SCAM alert!!! that 70.00 leaf blower will actua.ly cost you 230.00..in the fine print very very fine print it says battery sold seperately which is WAY more than the blower itself..then the battery arrives and guess what NO CHAERGER u guessed it sold sepeartely its one big SCAM the 70.00 blower cost 230.00 DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEM ENT DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

I started in Automotive Collision in 1970 I like to know what happened to automotive part / tool suppliers it disgusting the lack of knowledge and respect that parts and tool suppliers have for the Technicians and people in general trying to get their cars fixed so they can take care of their bills and their families or themselves it sickens me why they operate like they do how people and technicians are sucked in the madness of the mighty dollar bill that allowed the GREED AND LACK OF RESPECT TO TAKE OVER THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY . If they would only eliminate the greed and the disrespect that seems to have taken over maybe the automotive industry it may get back to normal but I don't think so . The lack of knowledge that customer service has especially in Harbor Freight it just blows my mind how they survive in business.

Call Harbor Freight in Oshkosh from my home which is over an hour away and asked if they had a parts washer 3.5 gallon the guy said yes we do I said I would like to have you save it and I'll come there now to pick it up I drove all the way there to find out it was a lie they didn't have it they didn't even have the bigger one all they had was the floor model which I refuse to even sell so here I am without a gift for my son and over 2 hours away I'm driving. I would definitely not trust the Oshkosh Harbor Freight. The manager even after showing her on my phone that I called their number said nothing they can do they're all stressed they're only about three people in the store so yes I can see just how stressed they were. Nothing but Liars. Will never go back there again

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HARBOR FREIGHT AGAIN. THEIR 6-9DAY DELIVERY HAVE BEEN BLOWN OUT THE WINDOW. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND DUE TO THE PARCEL OS STUCK ON A TRUCK IN CHICAGO. IT HAS NEVER MADE IT TO UPS FOR SHIPMENT. SO, NOW I HAVE TWO YOUNG MEN WITHOUT CHRISTMAS GIFTS! THANKS HARBOR FREIGHT!!

Purchased a Pump And It Did Not Work When I Got Home Purchased A Service Plan With The Item And They Told Me That i would have to Go Online And FILE a Complaint to get a refund or exchange and I didnt even have the pump a hour so i did that and the people are now saying i have To Wait 8 weeks for my refund request

There's a guy that works there named Jack that went above and beyond to help me find stuff. People like this is what makes a company great. Nowadays it's hard to find someone that actually cares and wants to help. I hope Harbor Freight realizes what they have and take good care of this man.

Tool went missing. Manager and cashier accused me of misplacing it. Than also stated it's not our fault you lost it. Wouldn't do nothing about it. Except find it funny and place blame on me.

They don’t stand behind what they see. Bought something brought it back the next day with receipts and they told me I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a refund

I mistakingly purchased a inverter generator that I thought had 240v output. After carefully unboxing it, I found it only had 120v output w/o any option for combined 240v. ☹️ When I returned it the next day, the manager said there is a 20% restocking fee. WHAT?!?! This is posted nowhere that I have found! The back of the receipt shows "some" items may be subject to a restocking fee. How vague is that?!? The useless manager Michelle refused to negotiate anything less and said if it was an exchange, then she would wave the fee. Since they didn't have one that fit my requirements, I was now screwed. Thanks Michelle, you suck as a manager. Next stop... American Express to dispute the charges.

Frustrating Order Experience at Harbor Freight I recently attempted to make a purchase on Harbor Freight's website (harborfreight.com). After confirming my identity and card information, they surprisingly canceled my order without explanation. Disappointingly, I never received any email notification about the cancellation, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order and my money. To make matters worse, it took a staggering two weeks for Harbor Freight to release the hold on my funds. This unexpected delay caused unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, this experience was deeply frustrating. The lack of transparency surrounding the order cancellation and the lengthy hold on my funds left me feeling like a valued customer. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to Harbor Freight for future purchases.

Bought item on 12/1/24 189.00 tool chest Was told they never received Black Friday shipment but could pick up in 12/3/24. Called before going down manager very rude refused say name said they not planning on getting these in until mid January I asked how to get my refund he said good luck in that. We do not give refunds until product arrives. So selling item knowing it never came into store then telling customers to come in a date pick up mind you they even wrote it in my receipt when to pickup. Manager then hung up on me. Called customer service they said what you expect us to do? Was told just go ti the store tell manager what happened go from there but these have been in back order since June. Ooo and don’t expect to get refund after 30 days she then hung up horrendous customer service

Stay away from the forestner bits. Total junk, you can make a divit and somehow these bits will walk no matter what you try.

I bought some metal loading ramps at Harbor Freight. All of the edges on the ramps were razor sharp, probably because the ramps were stamped and no effort was made to dull the sharp edges. Not surprisingly, I cut my hands while attempting to use the ramps. So, I boxed them up and put them in my garage. Because the ramps were defective (sharp edges) and unusable, I tried to return them to Harbor Freight. The manager told me that it had been more than 90 days since I bought them and Harbor Freight would not give me an exchange, refund or store credit. Harbor Freight sells highly defective products. I will never buy anything from them again and encourage others to do the same.

The price marked on items is membership cost. It is not clearly labeled membership cost. I bought a few items i thought were 1.99. I got to the register and then checked my receipt. i was charged $3.28 When i pointed out to the clerk there was an error he immediately stated "ohh you didn't get the membership price". So they know they are mismarking the prices for members. I think this is illegal. Prices clearly need t be marked.

NEVER download the Harbor Freight App! If you do, you will be besieged in POPUPS and they cannot be stopped! Stupid, unprofessional and irritating! Ant company that designs an app that forces you to see popups without any way to stop them is inconsiderate of their customers!

I'm not happy with HF , I wanted to purchase a mini tool box at FULL PRICE ,but I told they were pulled off the floor , and peering in their backroom , I seen a pallet full of them , I know they want to cater to the Black Friday Ad , but I drove 20 miles based on your online page , it says in store only , but they don't have any on the sales floor, NOT FAIR to us customers, especially since I had to drive 15 miles to the store , SHAME ON YOU HARBOR FREIGHT
