Yet another problem with Evri, they tell me a delivery date and time, fail to deliver (more than once) and then tell me that there was no-one in, which is either a lie or they were trying to deliver to the wrong house. It's happened several times. This time they are saying they'll contact me in a week. The problem is made worse by Gymshark's refusal to provide a phone number and their useless chatline. Gymshark need to get a grip of them or lose business.

Absolute rubbish service got a gift voucher emailed to me by my partner to which on the link it’s states “click here to use your gift voucher” that I did and even entered in the gift code and used a credit card to make up the difference in the purchase after the gift card was used and to cover the $5 delivery fee and instead they charge my credit card the whole amount. After a lengthy follow up with customer service I am told I’m unable to have my purchase refunded so I can use my gift card as am told I’m welcome to use my gift card for later purchase. Rubbish service and quite frankly criminal behaviour

It's so disappointing and the worst purchasing for me. I do so many online shopping and I never seen this kind of service which charged return fees and even refund not correct amount. I bought first time from Singapore and the size is not correct. So, I return the items IMMEDIATELY! But the refund fees is NOT free and charged by customers and I had paid 21 sgd! Then I PAID but after the return process is done. So disappointed AGAIN for NOT receiving correct refund value! I ordered and paid 169.69 sgd but I got refund 156.99 sgd. They replied it's 12.7 Sgd deducted for USING discount code! They got 33.7 sgd from me for buying nothing! like SCAM!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order and I bought two of the same item because I wasn't sure which size I needed. From their measurements I was shocked how everything seemed to have been running extremely small so I thought I wasn't measuring correctly. I now have both and neither has worked out for me (this is a total of $38.40) that I am unable to return?!? It doesn't give me the option to return them and says "final sale". I pulled up the exact item on the website and it shows free 30 days returns excluding final sale items but NOWHERE does it state that this item was a "final sale" item on the website. I have even used the control F command to make sure I wasn't missing where it stated to be a final sale item and the only area on the website that even states final sale is where it shows 30 day returns excluding final sale items. NOWHERE does it state this item is a final sale item and cannot be returned. How are the customers supposed to know if items are not returnable (because the website definitely does not state that the item was a final sale item) until they spend the money only to find out that they are now unable to return the items and get their refund? The item is the adapt animal seamless crop tank. I even have screen shots showing the item states free 30 day returns, not that it's a final sale item. They aren't reading my emails and keep responding with the same thing, refusing to help and refusing to provide a return label. I have reported this customer to the bbb but I wish I had read other complaints before even bothering with them.

Donner des cartes cadeaux avec un bon de réduction équivalent au pouvoir d'achat que j'avais eu pour ma commande faite pendant le black friday que vous avez perdue, serait au moins le minimum. Je me suis tout simplement fait avoir par le service client de Gymshark et je ne recommanderai plus d'habits sur ce site!!! Ma commande faite le 18 novembre 2022 à été perdue et la seule solution pour eux a été de me donner une carte cadeau avec 20% de réduction lol. alors que la majorité des habits que j'ai commandé étaient à 50% de reduction + 15-20% de réduction d'appliquées à la caisse. J'ai vraiment la haine pour la marque qui m'a complètement deçue. Comme si ils ne pouvaient pas en assumer pleinement le prix . La marque essait de tenir son image de marque de manière superficielle c'est vraiment fallacieux. En bref, j aimais cette marque, mais je ne recommanderai plus tout simplement, car j ai été déçue. J'ai les preuves par mails, donc vous pouvez tout simplement me dm si vous voulez en être sûre.

They advertise next day delivery, so I ordered before 9pm UK time so it would arrive the next day or at least the day after. It's now two days later and they still haven't packed the items. No parcel number, nothing. No reply to my emails too.

Horribly. Made. Products. Go anywhere else. Also, buyers beware they don't properly indicate their final sale items. It's not even stated in the email receipt. It ended up stuck with two products that I know for a fact only said they were on sale and not final sale at the time of purchase.

