I got the Delphi elite l shaped bath there was a hair line crack under the cardboard that covered the edges of the bath which I didn't inspect properly before courier left I had to pay £90 to have fixed and suppliers or heat and plumb are taking no responsibility so I am £90 out of pocket

Bought 2 items off these went to fit them a week after delivery both damaged wouldn’t refund or replace them as they say their returns policy is only 48hrs so they must deliver damaged goods a lot absolute con merchants! Never use them again!

Purchased two Hudson Reed illuminated bathroom mirrors which were initially delivered to wrong street. On locating and receiving the mirrors one was found to have a deep scratch to the glass which was reported to Customer Services. After a lengthy exchange of emails and two requests for photographs was advised no offer of replacement available as any such defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Believe a policy such as this not to represent a reputable supplier and advise buyers beware.

Received a mirror cabinet, flimsy , had defects , touch up paint .. even the mirror glass was scratched. Refused to repair /replace .. so I’m stuck with it .. not cool

Unfortunately I have to leave a minimum of 1 stars, if l could, l would have given no stars. 1st time ordering from this company for my business, l had hoped it was the beginning of a lengthy trading relationship as l like the variety they offer online. This is not the case though, as my first order ( around £600 worth ) is also my last. Firstly just a few days before my delivery was due, l was emailed to say the vanity unit l had ordered was out of stock, despite ordering around 10 days previously. I chose a replacement, which of course was more expensive, and the goods were delivered a few days later. Secondly, the replacement vanity unit had some damage to the drawer when l unboxed it at my customers a couple of days later, credit where its due, Mack dealt with the issue really well and arranged a replacement vanity unit, but unfortunately it was another 5 days before it arrived so lve got to pay a return visit to change the drawers over. Thirdly, the day after completion, my customer contacted me to say they had found a flaw in the corner of the bath, l went to have a look, and sure enough there was an air bubble in the acrylic that moved in and out when you pressed it. I was gutted as the bath was the first thing to be fitted, and its going to cost alot of unpaid time for me to removed it and also the customer has all the upheaval of having the work done again.. I contacted Heat and Plumb, 11 days after the bath had been delivered, and only 5 days after it had been fitted, sent photos and a video of the faulty bath, clearly showing that the acrylic has not made contact with the layer underneath it during the manufacturing process, and they have informed me that its damaged, not faulty so unfortunately it cannot be replaced , but they are really sorry for the inconvenience caused... Absolutely disgusting! Do NOT purchase the PRESTIGE ALPHA GRIPPED BATH item reference KLBAT290AL as it is an inferior product and the 25 year manufacturing warranty is nonexistent, and for goodness sake, DO NOT BUY FROM HEAT AND PLUMB!! Very prompt delivery and good price. Small fault on part of shower mixer. Amazing standard of customer service (thanks Shoeb) replaced with no hassles after sending photo. Replacement delivered next day by DPD. Would recommend to anyone

This does not even deserve one star , had to put this so i could write this review . Brought some taps from you today , second hand rubbish recieved in un sealed box , could not undo screw on handle so i had to drill it out Very disapointed will not be purchasing or recomending Heatandplumb . Customer care worse than useless .

After a 5 month wait for a basin it transpired Heat & Plumb sent me the wrong one and not as advertised having hassle to claim consequential losses incurred as had to pay the fitter. H&P did refund the cost of basin after arguing with them as also this wrong basin has a big hole in the back. I wouldn't recommend this company for the expense and trouble they've caused me.

After waiting 5 months for product availability & having a long wait during lockdown /covid for a plumber my basin was fitted. Then realised it wasn't the one ordered. After a multitude of emails and photos sent, it was agreed it was the wrong basin. Eventually got a refund, but have to replace and start again at a high cost. I find the company dis-interested, i now have a gaping hole at the back of the basin, I would never recommend heat t plumb

Highly unprofessional and incompetent business. They failed to meet the delivery date they stated, and to top it off are attempting to charge for failed delivery, dispute receiving no call from a driver, no ring door bell notification or evidence of a delivery, or a post card to say delivery was attempted! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve now read numerous reviews stating similar problems, my advice is don’t make the same mistake we did and take your business elsewhere.

A simple email to say that we required a replacement shower door as all chrome components had rusted after just 6 months. I required a different shower door and was willing to pay the difference as I did not want the same issue. 44 backwards and forwards emails later, 5 phone calls, a letter and 2 emails to the manager, sees a towel rail sent out, the offer of a new door with me paying the difference, which has not been followed up. I am shocked at the customer service of this company, lack of concern and apportioning the blame to all others, instead of accepting responsibility and replacing the door as it is under warranty. Especially as they quote on their site: "We are still proud to be an independent company who values the custom it receives."

Please be very cautious of buying from this company. Similar to a number of reviews of HeatandPlumb we had an issue around returning an item. We purchased a mirrored bathroom cabinet. Inspected it on delivery and found no faults. After installing it we removed the see through wrinkled plastic coverings on the mirror and a chip came off with the sheet and there was a small crack also near it. These faults obviously happened before the cabinet reached us as there had been no issues at all our end. We contacted the company straight away with pictures and informed them. They said that they would not replace the cabinet as it had been installed and that we should have noticed the damage before installing. As the chip in the glass came away with the sheet it is impossible to see how we would have noticed this as it didn’t show. We shared all of these facts with the company and we have been back and forth with the company and the best that they can offer is to send us another cabinet if we pay them another £100 (and the cabinet was not much more than that in the first instance). We obviously do not want to pay for the item twice because of damage done prior to us having it. I have been really surprised at the disregard for our consumer rights and will be reporting the company to the Trading Standards Authority for this disregard. I would advise not to risk purchasing from this company without weighing up the risk of losing money if you need to return an item. Looking at other reviews there is a real reluctance to replace or refund damaged or faulty goods.

Not trustworthy, poor customer service when you have a problem with their product. They blame you or the manufacturer. Their team act as a mail box passing on messages between you and the manufacturer to avoid them taking any liability. Do not use them not recommended at all. I will never again go on their website. Rubbish.

Expected delivery today for a shower seat as I'm disabled called several times to ask if the item is on schedule, when I was called back heat and plumb said driver called not find my very central address rediculas no full reason provided. I asked why did the driver not call no no reason given just told it should now be delivered after the weekend on Monday. I said if not Monday then I will cancel this order. I'm at cost as I had someone waiting to inspect and fit. Very disappointed Mr Paul Mata
