone before getting disconnected or put off. How can you a customer service department for high end products be run so poorly?

i dont recommend anyone wasting their money on gucci. customer service is horrible. you would expect the best service when your purchasing a "high end" bag, but nope nor from gucci.