Waste of time and money. Merchandise is overpriced and low quality. Takes a very long time to get item. No live customer service. Takes days to get a response to customer service issues and then it a generic email response. Had to dispute transaction to get refund.

Im a personal trainer. I would recommend LuLuLemon or athleta really anything else. My clients even agree. Cheaply made sadly and horrible customer service.

**BUYER BEWARE** This company is terrible. Merchandise is poor quality. Terrible customer service. They don't even provide a customer service phone number to call. Takes long time to respond to email with generic BS response. Gymshark brand quickly going downhill. No interested in low-quality overpriced merchandise not worth it. Now I know where not to shop. In my humble opinion.

Shoppay, a service I haven’t used in over a year and a half, auto filled my shipping address. I had moved about a year ago. So my shipping address wasn’t accurate. I’ve had my debit card compromised since, so I had to put in new card info. Well about 30-40 minutes after ordering I was reviewing my order. Cause I’m excited and I wanted to show my bestie what I got. I saw that the shipping information was wrong so I tried to cancel it and they won’t allow me to. So I emailed the customer service… in summary they say it’s not their problem and that I can return the items when I receive them. So I contacted UPS and they said they can’t change my delivery method (I want them just to hold it at the facility) until a delivery attempt has been made. Living at the house it was shipped to, they usually just toss the packages in the garage… So also not helpful. I contracted an old neighbor, who is going to let the home owner know today so she can grab the package for me when it comes. This is my first time ordering from the company, all my friends rave about the quality and at this point I want to be blown away by the products.

Gym shark is a terrible company. I ordered items from their Black Friday sale and I never received them. I contacted the customer service 4-5 times before I got a response. I even reached out to the courier and they confirmed the package was lost and I should contact gymshark. Most terribly, I had to go back and forth with them for weeks just to be told that the times in my order could NOT be replaced bc they sold out. Additionally instead of giving me a refund, they only allowed me to get a gift card for my purchase. I paid sale prices and I got a gift card expecting to pay full price. Then they give me a 20% discount code, that wasn’t working so I contacted them for the 10th time at this point. They said the code was only valid for full priced items. I sent them a screen shot of the fact that I was buying full priced items… not expecting any help bc they haven’t been any so far. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Keep in mind I’m still arguing with them to get the actual discount code to work and it’s Christmas Day. What a company.

I am in the UK. Evri the courier sent me a message 10 days ago to say they were expecting my parcel from Gymshark. I've emailed twice to Gymshark support to find out where my daughters Xmas present is. Terrible response and the last comms from them was 3 days ago. They are taking orders and our money for items not in stock. Will never buy again from them.

I ordered a gym bag for my son for Christmas on a Black Friday deal November 27. The UPS label was created and I still have NO BAG on December 20. I understand delays but this is unacceptable as it states no longer than 12 business days to ship. Obviously this company is selling items they do not have in stock to ship. I’m still with no bag, no refund and a “bot” who responds as so called - customer service. So disappointed as this was one gift my son wanted for Christmas.

They sent a cancelled item blaming Black Friday When I returned both they only refunded after I emailed asking for my money . Then they only refunded for 1 item in the package . No response to requests no response to emails. I see this is common practise . Don’t buy from them if it’s wrong you will never get money back . I am still waiting for £40 which in current cost of living is not helpful I don’t expect to get this back now because I have no response

Gymshark has horrible customer service. My items never shipped. They have no customer service phone number, only email. When you email they take forever to respond and it’s messages that are auto responses. The first person that’s finally responded named Sophia never responded back to me after I emailed her back . I emailed again and the second person named Carla still hasn’t responded back to me! Beware these agents have no quality assurance measures and do not follow Jo with emails. Beware they have no number to call for assistance!!!

Poor quality, logo on t-shirt came out after few washing at 30° and sewings on my joggers broken after used 10 times. No more shopping with this trade mark. I add some photos to have a look.
