“Do not order from these guys I bought a matching tracksuit instead I got 2 different colours I ask for credit to spend within the store but they wanted me to go out out spend my own postage money amd send back to them for there own faulty product which I waited 3 weeks for at my inconvenience what a joke JOANNE was not helpful at all”
“Order arrived with a missing item. Spoke to customer service to ask where it was and they said they had checked cctv and 5 items were packed even though we only received 4 items. They refused to send me the cctv footage for proof of all 5 being packed and refused to refund me blaming the courier saying they must of tampered with the package even though I'd explained the packaging was all intact prior to me opening it. Disgusting service, poor quality and won't ever buy from or recommend gym king to others again!!”
“After waiting 2 weeks for my son's birthday presents and still haven't arrived I called customer service and was told it was delayed because of the sale, but it will be with me today between 8.30am - 12.30pm ok I accepted that excuse.so today having lots to do I waited in and as the time had passed with no parcels again I called and spoke to a lady called neve who now says it's royal mail's fault I said I wasn't happy with all these excuses and she said there was nothing she could do just look at my tracking reference I said I haven't got one so she still nothing she could do she then put the phone down on me I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I had received

Wouldn’t recommend. Asked to cancel straight after ordering as realised it would take over a week to arrive and was told I couldn’t cancel. They also don’t offer free returns so this is a waste of my time and money.
Avoid this company.. never known a retailer unable to cancel an order before it’s shipped.”

Tried to return my daughters leggings to be told that on receipt they were damaged and that the label had been ripped off!
She literally tried them on and we sent them back.
The damage was 100% caused at their end so they would not need to refund me.
Seems to be a bit of a common theme when you read the reviews aswell!!”
“I ordered a tracksuit for my husband for £89 which when he went to try on it was to small (only got his arms in) We sent back first class tracked delivery. They sent the tracksuit back saying we had damaged it and refused to exchange the size for us. We had only opened the package for 2 minutes and they are claiming we have caused damage to it which we hadn’t. I’m now £100 out of pocket, terrible and gutted!”
“Requested a refund on my order which was still not dispatched since I ordered on 26/12/2020. I was given tracking number which says that parcel is still in the hub. My refund was ignored by Joanne, Customer Service Manager. She kept giving me tracking number which brings back to the their whorehouse. Until this day I have no package, no money back. And very unhelpful service. Will have to speak to the Bank to redraw my money for them. Very upsetting”
“Husband tried to cancel an erroneous order straight away after making it. Apparently this isn’t possible so we have to await delivery and waste time / money / plastic returning everything for a refund minus our costs. Terrible customer service. Misleading codes and website payments. They must be using underhand tactics as they are a struggling business. Won’t be using again. Poor refund policy is always a telltale sign of an unprofessional company.”
“Brought top and bottom of tracksuit for my granddaughter for Xmas , had to buy things early as a widow , she was so excited Xmas day then tried it on it came up small , so said not to worry would send back and order next size , just received an email to say they were sending it back as was out of the 30 days ! The majority of companies extend their returns policy over Christmas , but not gum king , Disgusting as I have no one else to gift it to so wasted my money and still have to buy her another present Which I won’t be purchasing from this company now , really bad customer service”
“The customer service is so terrible.
I have not received the item which I ordered on 26th October yet, and I am tracking this shipment but it seems that the shipment has not been proceeded. So I sent emails about this problem to the customer service, but I have not received the reply yet. Therefore I sent email again that I want to cancel my order because I have not received the item and reply, and then I received their reply that they can't cancel my order. I can't understand, and this is almost deceiving.
I just want to receive the item which I ordered, but I want them to cancel my order if I they don't provide the item.
I want to alert this company to police if I live in UK.”

i ordered something for my wife i put in some discount codes which went though on the booking when the payment went though they had charged me the price before discounts!! when i contacted them they said that two code couldnt be put in at the same time which is a lie as they went in!
i spoke to too many members of staff about this and they said it had come and that was the end of it
when they finally admitted they are in the wrong with the parcel after 29 days they now have said that they can refund me with nothing else but a poor sorry”
