“I don't normally give a review on customer care/deliveries..however I'm pleased to be writing this experience. I had a dishwasher delivered, with a phone call before the delivery and it arrived on time as promised in our conversation by phone. On arrival one of the staff/ delivery man introduced himself and his co worker as Tommy and Adam..I was impressed by his courtesy and manners. I invited him into my home. The old dishwasher was removed and new one installed with such attention to detail and care..nothing was rushed or overlooked. Tommy treated my purchased as if it was his own purchase and took great pride in his job as he installed the new machine. Adam was also professional in his handling of the situation as the job was a little tedious and required skill and patience from both men (Tommy and Adam). I would highly recommend this delivery service and would like to congratulate Harvey Norman for employing a great workmanship to go into there customer's homes. Many thanks Tommy and Adam. “Absolute Scam bought washing machine paid 5 year warranty it looks like they have a subsidary called product care whos job is to auto decline any warranty complaints but first they send another party out to assess thats says no

Very poor quality standard now. Pictures look yellow, not white and bright.
The printer they have now is terrible, but the staff will try and convince you that it is fine. Treat you like an idiot! Quite rude.
I was not impressed by their poor customer service.
I have been developing photo’s there for many, many years, so l definitely know what lm talking about with picture quality.
They have lost a loyal customer.
Afterwards, l had the pictures developed at Kmart where the photo’s were high quality and white…… not a bland yellow colour like at Harvey Norman.”
“A big shout out to the Tech Dept at Harvey Norman, Nunawading, including Robin, Caeman and all of the rest, who were brilliant.
I came in to buy a cheap tablet for my course, that could handle Zoom calls-and not only did they help me with a great deal on that, wireless headphones plus a far better new modem with unlimited data and a way better deal on porting my phone across to that carrier, but they helped set up the new devices with the carrier, including spending over two hours to eclipse various unexpected challenges.
I couldn’t have done it without their expertise and persistence.
They went far above and beyond the call of duty and I look forward to returning for any new tech.”

“Bought a TV roughly 5 months ago, it started producing purple lines through the screen. Rang Harvey Norman for the warranty and was told somebody would get back to me. 2 months went by and nobody hadn’t contacted me and so I called them. The person I spoke to was awesome and told me to come in for a replacement Tv as this was unacceptable. I knocked of work, went home and grabbed my TV and if I went to Harvey Norman. When I got there, they were nothing but rude and unhelpful just wanted me to pay more money and to top it of they did not have any TV available for me. I ended up leaving empty handed, I even had to go back inside to ask them for my TV that I had bought in to have replaced. The manager bought the TV out to the car for me, I not only have a TV with purple lines through it during any screen time it now also has this little crack/scratch looking part on the top of my screen. Will never purchase anything from you guys again. Bad service and does not stand up to the requirements of the warranty. I rang the head office and they said they will find out what’s happening and it’s now been a week and I still haven’t heard anything from you guys. Bad communication and service all round.”

She calls me and says the guy gave her a $20 and its by apple.
I come back with a lightning cable to headphone jack and its another brand but it's compatible for apple. Something is not right.

Our reasons for patronizing the store is because of their customers service and the fact that if there's issues with the products sold they are resolved to our satisfaction.
The store contains a large and varied array of goods, electronic, whitegoods and furniture that along with it's customers service makes for a seamless shopping experience.”

“Bought a sofa for over 5k. Within a week the recliner sqeaked. I had the entire mechanics replaced under warranty. When it was replaced, I sat on it and the new one immediately sqeaked. The repair man from HN said it was normal. A few months on, the 5k recliner sofa is now mostly used as a regular couch because of this problem. Clearly they believe this is normal.”
“Bought jbl sound bar and remote reciever stopped working around after 3 weeks.i Went there and they told to fix it and keep it for warranty repair. They didn't tell me any thing how long it will take. When you go to buy they treat very good but if you have some problem thay ignore you. They should replace as the product is bought just 3 weeks ago.
Get back my soundbar after few weeks. Now having another problem chromecast is not working. Called the jbl , they said that it not possible to connect with the right person. I have to call again. And their timings are Mon to Fri till 5pm . They should also know that we are also working from Mon to Fri til 5pm . They should make their timings for sat and Sunday also .
Just adding more the problem in soundbar again comes after nearly 3 months and harveynorman service is more then worse don't have any words .
Just remembering the goodguys service its good . Once bought electrical kitchen appliance and gets faulty. When I went they replaced straight away.”
